Ik heb 3 weken geleden een bestelling gedaan van bijna E500, nooit wat ontvangen. Status veranderd niet en zijn ook niet via , mail chat of telefonisch te bereiken. Ik ga mijn rechtsbijstand inschakelen.

A second Israeli woman has received a package from Alo Yoga that did not contain the items she ordered, but a delivery slip with messages including:

“Victory to Hamas”
“From the river to the sea”
“Death, death to the IDF”

Horrible customer service. Wanted to exchange an item for a larger size and they wouldn’t honour the 30% discount I had.

I placed an international order to Spain and the package was never successfully delivered. Despite multiple contacts with customer service, I received conflicting information, no proper follow-up, and no resolution. The order was neither delivered nor refunded, even after ALO agents had assured me the orders were cancelled.

What frustrated me most was not only the shipping issue itself, but the complete lack of effective customer support. Responses were slow or nonexistent, and I felt abandoned as a customer after spending a significant amount of money.

The clothing itself is beautiful, but international customers should be aware that if something goes wrong with shipping or delivery, resolving the issue can become extremely difficult.

I truly hope Alo improves its international customer service experience, because the brand image and the actual support provided currently do not match.

He hecho 4 compras desde España y tanto su servicio de entrega, como su servicio de devolucion, como la atención al cliente ha sido perfecto. Le pongo 4 estrellas porque son prendas caras sobre las que esperas una calidad excepcional y si que es verdad, que a algún legging de mucho gramaje de algodón, le han salido bolas. No he reclamado por pereza pero seguro que si lo hago, hubiesen respondido a la reclamación .

Extremely disappointing customer service experience with Alo Yoga.

I returned 5 items but only received a refund for 4. Since international exchanges were not available, customer service instructed me to repurchase the same items at full price and promised a refund adjustment afterward — which was never properly processed.

I have contacted support multiple times through chat and email, but every conversation either gets abandoned, closed, or passed to another representative without any real resolution. If you do not respond immediately in the chat, the entire conversation disappears and you have to explain everything again from the beginning.

I have spent an unreasonable amount of time trying to solve a simple refund issue, yet no clear or professional solution has been provided.

For a premium brand, this level of customer service is unacceptable!!

Really bad, what a scam!

ordered a week ago (3-5 days delivery) and NO ORDER CONFIRMATION , no email no nothing . this is so bad business ,i am opening a chargeback . your service is worse than small webshops. if you keep doing business like this your brand will fall even harder than it rised

I ordered from ALO many times, but unfortunately the customer service is very disappointing.

Twice I received damaged or wrong items. I emailed them and got no response. I also contacted live chat many times, and every time they said they would find a solution, but nobody followed up.

The damaged clothes are still with me, with no proper compensation and no real support. I spend a lot of money shopping with them, but the service is honestly very bad.

Shocking customer service . No reply ordered 3 weeks ago and no update on order since 3 weeks ago and all it says is label created . So so bad considering price of website !

I want to share my experience with a gift card purchased from Somerset Mall, as it has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

The gift card I received was never properly activated. Since discovering the issue, I have spent a significant amount of time trying to resolve it, including multiple phone calls and conversations with different representatives. Despite all of this effort, I have not received a clear or effective resolution.

The process has been disorganized and inconsistent, with repeated explanations required and no meaningful progress for long periods of time. Considering the gift card was worth a significant amount of money, this has been especially frustrating and stressful.

While I appreciate that some staff were polite, the overall handling of the situation has not met reasonable expectations for customer service or accountability.

I would strongly encourage others to ensure gift cards are fully activated and verified at the time of purchase, as resolving issues afterward may not be straightforward.

I’m really disappointed with ALO. I was excited to place my first order during the 30% off sale and initially received an email apologizing for a shipping delay and saying my order would be shipped soon. However, my order was later cancelled without any notification. I’ve been trying to reach customer service for two days now, including waiting on hold for over two hours, but haven’t been able to get through. I waited on the online chat for 1 hour with no one responding.

Absolutely terrible company who send rubbish from the bin through the post and allows its staff to harass and send antisemitic threatening mail and messages supporting terrorists to customers. I will never buy from this company. I am disgusted with them and you should be too. BOYCOTT

If I can I will give 0 stars I called them for hours nobody answered nobody responded my email and I don’t have my package which one was so expensive
Just terrible

Horrible site with evil people

Would give 0 if I could. Sunrise dress came damaged and filthy !!! Try to get through to customer service on social media live chat and email multiple times and cannot get through to anyone waited three hours on live chat and then got disconnected !!!!! Absolutely fuming. For a Luxury brand which gets hyped so much by celebrities etc shocking. Trying to claim back through my credit card provider now.

Didn’t even want to give them 1 star. Absolute WORST customer service. Walmart knows how to treat their customers better!

Ordered $3500 worth of items. 10 days later received an email items are delayed. Attempted to get a hold of someone that took forever. Finally do and they repeat to me what I can see on my online page. Leader says she’ll monitor and email. Never get a follow up or response. Call back again. Took forever. Another supervisor comes on and is robotic that order was canceled because all my items were out of stock. All 42 items!! But they’re available now to repurchase. WORST. HORRIBLE. UNPROFESSIONAL. OVERPRICED

I ordered almost three weeks ago. No shipment, no response to mails. Alo just steals the money. Worst experience I ever had.
