I'm actually extremely disappointed !!!

I have a pair of shorts and track pants.. even after extensive dry cleaning

They always go mouldy and develop white spots on them!!!

Really shit quality they are misleiding with ai pictures / quality is really shit payed 140 euro for a zip up felt like 10 euro sweater

Doing an online order is a waste of time and money. 4 days after placing the order I receive an email saying one of the items (main item) was out of stock, and the items price would be deducted. I just cancel the entire order, no make sense to order accessories without the main item. Until today, 5 days after
The cancellation, I didn’t receive my money back.
Be careful. Ordering items from Alo Yoga online is NOT a good idea.

The material is absolutely pathetic considering what you pay. It’s like they ordered from Shein and slapped their logo on it. Save your money and buy a good dupe!! I spent $200 on a jumper and the material keeps shedding all over my other clothes even after multiple washes. Waste of money.

I am writing to formally report a disappointing experience I had at the Alo store at Avalon in Alpharetta, Georgia, on Saturday, August 15.

This was my first time purchasing from Alo. I placed an online order for a black sweater and black pants as a birthday gift for my daughter, who is turning 15 on August 20.

My order was delivered on Tuesday, August 11. Upon opening the package, I determined the items were too large. I did not try them on and returned them to the original packaging.

On August 15, I visited the Avalon store to exchange the items for a smaller size. At the register, the employee questioned whether the items had been worn and spoke to me in a manner I found inappropriate. I explained that the items were new and intended as a gift.

I also spoke with the manager regarding the interaction. However, I felt my concern was not addressed objectively. I then requested the names of the employee and manager in order to submit a formal complaint, but this information was not provided.

Despite the experience, I proceeded with purchasing the correct sizes so I could still give my daughter her birthday gift as planned.

I am requesting that corporate review the conduct of the staff involved during my visit on August 15 and provide a response regarding how this matter will be addressed.

Very disappointed with my experience with ALO. My Alpha Shell jacket started peeling badly, and the logo also stopped being reflective. I contacted customer service and was initially told that I qualified for store credit, only for this to later be rejected without any clear explanation.
I even offered to return the jacket or provide photos/proof of the damage, but I received no proper response. What makes the situation even worse is that I was then banned from the live chat when trying to get clarification.
For a brand at this price point, I expected much better quality and especially much better customer service. The way this complaint was handled has been extremely disappointing. I would not recommend ALO based on this experience.

I’m a new customer at Alo, and I’m really surprised with their shipping! One of my orders came within 4 days and arrived perfectly- correct size and item. Although their prices are really high, the quality for most items are good!

I should have read these reviews before ordering online from them. They’re all right, all the other reviews. They lost my order, or forgot about it… or whatever, clearly they don’t care, all they care about is money. Awful business, horrible brand, a bunch of liars.

I placed an order with Alo, and unfortunately one item was missing. However, their customer service was excellent. I contacted them to let them know what was missing, and after looking into it, they quickly sent me a replacement.

I’m absolutely loving the items I did receive. The quality is amazing, the fit is great, and everything feels so well made. I’m officially a fan!

Beim Sale muss man etwas Geduld aufweisen, da dauert der Versand lange.
Bei normaler Bestellung ist es super fix da.

I bought into the hype expecting high-performance gear for my daily coaching schedule, but the fabric quality is an absolute joke for what they charge. My sweatpants started pilling immediately after a single cold wash, and customer support was completely unhelpful when I reached out about an exchange. You are paying premium prices for cheap stitching and zero accountability stick to brands that actually make durable gear.

I bought a order for a 460 eur, for 5 items and i recived only two of them, The staff is very rude, they non stop talk nonsense and wash their hands of the matter, I recommend it if you want to lose money.

I don’t usually shop at ALO. I received the accolade crew neck pullover in xxs as a Mother’s Day gift . It did not fit well at all . unfortunately, I was not able to make it back to the store within the 30 day timeframe for returns. The store suggested I call customer service to see if they might be able to make an exception. The customer service team was exceedingly unhelpful. I explained I simply wanted to exchange the item for something that fit. In addition I explained that the item I wanted to return for something else was not a seasonal item and being in the color grey would easily be purchased by another customer. They could provide no decent explanation for refusing to allow an exchange past 30 days other than it being ALO policy. Needless to say, I will never purchase anything else at ALO again.

If I could give zero stars I would l. Live chat agents unhelpful and do not follow up. I order from Nike and lulu and those companies have stellar customer service . Alo quality sucks and not worth the name drop logo- stuck with Nike and lulu. They are unforgiving in returns even though their products are of poor quality

I have had a terrible experience with ALO. I purchased a pair of pants online. As they are expanding into Australia I assumed the stock was coming from Australia. I was wrong. They were shipped from the US. I need to return the pants but have been told I need to drop them off at Homebush. I have been speaking to there Customer Service team for one week. They can't help me. Buyer beware.
