We had a lovely stay at camping Eden in lake Garda. We stayed in happy camp. The booking process was easy. We would have liked to have found out about them holding our deposit until the last day when they needed to do a full inspection tho - this made us a little anxious.

Security staff (7ft, around 22 stone) Enjoy to put their hands on women and young children leaving extremely damaging injuries. Camp will not co operate- manager does NOT CARE and enjoys to shrug shoulders and pretend not to understand english..No support for any British people. Very Rude staff. Staff constantly judge you for being "british" due to previous concerns. Left camp early 3 days due to safety concerns and intimidating staff. Left £700 down due to requiring to book earlier ferries as concerned over safety of children. Staff steal money from customer and over charge on all prices of drinks and food. WILL NEVER EVER RETURN -, PLEASE DO NOT GO IF YOU ARE BRITISH. Was due to stay 10 days but left 3 days early.

I booked this holiday as a first time getaway for my partner and our 8 month old baby, we decided to invite some friends to join us with their 2 babies also, one is 6 months old and the other was 3 years old.
Please see bellow our list of problems with the occomodation:

- We were charged adult prices for every child in our party, yet given no child amenities, no cot (and no space to put a cot) no kettle for milk preparation, no high chair etc.
- We were limited to 6 people in the mobile home, and babies pay adult prices, which means one of us had to pay 200€ for a tent space for 4 days and camp alone.
- No linen was provided, we are expected to bring linen half way across France when I've paid £990 to be there.
- No household amenities were provided what so ever, no sponge no washing up liquid no towels, no bath mat, one single half used toilet paper.
- Cooking a meal was almost impossible, no kettle, no toaster, no oven no barbecue, but you can rent one for the extortionate price of 15€ per day (no tongs included or spatula etc).
- The camper was a a danger to be in during the day, we recorded temperature of 44c inside and the nights were awful, obviously we didn't expect air con, but not even a single fan was provided.
- The decking was a literal danger, we couldn't even let our children crawl on it due to the splinters and the nails sticking out of the boards.
- The fake shutters on the outside of our mobile home contained a wasp nest that we had to dispose of ourselves.
- No cash policy was very inconvenient
- The hot water was intermittent the whole time we were there, when the maintenance guy turned up he literally just walked into the camper, didn't even introduce himself, not to mention the problem continued.
- Kids bouncy castle is in full sun and unusable, literally unsafe after 12pm.
- All in all the whole mobile home was out dated and under stocked with equipment.

I understand we were not at a hotel but this is not my first camping experience, it's the first time I've been expected to bring my own bed sheets, the staff at the reception were all so rude, except for Jerome who finally took my comments seriously when we checked out 3 days early.

The campsite we used was camping park sequoia, absolute joke, we have asked all camps for their comments and they do not care.

This is a very good site and we loved the location.
Everything was clean and the staff were excellent.
We had a pitch with private sanitaire which was very clean on arrival and was well maintained.

I really thought that this suite lived up to my expectations. One disappointing thing was the amount of people smoking at the poolside bar. This spoilt our visit to the poolside bar and meant we did not return to it. This needs to be a non-smoking zone ( although I appreciate the French are more tolerant to this than we are in the U.K)

Overall a very good site which I would happily recommend.

Booked via Allcamps with Roan for 3 bed mobile home. It was tidy but I did have to clean sticky marks from the walls on arrival. No room in the double bedroom to stand next to the bed. Roan rep told us to park next to the mobile home only to have angry Italians tell us to move the car the next day as we’d parked in the wrong spot. Parking was not next to the accommodation as advertised. My 8 and 9 yr olds were bored by the pool after the 2nd visit. This probably wasn’t helped by the fact that on my first go down one of the slides resulted in a chunk of my little toe being removed (meaning I couldn’t access the pool or beach for a few days). The slide remained open even once staff were made aware. The shop is okay but very expensive. You need a car as places to visit nearby aren’t that good.

No aircon and mobile home was as hot as an oven when we arrived.

Restaurant only serves pizza until late
Shop expensive and need to drive to a super market
Staff in restaurant ignored you
Very poor entertainment, especially for younger kids
Right next to airport so planes regularly flying very close
Play park is basically one slide
Pool was the only positive although loungers were very uncomfortable
Shuttle bus driver to the beach was very pleasant and helpful

Always great help and customer service

Out of all the eurocamps i have stayed in this had to be the worst for entertainment.. no engagement with children they tried to put on entertainment every other night but wasn’t great.. we had 4 families stay at same time 3 together 1 on other camp at across the road at very back.. like we were double booked.. the shop is small the restaurant some staff lovely others not very pleasant or the main waiter constantly wiping his nose like he’s on something.. pool and slides my ones enjoyed easy access to towns and biratz.. I don’t honestly think this is a 5 star resort.. sorry guys

Read the cancellation fees before booking. Yes the fees are clear, however you would think having to cancel as it is not safe to camp in over 40c heat, there would be health and safety concerns and a full refund. Travel insurance will not cover this unless cancelled by the host, which won't happen as the website is a middle man website.

We also had to cancel another booking earlier in the year due to repeated emails from the campsite we'd booked advising of ongoing construction and events being held on site for the World Cup, all of which were only advised once booked, and Allcamps took partial payment for this despite more than a month's notice of cancellation. I will avoid this website in future and book directly with the campsite I wish to visit.

Very poor customer service, as below another customer had a family member pass away and they still charged the full cancellation fee. Shocking behaviour.

We arrived at the camp to find that it was effectively a building site. The "premier chalet" we had paid for and been promised turned out to be a caravan in very poor condition. It had a strong unpleasant smell, broken parts throughout, a loose and potentially dangerous electrical fitting in the children's room, broken glass, a non-working TV, and fixtures that had not been fitted correctly.

I immediately spoke to the site representative, who agreed that the accommodation was not acceptable and moved us. However, due to a lack of availability, we could only be moved for 3 days of our 7-day holiday. We were assured that a permanent solution would be found by the third day, but when that day arrived, nothing had been arranged. As a result, I had no choice but to pay out of my own pocket for alternative accommodation through another agent on the site. The representative assured me that I would be compensated for this.

After returning home, I contacted the company to resolve the matter. They offered only a small refund, which does not even cover half of my additional costs, let alone the disappointment, inconvenience, and disruption to our family holiday. This was a refund rather than meaningful compensation.

Throughout the complaints process, the company has been extremely dismissive and rude, repeatedly claiming that I had not followed their procedures. In reality, I contacted all the numbers provided, but no one was available to help when assistance was needed.

To make matters worse, the holiday listing advertised children's bikes as being included. Upon arrival, the site representative informed us that they had never offered bikes. The company later claimed they were simply sold out, which directly contradicts what we were told on site.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid booking through this company. Save yourself the stress, disappointment, and extra expense by booking directly.

There was no option to give zero stars.
I updated my booking prior to arrival to say I wasn’t bringing my dog. I also told them at reception when I was checking in yet they still charged me £30. To me that’s theft. But I let it go. We also wernt told the swimming pool would be under construction. Again I let that go and told my children they will just have to make do without one of the main things they came here to do. But the worst part of it all was the construction workers arriving at 8 am firing up there diggers and parking there dump truck in our parking spot. I couldn’t believe it. I tried to complain but had absolutely no help from reception. The people here are really rude both staff and locals and the construction workers have no health and saftey knowledge and it’s definitely not a safe environment for children. I’ll update this before I leave. But for the record I’m giving this a rating of minus 5 stars. Be aware before you book. I would never come back.

Not a great experience,booked a holiday for August,had to cancel in April due to family bereavement only to find the cancellation fee was £151 due to their cancellation policy which wasn’t made clear when I originally booked the holiday in march

We stayed in 1 of the lodges ar Camp de Liestert. It was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. All the staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful. The pools, lake and playgrounds were all amazing for my 8 and 11 year old children. We would definitely visit again.
