Commande exécutée le 02/05 et j’ai recu que le 20/05 , alors qu’il disent bien que c’est une livraison express et c’est 2 a 5 jour , je suis déçu car j’ai pas reçu mon article à temps qu’il me fallait !

I got the alo lasting lip balm and I had high expectations. When I first got it it had cracks in it. It did have a nice strong smell though. Another thing that bothered me was when I tried to twist it it didn't twist and took a long time to get working plus it burned my lips but now it doesn't which is good. And BTW I got this in person not online at the alo in Battersea Power Station!!!!! This product made me furious!!!!!

My last order with Alo arrived and one item had clearly been worn and returned and one had a mark on it, I uploaded pictures twice on the chat and never heard back from them, customer service is non existent with Alo, won’t be buying again from them.

Extremely disappointed with Alo Yoga’s return process and customer service.
I received my order (May 12) and went to the store the very next day (May 13) because the item did not fit. The employee, Kathy, told me the refund amount showed as $0 and the store could not resolve it. However, the item was still marked as “returned” in the system, which created even more confusion when I later contacted customer support through chat and email. Nobody seemed to know how to fix the issue.
Today is May 22. It has already been 10 days since I first tried to return this item, and now I’m being told I still need to wait another 3–5 days just to receive a return label?
This is honestly the most complicated and frustrating return experience I have ever had with any brand. A simple size return should not take this long or require this much effort from a customer.

Very disappointing first experience with Alo Yoga. I placed an in-store pickup order on May 8 because I was visiting New York from Brazil and needed to collect it before returning home. As of today, May 22, there has not even been a single update on my order status.

I purchased the item based on the estimated pickup timeframe provided by Alo, but the item was never made available. Customer service initially offered store credit as a solution, but this was later denied. Their final response was simply that I should wait for the item to arrive or leave it uncollected and eventually receive a refund.

Today is my last day in New York, so neither option solves the problem caused by their delay. For a premium brand, I expected much better customer service. Unfortunately, this was my first purchase from Alo and it has been a very negative experience.

ALO, you are done for me as I will never buy from you again. You charge as a premium brand with a non existing customer service! I returned some items from my order and I have today received my refund excluding two items for £100 value.... I have been trying to get in touch via Live chat which doesn't exist as I have bee connected waiting for a response for almost 2h. This is unacceptable, you are stealing my money! Order 37433779. Refund the money for two of my returned items NOW!

Commande passée le 06.05 à ce jour (le 22.05) FEDEX m'indique que le bordereau d'envoi a été imprimé mais la commande non expédiée.. Service client qui ne répond pas... heureusement j'ai réglé ma commande via paypal je vais pouvoir me faire rembourser mais pour mes prochains achats j'irai directement en boutique

Absolutely avoid at all cost. Customer service is none existent. Never respond to emails and automated message with online chat states average wait to speak to live Agent is 10 minutes. Reality is you can be holding over an hour and still nobody attends to your call. Supposed to be a premium brand. Forget it.

Do not buy!!!! Have been waiting a month for the parcel constantly having to chase item still not received. Customer service is appalling! Cannot speak to anyone and wait for hours on ‘chat’.

Scam… never recieved my package and never recieced any answers to my complaining mails…

ho fatto un ordine 8 maggio e ad oggi dopo più di 20 giorni non ho ancora aggiornamenti su quando arriverà il mio pacco servizio clienti inesistente era un regalo di compleanno per mia sorella quindi ho fatto proprio una brutta figura

Update: Mittlerweile hat sich der ALO Kundenservice gemeldet. Mein Paket wurde ausfindig gemacht und nach nun 3,5 Wochen ist es angekommen. Ob ich nochmal bestellen würde, eher nicht. Es gibt genug Alternativen mit besseren Versandbedingungen.

Ich kann mich den negativen Bewertungen nur anschließen. Meine Bestellung ist auf dem Transportweg verloren gegangen. FedEx bestreitet das Paket jemals erhalten zu haben und ALO meldet sich überhaupt nicht zurück.

4 weken geleden spullen besteld voor 500 euro want Alo is hip en ik woon in oud zuid dus ik moet ook hip zijn, maar wat een k… bedrijf is dit. Als ik hier typ wat ik denk wordt mijn review niet geplaatst. Maar het begint met een K en eindigt op dat ijzeren ding wat je in het water pleurt als je je boot stil wilt leggen. Afijn we wachten rustig af!

If I could rate 0 stars I would, received a faulty item, multiple hours spent trying to get through to a live agent, multiple ignored emails after being told I could have a replacement, still nothing. Awful quality items and even worse customer service.

Horrific! I ordered a few hundred worth of things with express shipping. More than two weeks later there are no updates on the shipping, no replies from support...nothing. I'm genuinely wondering if the entire brand is a scam. When you pay such a markup for Lycra I expect some support...would not recommend and will never buy from them again

The worst customer service , they completely ignore emails when trying to arrange a return for a ridiculously oversized item

Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. My order never made it to the mail carrier. It has been 16 days- I’ve sent 3 emails, done 2 chats which “dropped” before resolution, spent 45 minutes on hold with no one answering the phone, and their text chat is non responsive. Never ordering again.

Avoid at all costs.

Placed 3 orders during the sale first 2 shipped ok however i am extremely concerned about my returns given the high value. Usually once its processed at the post office you receive a refund. Hasn’t happened this time and I am not hopeful even when they do have them back that I will get my refund as they aren’t answering anyone. Wish I read here first.

The main issue is my third order which hasnt shipped in over 2 weeks.

No one is responding to any of my emails and no one is answering their live chat.

I am extremely concerned and will not be ordering from alo again. I will do chargebacks on my credit card if I have to.

Please do not use this company the customer service is horrific.

Order placed 12 days ago, payment taken however item not sent. Alo do not respond to live chat or to my emails. Will never order from them again

Horrible customer service. I’ve been trying to get in touch with someone for weeks to resolve an issue. I’ve tried calling (during their stated work hours) but I just get their messaging system. I’ve emailed multiple times and still have yet to receive a response. And I’ve used their chat system which leaves you waiting for an agent all day and never responds.
