Would just like to say a big Thank you to Hepzaba V for all the hard work she put in securing our accommodation. She went above and beyond to help us. So Thank you Hepzaba.

We booked AllCamps for lake Garda in Italy and it was a total disaster. The cabin had no hot water, we were demanded to hand over €100 deposit incase of damage that would have been caused. The cabin was demanded to be cleaned when we were leaving even tho it was filthy when we got it!!! At reception the staff were rude, and, unhelpful, the shops are way overpriced, it way over packed. If you value you family break stay away from AllCamps. The place is dirty, pools were also very dirty, kids were vomiting and sick from the water, no shading for babies and no chairs. We have had many holidays like most families and have travelled to lots of different parts of the world but this was by far the worst. We made a complaint to the guy that was over the cabin and it was ignored. AllCamps are a scam, keep clear!!!!
I would highly recommend ppl to research AllCamps before booking anything with them, seriously.

It is not the first time that we travel with this company and we had a ggid experience last time so we hope that we will have the same experiemce this time

I found the website informative and easy to use. I found what I was looking for at a cheaper rate than another similar company.

I had a query around AC. Response was quick. While Allcamps didn't have the answer to my query, they researched and got back to me with the relevant information.

Easy to book very user friendly page to book on

Toilet blocks are a health and safety issue. Absolutely filthy. Very run down site. Like something from the 80s. Avoid

We booked a pitch in Slovenia for 2 day for more than £200 at Kamp Natura and we are very disappointed by the condition found on campsite, pictures doesn’t match the real place, we sent an email to the Allcamps and they ring us after 2 hour when we was already on the way to Dubrovnik to disappointed by the place and price , that is not a place for camping plus is very expensive for a pitch , no socket to plug in as the other caravan from behind us has take that for himself , plus nothing between pitches for privacy, threes broken , plus we did have looked around and nothing interesting to do, it is a aqua park opposite pitch but very expensive like 21 euros for a person . We didn’t make any pictures but the place can be verified by everyone who is interested to see it. We ask for the money back but Allcamps is refusing to give my money back, as excuses they are saying why we didn’t wait there and wait for them to find a solution, but hat solution to find if the place is horrible for me and my family. We went in the car and start finding a new place to camp for more money to pay. I hope that someone will see that and they will refund my money . My right as consumer is to let other people know about my experience to avoid any disappointment in the future. Thanks

Very helpful with the arrival, collection of luggage etc great to have air con set up in the mobile and anything we wanted or required was no problem highly recommend the service and also the reasonable price

Easy straight forward booking with good range of accommodation options

This is our 4th year booking with Allcamps. Overall we've had a good experience. I would just say that it can be confusing about availability and maybe this could be clearer when booking specific sites and accommodations
