Great customer service

I knew the area I wanted to visit so All Camps had all the relevent information for each camp and made the booking experience an awful lot easier.

Best Campsite I've ever been too. Kids entertainment and staff were so nice and kind to the kids

I wanted to inform the resort of our late check-in and twice the call was dropped after a few rings. I had been waiting to be connected to speak to an agent and then the call disconnected. Does not give much confidence in customer service attitude.

Always find the website very easy to use and gives very good details about the campsites and the area

When I emailed with enquiries and I problem I had they were very quick to get back and very helpful

Booked and took my deposit and did not refund or offer the deposit to remain in place for another holiday after Covid. Now they send me advertisement to my email. I will never book again with you. I thought this was explained in my initial review. Please understand this and stop sending me advertisements. All camps junk

Update: Despite our repeated requests during our stay regarding the broken toilet in the mobile unit, Allcamps has responded with an unsatisfactory email offering a minimal refund, even though we were unable to use the mobile for the majority of our stay, implying that the lack of a working toilet is an acceptable inconvenience. It appears their solution is for guests to resort to using the sink.

It took five out of our seven days to resolve the issue, rendering over 50% of our booked time unusable in the accommodation. Fortunately, we had access to alternative lodging, albeit inconveniently distant from the other amenities mentioned in their reply. Despite raising the problem multiple times, we were continually reassured that it would be promptly addressed, only to be consistently disappointed as it remained unresolved. I strongly advise steering clear of this company and its affiliate, Eurocamps, as their inability to deliver satisfactory accommodations or customer service is glaringly evident.

Booked a mobile in Camping Cisano Italy through Allcamps. Upon checking into the mobile we realised the only toilet in the mobile was not working. We reported it and multiple times were told it would be fixed that evening or the following morning. We ended up staying with family at alternative accommodation as the mobile was unfit for use. Eventually after a week they fixed it but at that point we only had three days left of our holiday and hadn't even taken the bedding out of the plastic, so there was no point having to repack and unpack. I asked for a full refund and completed a guest report form with David in Eurocamps who was very helpful, I then gave him the keys of the mobile so we no longer had possession of it. I was emailed by Allcamps to say that it would take upto 4 weeks from the end of our holiday to review our complaint, but we are even more out of pocket as we had to contribute to our family we had stayed with.
Incredibly frustrating experience and I could not recommend booking with allcamps, we were lucky to have family staying near by or we would have been stuck in a mobile without working sanitary facilities.

Water park was fantastic, lots of great Icecream , turtles were endless amusement, beach was fabulous
