We had an good experience with this 2-man and van moving service. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and handled all of our furniture and boxes with great care. They were friendly, professional, and made what could have been a stressful house move feel smooth and straightforward.
Nothing was too much trouble, and they took extra care with fragile items and made sure everything was placed where we wanted it in our new home. The pricing was fair, with no hidden surprises.

Terrible experience - last min cancellation
Terrible experience. After having repeatedly notified that there is no parking in the building and movers will need to find parking nearby (and that i didn't need a van as I was moving within the building), showed up and said they would just park anywhere in no parking zone and make me pay for the ticket. Walked away when I asked them to park in proper parking. Office completely denied any responsibility even though I had provided this info about parking over email and multiple phone calls. Had to scramble and find another mover last minute. They didn't even have the courtesy to call me back and inform me that movers had walked away. Never seen such poor service. Anything but amazing - I would advise steering clear of this company.

Perfect Service.
I Booked a van to move loads of heavy boxes of books and another 20 or so boxes of fragile goods. The people at the office were clear, the price was what they quoted on the website. Email confirmations, and a check in the day before to make sure everything was ready.
The van turned up on time, there was great communication so they knew where to park etc. What I'd pictured as 2 hours of aggro on the hottest day of the year was done in less than 45 mins. Honestly, I couldn't have been happier. What more can I say, turned up when they said, moved what they'd been asked to without breaking anything, and got it all unloaded without incident. Total professionals

My move from Pickering, Yorkshire after Dads funeral went so well.
Your 2 men were so professional, kind and efficient. Understanding why we needed to move 2 rose bushes with soil and garden pots along with my parents Chinese table, chairs, huge sideboard ( informing us of the loose feet)
Big dresser and lots of boxes.
No extra charge for a Sunday. Check up calls before to allay worries.
Helped to place furniture on rug and glass top for table.
Loved our golden retriever.
They refused tea, eventually took beers to toast my Dad after work, so my Dad would be pleased,
I would refer you to everyone and use your again.

Very Impressed With The Removal Guys
I recently used this moving company and was very impressed with the service. Two men arrived—both were polite, friendly, and incredibly hardworking throughout the entire job.
The move itself was no small task. The flat had been rented by two elderly people and contained a large number of belongings, with over 40 boxes packed up along with other freestanding items that they carefully packed in their own huge bags. The movers had to carry everything down six flights of stairs from a third-floor flat, along with several large pieces of furniture.
At the other end, they delivered everything to a care home, where although there was a lift, there was still quite a long walk from the van to the lift, and then everything had to be taken up to a first-floor flat.
The final cost was higher than the original quote, but given the amount of work involved and the effort they put in, I was more than happy to pay it. They certainly didn’t slack at any point and the extra payment for the additional hours was justified.
Thank you very much for such a professional and hardworking service—I would definitely recommend them.

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I was initially quoted around £1,100 for moving the contents of my two-bedroom (50–55 sqm) flat as a single occupant. I had clearly stated in advance that the property was on the second floor.
On the day, the team raised multiple issues that should have been assessed beforehand, including the stairs and parking.
The move itself was extremely poorly managed. It took 14 hours, the van provided was too small, and the job was still not completed. Around 5–10% of my belongings were left behind, despite this being agreed as a full packing and moving service to be completed within the day. The movers left at 1am, exhausted, with the job unfinished.
The final bill exceeded £2,000 for a job that was not completed, effectively doubling the original quote. When I raised concerns, the company’s responses were dismissive and unreasonable. It became clear that they rely on subcontracted “man and van” workers without proper planning or accountability.
A moving company’s responsibility is to assess the job accurately and allocate the necessary resources. In this case, they failed on all fronts. I have moved many times before, and this was by far the worst experience. I chose a full-service company to reduce stress during a busy period, but the outcome was the opposite.
I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.
