I had an awesome time at my appartment!! I stayed in Albufeira with girlfriends for a week, and the appartment was clean, spacious and it had everything we needed. Communication with Algarve Vacation was perfect the whole week. Would absolutely recommend!!!

La experiencia ha sido estupenda, 10/10. Las instalaciones en estado perfecto, todo parece nuevo. Todo está cuidado al mínimo detalle para hacer de la estadía inolvidable y lo más cómoda posible. De verdad que nos vamos con ganas de volver otra vez. Todo super limpio, la zona es espectacular con una playa al lado. Seriedad y cumplimiento por parte de los anfitriones. Está en una zona muy céntrica, perfecta para hacer turismo. La piscina y el jacuzzi lo hemos disfrutado muchísimo. Todo super bien. Gracias de verdad.

Be prepared to lose your €400 breakage deposit. I had read the reviews & was not sure about booking, but went ahead. Wish I hadn’t. There were problems from the start but I’ll first explain about the breakage deposit. We arrived home & I emailed to find out when we would receive our deposit back. Was told if there was any damage we’d be informed promptly. 10days after we arrived home we were sent an email saying there was damage & our deposit was being retained. That was it, no details of damage. I replied that I wanted to know what was damaged & I wanted photographic evidence. She replied, ‘a chandelier’ I explained that she was stressing me out, & I wanted photos.
Finally when I got photos, it was a smashed ceramic lamp base. Luckily because I had read the reviews, at 5.30am on leaving the villa I had gone around every room & taken a video. My kids thought I was mad but thank goodness I did. There was evidence of the apparently smashed lamp base in perfect condition in my video. Sent this to them & got the reply that ‘on speaking with the owner, my deposit would be returned’ no apology for accusing us, or stressing me out. We had a great holiday but having to deal with this on our return was not pleasant.
The villa itself was a nice villa, however on arrival it was filthy. My daughter in law, who has allergies started coughing & sneezing, & gradually got worse. I removed old dusty books, seashells & lanterns from her room. I cleaned all the surfaces & what a shock, my cloth was filthy. I then cleaned all of our rooms (4 of them). Again every room dirty & dusty.
The rug in sitting room was covered in crumbs & sweetie papers I contacted them asking if there was a hoover. They said no & they couldn’t send anyone to clean until Monday. I explained how unwell my daughter in law was. They didn’t care. I lifted the throws on the couch as I thought they must be dusty as well. I found a sticky sweety & wrappers under them. The bathrooms had soap dishes that were disgusting, a towel rail hanging of wall. We found a broom to sweep outside that was broken in 2 & had sharp metal bits, my son wanted to iron a shirt & found the ironing board had a piece of metal sticking out where you would iron, could easily have ripped his shirt. I could go on, but basically any problems you find & report, they don’t care.

Door onto patio - no lock, which means it's a simple handle to go straight
out onto the pool - very dangerous for children and necessitated always
having chairs in front of it.
Outside patio by the pool beer bottle caps and various bit of rubbish..

The table tennis table was broken, sharp and unusable
Both umbrellas not able to work properly

Downstairs - was like a different villa , so poor and neglected.
Air conditioner - did not work - At record
temperatures it made the room unusable.
Other room downstairs - bed head was worn and damaged and no
hot water in the shower
The two downstairs bedroom floors on arrival were dirty and sandy and took
a week for someone to come and clean

We found this so frustrating that started doing DIY ourselves.

This place had the potential to be a great villa but was let down by maintenance and cleaning. Villa Algarve people just gave empty promises about people coming but never did.

Villa Moorea

The start of the process went well, good communication and all was going well.

Issues with the villa,

There was an infestation of cockroaches which someone came to spray some stuff about, but they were still running about for days after.

We had some caterers in for a special meal for the 14 of us and half way through there was a total villa power cut, we rang the emergency number and all they asked was the oven on, well for cooking for 14 it was on as well as the stove, the caterer ended up turning everything off on the power board to get thing back on but had to cook dinner by torch light. Not a single follow up call to make sure we had it sorted or anything since.

Security deposit, had some held back for some dirty towels that were not even ours as the pictures provided were different towels to what we had in the villa and then where they had taken the pictures at our villa, guess what were not at our villa, can tell from the flooring was totally different. We were still in the country when they said they were holding back some money and I said I can go back to the villa to see the damage as by they they had not said what it was, funny enough they took almost a week to reply and by then we had left the country.

I wish I had looked at more reviews before booking as I've seen a few having issues with security deposits, almost like a scam to get more money off us.

Book with caution if you have too.

Ik heb voor mijn dochter met vriendin een week het appartement Melbourne 2 in Albufeira gehuurd.
Goed contact gehad met Olivia. Zij hield ons goed op de hoogte dmv mail en app.
Appartement was groot mooi en schoon net als in de advertentie werd laten zien.
Dit was voor herhaling vatbaar.

Prachtig appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt, goed schoon en erg ruim. Lekker zwembad en fijne bedjes. Hele fijne vakantie gehad hier!!

The Vila Morais is very well located, close to amenities and a 5-minute walk from Galé Beach. It is well-maintained, clean, well-equipped, and in every way consistent with the description and photos. The pool is regularly serviced. The house is ideally located for exploring the Algarve – and the region is incredible. Communication from Algarve Vacation was excellent throughout the entire process. There were 15 of us and we had a fantastic stay.

Very nice spacious villa, close to the new town and perfect for larger groups. Great hosts

We booked a villa managed by Algarve Vacations. The level of communication was perfect, neither too much nor too little. The instructions for finding and accessing the villa were perfect. We had an issue with an air conditioner on the first day, and once reported, an engineer was onsite within hours. We also left something of sentimental value behind, and they were very helpful in finding and forwarding it. Would be happy to book a villa managed by Algarve Vacations in the future based on this experience.

they never answer calls, all via email. Also our data seems to have been compromised as constantly getting emails and messages from fraudsters knowing everything about the booking and propurting to cancel if more payments are not made.

Great location just a short walk from the beach. The high street nearby had everything we needed, supermarkets, restaurants, and plenty of options to explore. Lots to do around the area, perfect for a relaxing and fun stay. Would definitely come back!

ALGARVE VACATION IS A SCAM

I went to a villa VILLA BERMUDA with my family. We were firstly greeted by cleaners that had clearly just arrived before us, rushing around and trying to get the place half decent. With a foul smell in the kitchen, cigarette butts and algae around the pool, they clearly did not do a great job. We firstly took photos of the damages to the villa such as chairs, sun loungers and multiple broken locks on the doors. We emailed Algarve Vacations with the photos of the damages, THEY ARE NOW WITHOLDING MY £500 DEPOSIT USING THE PHOTOS I TOOK. They are accusing us of these damages, it was evident there was no prior inspection to the villa as the cleaners arrived shortly before us. I will edit and change this review if and when my deposit is refunded. So far they are ignoring me and witholding my deposit.

Wish there was a negative star option…

Family of 7 all very excited to start off our holiday in lovely Portugal we soon realised that this wasn’t the case… Upon arrival we had realised many faults within the villa such as the safe not locking, mostly all locks broken on the doors, bottom of the pool had broken tiles, very strange fusty/damp smell about the place, cleaner still there upon our arrival, broken sun loungers, hygiene overall was a negative, I couldn’t really see what the cleaners had actually done. We took many pics of these things not even mentioning the live wires hanging out of the broken sockets but the list goes on! Then to be told at the end of our holiday back home trying to redeem our deposit, that WE have damaged the place. There isn’t anything in the place to damage to be quite honest, I couldn’t name one thing that was decent quality, all hanging on there by a thread. It’s a disgrace to even let people pay that price in the first place! We have still not revived our deposit back and the company itself is ignoring us…AVOID AVOID AVOID

We had a wonderful holiday at Venice Apartment , Albufeira .
Seamless process from booking
until our departure.
The apartment had everything we wished for to make our holiday one of the best .
The presentation of the apartment was second to none and we will definitely return in the future .
The pool area was superb, plenty sunbeds and lovely grass area which was well maintained and always relaxing as not busy.
The location of the apartment is excellent , close to the main strip
and also the old town, however, situated in a quiet and peaceful street.

Please please do not book through this company!! We booked through VRBO who we have used on our last 4 trips to Portugal but they 3rd partied it to algarve vacation.
We stayed at Villa bermudas in quinta da balia, a lovely area. The villa had been advertised as 5 star but when we arrived we were greeted with the cleaners who had only arrived at the same time as us 1600. They threw a few buckets of water round then left. We looked around the villa and were horrified to find none of the doors could be locked, 1 had been forced open and the lock was hanging off. The safe was damaged and fid nit work, the bathrooms were old and all had blocked plughole and one of the showers was over a bath which had a rust hole in it. Shower curtains were all filthy, the blankets on the bed were old dirty hairy disgusting things. The place smelt of damp, the pool had a layer of green algae on it and had broken tiles. All of the furniture both inside and out was broken including the sunbeds, chairs etc. Within 1 hour of arriving I had sent several emails and was told it was an operational fault. I asked to be moved to another property but had no response. On day 2 a man arrived to repair most of the door locks and the cleaners appeared again armed with a bucket and a mop. They could not clean the pool but took pictures of it and agreed it could not be used. On Tuesday, day 3, a man arrived and cleaned the pool however until the Wednesday, day 4 , it was unusable as the water was very merky. We had sockets broken off the wall, lights missing exposing live wired, beds that I did not feel comfortable on etc. Despite me reporting these problems, not much was done about it. We had to go out every day as the villa really was not a place to relax. The final insult is that when I got home to begin my compensation request, I received an email from algarve vacation saying they are withholding my deposit due to damage caused. I dont think it would have been possible to cause any more damage to this villa and I await their evidence of the damage. The kitchen was filthy and was equipped with disgusting cutting boards, dirty stained pots, broken doors, no kickboards so dirt was gathered under cupboards. I can prove every fact above and mote with the photos I have taken so algarve vacation have a fight on their hands. Please contact me if anyone wants to see the state this villa was on. DO NOT USE ALGARVE VACATION AND FO NOT STAY AT VILLA BERMUDAS !!

Stayed in one of your Marina villas, it was very very poor.
Out of date, walls were very dirty, broken tiles everywhere in pool area, very dangerous.
3 balconies'but NOT ONE OUTSIDE PEICE OF FURNITURE TO SIT ON OR A TABLE TO PUT A DRINK ON.
Bathrooms very disgusting ... old .... dark, no shower options.
we stayed for 9 nights, and not once did any housekeeping visit to refresh villa, laundry , or check pool hygiene.
Over priced , over rated ..totally disappointing ...horrible
