My account got suspended for inauthentic claims. I tried to appeal myself but to no avail. I had a few friends that had good experiences with amazonappeal so I tried it out. Joshua did not disappoint. His letters were incredibly effective and after a week, my account got reinstated. This is the first and only place I will ever go to for account appeals. Thanks!

Joshua is very nice, patience and professional, I am so glad that I chose to use professional service at amazonappeal because our case is a hard one, it totally worth the money.

The customer service is very good. You get your letter in the agreed time and at least you feel like you are not alone when battling what appears to be a featureless corporation sending out the same emails time and again.

What I will say is I have no idea whether my original letter worked, whether the appeal worked, the length of time was close to 30 days and around 10 days after Joshua got involved I was back on.

I would say if its your first time getting suspended and you are worried just spend the money as soon as possible and get things done professionally.

It tried it myself for one and a half years and did not get any reply from Amazon. Now we are able to work again! Thanks a lot!

I'm so happy now^^, my seller account has been reinstated. Joshua did really good job. If anyone has suspended, don't hesitate, just contact this website. Don't try to solve yourself, it is waste of time and money.

I was suspended on Amazon. No matter how I answered the questions Amazon kept writing back the same generic message. They do not try to help you in any way at all. Joshua came through for me.
Joshua and i wrote back and fourth strategizing and planning the perfect reply to each message that Amazon sent to me. They know just want to say . It was like a miracle!! Definitely worth the $$$. Please remember, no one works for free. Thanks Joshua for getting me back on Amazon .

This is my second time returning for appeal letter to amazon seller support but Joshua from amazon appeal did one of the shortest and best letters that worked like a charm I am back up and running Thanks Cheers !

Exactly as advertised, we had our suspension on Amazon Germany overturned within 48 hours.

Vraiment impressionnant pour la qualité de service et du suivi de la demande. L'équipe ne sort pas des templates pondus d'avance, mais étudie vraiment le problème, nous explique et surtout nous conseille pour ne plus que des problèmes similaires arrivent. Le délais de 24h n'a pas été respecté (plus 72h) mais cela dépend vraiment du problème et des solutions à apporter. Je recommande vivement et comprends désormais pourquoi ils ont les 5 étoiles Trustpilot !

FALSE ADVERTISING - DID NOT DELIVER ON WHAT THEY PROMISED! I provided Amazon Appeal with all my information about my suspension beforehand and included the correspondence between Amazon and myself about the suspension. After their review, they said it was best to escalate my case. I waited for their letter and they provided a generic 3 paragraph letter to send to the escalation team. I trusted them b/c they are the 'experts' and sent the letter.
I received the response from Amazon that after further review, they would not reinstate my account. I passed this on to Amazon Appeal who provided me with a GENERIC 2 SENTENCE LETTER that asked Amazon to reconsider. IT WAS PATHETIC.

Amazon of course did not respond to this and then I was told to draft my own letter and try to get a response. Waste of $500. TERRIBLE.
