Slecht bedrijf. Massaproductie zonder kwaliteit. Dat mensen zoveel willen betalen. Over drie jaar zal je niets meer horen van dit bedrijf.

Horrendous ordering, returns and customer service. Ordered 12 items, their warehouse may send out 2 of 12 items. After waiting for an hour, got through to a live chat agent who finally placed a New Order for the missing 10 items.

The returns process was even worse. upon trying to return the items, there is sales process has been awful requiring multiple back-and-forth to process my refund, even though they have received the items. To make matters worse, on the final return of 4 items, their warehouse team has said they have only received 2 items.

Given the inability to do anything correctly, I have zero trust in their ability to count how many items they actually received.

Overall, don’t waste your time, save yourself the stress. Go anywhere else just don’t use these guys. It has taken far too long for a business of this size and quality, the service and operational workflows are that of an absolute start-up, in fact even worse because the start-up would actually care about their customer service and quality. These guys seem to have absolutely no care, no ticketing system and every new agent I talk to has no understanding all background on the issue or the refund.

Looks like pretty much all the other brands but I enjoy wearing them. I would give more stars if the price wasn’t so astronomically high.

I made a mistake and went into their Beverly Hills store, bought a pair of pants and then browsed around. The quality of the fabric is like Ross dress for less. I regretted my purchase and seeing all these fake wanna be’s shopping and selling these clothes made me throw up in my own mouth! Never again will I set foot or buy anything else. You are paying for utterly trash!

Deze fout hadden ze netjes hersteld maar nu dat ik mijn pakket niet heb gehad zeggen hun dat ik een klant ben die niet te vertrouwen is
En ik kan nergens terecht want hun klantenservice zegt dat hun niks kunnen doen en als ik naar hogerhand vraag krijg ik geen response
En de kwaliteit van hun kleding is ook nog eens slecht

Slechtste bedrijf ooit, bestel hier niet. Ik heb een bestelling geplaatst en het zou maandag geleverd worden, er staat nu geleverd maar het pakket is nergens te bekennen. De klantenservice zegt het is geleverd dus ga naar de politie, vanmiddag ben ik bij de politie geweest en die vertelden me dat dit een civiele zaak is en hierdoor niet kunnen helpen. Alo helpt niet, en DHL ook niet, de politie zegt ook niet te kunnen helpen.

Bestel niet bij Aloyoga, als je eenmaal problemen hebt dan helpen ze je niet.

I received a hoodie as a gift and needed to exchange it for a larger size. This was my first visit to the store, and it turned out to be one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.
When I entered, the greeter explained they couldn’t leave their assigned area, which I completely understood, and pointed me in the right direction. However, when I approached another associate and politely asked if he was busy, he responded with a very dismissive and sassy attitude, as though I was interrupting him. He briefly pointed me toward the section and walked away without offering any further assistance or even asking what I needed help exchanging.
To make matters worse, when I went to exchange the hoodie for the exact same item in a larger size, I was told I had to pay an additional $30 because the person who purchased it had used a discount (had a gift receipt). I found this policy incredibly disappointing and confusing. This wasn’t a return or an upgrade, it was simply an exchange for the correct size of a gifted item.
I left feeling unwelcome, frustrated, and disappointed. Customer service should make people feel valued, especially when they’re simply trying to exchange a gift. Based on this experience, I would not recommend shopping here. It honestly just gives me more reasons to stick with Lululemon.

Genuinely the worst customer service ever. They removed me from the Pro Program after 2 years with no notice. When asked to reinstate it, they said applications were closed and they couldn’t do anything. I was promised on 4 separate occasions to receive an e-gift card after they cancelled my order without providing a refund, and have yet to receive one. I would rate them 0 stars if I could.

I shopped from Alo for a little over 1 year. I’m my first month I spent about $5k on product alone. Over the next year, I spent 5-figures, but I don’t know how much as I don’t keep track. I own every colour of serenity, dreamscape, suit up trouser and match point tennis skirt. That as well as at least 1 matching top for every colour and several jackets. I also own 4 muse sweatsuits and 2 cable knit sweatsuits. All their blazers - few of their sweatsuit material sets and I forget the rest…

I would guess my average spend is $2k a month.

I’m not a top client, but I’m one worth retaining. Well they shipped out my $3k order and forgot 6 ITEMS!!!!! How does a company have THAT large an oversight. I contacted them and they ghosted me. Their live agent chat doesn’t work. I am EXHAUSTED by their pathetic lack of customer service.

The quality of their sweatsuits has deteriorated significantly. It’s a joke. So I’m done with the company. I’ll file a chargeback and NEVER shop again. I have 6,000 Alo points. Screw it. Not worth giving them another bloody cent. I hope they go bankrupt for how they treat good customers.

De Alo yogo sneakers vallen ontzettend breed. Beetje jammer voor dat geld verwacht je wat anders. Geen mens heeft flippers.

My wife and I tried to order a gift card for a birthday gift literally 6 times over the last 2 days. Each time we placed an order we received an order confirmation email, then received an order cancellation email shortly thereafter. We called Alo customer service 3 times and they were nice but not helpful. They originally blamed the credit card co but we called Chase and they approved the transaction multiple times. Alo rep recommended we use a different credit card but same thing happened - Capital One also approved transaction multiple times. Tried using a different computer as well in case system issue on my end. No luck. Finally just gave up. Not sure how this company survives with non functioning online systems and subpar customer service.

My shampoo and conditioner were stolen out of my package by a wharehouse worker so my package came empty with just bubble wrap in it. I had called customer support for a replacement and they were able to order me a replacement but for some reason the replacement was return to sender. I called customer service after I saw that it was being returned to the ALO wharehouse and asked if they would be able to send it to a different location (A pick up location) and they refused and said that they would not be able to do that. I was placed on hold 5 times within the span of 30 minutes by the customer service representative at ALO who really was not that helpful. They didn't really offer a refund, I had to ask for the refund myself before the representative even said anything about it. Very disappointed as I was really looking forward to using this shampoo and conditioner.

I tried to order an electronic alo gift card 3 times and it was automatically cancelled by alo. I called alo customer service to fix the problem and they wanted me to place the order on line again. I asked the alo service rep to place the order while I was speaking with them and they could not do that.

Customer service denkt totaal niet mee. Geen aanraden om te bestellen!

Ich kann diese Firma uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Trotz eines Problems mit meiner Bestellung wurde mein Anliegen sofort bearbeitet und schnell zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit gelöst. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den freundlichen, professionellen und hilfsbereiten Kundenservice.

Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert, ich habe schnell Antworten erhalten und mich jederzeit gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Gerade bei einer höherpreisigen Bestellung ist Vertrauen besonders wichtig – und genau dieses Vertrauen hat die Firma durch ihren hervorragenden Service mehr als verdient. Very disappointed with Alo Yoga.

At checkout, the website clearly stated:

“The total amount you pay includes all applicable customs duties & taxes. We guarantee no additional charges on delivery.”

Based on that promise, I placed my order. However, my package is now being held by customs and I have been asked to pay an additional €46.59 before it can be delivered.

When I contacted customer service and provided screenshots of their own checkout page, they simply told me that duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility and refused to take any responsibility. This directly contradicts the information shown before payment.

To make matters worse, the products are not even great either. For the price, I expected much better quality and a much better customer experience.

I’ve ordered internationally many times and have never experienced a company making such a clear promise and then refusing to honour it when additional charges arise.

Misleading checkout information, disappointing products, and poor customer service have completely ruined the experience.

Awful customer service, if you need to return anything don’t bother they will not help you with a return only offer printer options so if you don’t have a printer be prepared to keep everything you order even if the sizing is wrong.
