Moved flats in South London today. The 2 men who came (Zlati and another chap) were excellent. They came on time , assessed what needed moving and moved all the boxes and other items very carefully and skilfully. They handled delicate and expensive items very well and packed the Luton van very securely. They then unloaded everything in our flat - all in only 2.5hrs. Booking was easy and rates are very reasonable

I needed a room cleared in a hurry. This was easily arranged, I was told how to sort out the storage arrangements which worked fine. The two men were charming and helpful and arrived on time. All extremely efficient and I will certainly be using them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Horrific!
I have not been able to move into my new home for 3 weeks due to Amazing Moves not paying the storage company even though i had been paying them.
I had to pay for a legal injunction for them to tell me where my furniture was. They wouldn't tell me when they could get my furniture to me and then I had two people hang up on me.
Do not use this company!!
I am talking directly with the storage company who are being helpful and are also struggling with Amazing Moves.

Very efficient, polite and to-the-point movers, arrived 10 min earlier and finished the job 30 min quicker than the initial estimate, all handled with care, we are super happy, plus booked at a very short notice and for a bank holiday!

Excellent. Needed removals at short notice. Amazing Moves were so helpful, communication was really good. The move went smoothly and quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service, better than we envisaged! The polite guys turned up 20 mins early and just focussed on getting on with the job at both houses, no issues! Came with all the required kit to move large items along with protective sheets / blankets.

Excellent service from two very professional and friendly movers who arrived on time packed and loaded carefully and did the same unloading. As a woman I felt comfortable and was treated with great respect and courtesy. Will absolutely use again. The move was from London to Oxford and was fairly priced.

I hired a van with two men to moved my room belongings. No furniture involved. The two Romanian men load the van under 10 mins and the tall man was very friendly making me feel comfortable as I drove with them to my new place. They unloaded quickly and carefully and with a smile. I will use this company again in the future.

I had to book Amazing Moves at short notice and they couldn't have been more helpful - excellent service and very reasonable rates. Would definitely recommend using this company...we certainly will !

Worst experience of my life! On what is a very stressful day, Amazing Moves decided to delay our move in initially by only 1 1/2 hours, however after moving everything around, less that an hour before the scheduled time they told us they could only do 5 hours later on the evening, after speaking with them on the phone and being spoken to very rudely and disrespectfully they told me they could no longer accommodate our move and hung up the phone. Do not use this company if you need a reliable movers. I have reported them to the Ombudsman so hopefully no one else has to go through what we went through.

Scam company. Horrible experience. 2 guys came and were complaining constantly and were rude to us. When after 3 hours we asked them not to be rude they shouted and said they would cancel the job. They UNLOADED THEIR TRUCK AND LEFT OUR STUFF IN THE STREET. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. DON'T USE they are not part of the British Association of Removal companies and the most unprofessional company. We are taking legal action against them.

Absolutely dreadful, avoid at all costs.

The only thing this shameful company are "amazing" at is:
1. completely underestimating the job and sending inadequate crew
2. sending rude unprofessional people
3. threatening you in your own home
4. not completing the job and leaving your possessions on the pavement and you stranded on moving day
5. ignoring any requests for help and claiming false statements.

Like any web searcher I had done my research but bitterly regret choosing such an unprofessional, disgusting and rude company who completely let us down. Just hope someone else reads this and avoids using them and use a professional firm associated to BAR (British Association of Removers) which this company is not. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
