This must be one of the best coach holidays we've had! Callum our driver was brilliant, a lovely young man very skilled at driving the coach & making sure we were looked after, (he managed to avoid long delays on the M6 on the downward journey & on the return journey & got us back to Burtonwood in good time)..& very good company! The hotel was lovely & we had a lovely clean room, what a delightful place in a lovely setting. The staff were helpful & pleasant & coped well with one or two of the obligatory 'difficult' people you find on a tour. Food was a slight issue, it wasn't to everyone's taste & there wasn't much choice for the traditional 'meat & two veg' brigade but it was fine for us.....cold plates for hot food did not go down well though...difficult to please everyone! For us the breakfast was surprisingly poor, plenty of choice but not particularly well cooked & the metal containers didn't keep it hot. Obviously hotels are catering within a tight budget for coach parties & this shows particularly in meals wherever you stay. However the trips out were wonderful, the guided tour very entertaining & The Tower, the Abbey & Windsor were magical...all-in-all a brilliant time...& a big thank you to Callum!

We went to Shanklin for 6 nights in a heatwave! Hotel location was brilliant & was near to the lift to go down to the beach.
We had a lovely time, the travel was fairly seamless, the hotel clean and the staff are friendly, smiley and helpful.
It was good value for money, the holiday was better than anticipated, food choices were good & breakfast choice was excellent. The coach was comfortable and stops were regular for a leg stretch.
We would definitely go with Alfa again.

The hotel was really nice our driver was really informative and helpful. Our cases we dealt with and put outside the room so we didn't have to worry about them.

Great holiday in a lovely location with very helpful and friendly staff. Good to hear a lift is being installed.

We have arrived back from a tour holiday holiday in London, the hotel Thatchers hotel was lovely & clean, staff friendly
Alfa travel was excellent company to go with, the driver Callum was chatty, kept us informed of the trips, times location as the holiday went on.. He helped massively with my mum being a wheelchair, 5 stars highly recommend

Enjoyed our hotel and entertainment, coach travel was very tiring due to road problems. Waiting on staff were efficient.

Great service from the staff from the start of the Holiday to the finish of the Holiday stop at the office and in the hotel couldn’t do enough for you. Stuff at the hotel looked after me really really well. I would definitely go back there again.

Nice hotel in good location. Food mostly good and table service excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful and efficient. Coach driver was excellent as was the feeder coach from our pick up point. Sadly the return feeder coach fell short as the air con was not working on an extremely hot day. This driver was also quite curt and complained that passengers should have been told what time he would be departing from the interchange and was annoyed at some passengers not knowing the ETD. He gave the impression that it was all a big inconvenience to him and that he was doing everyone a favour when he is obviously paid by Alfa to provide this service. Sadly this ended our lovely holiday on a slightly sour note

Fanstastic service . The hotel staff were amazing , very helpful , nothing was too much trouble . Hotel clean and tidy , food was lovely . Lovely views from the hotel , trips were good . We had a brilliant time and will definately be booking more holidays . The coach driver Steve was superb . Nothing too much trouble always happy .

Value for money and good mix of days out and free days. Hotel satisfactory in both room standard and food quality. Evening entertainment was week along with return change over at Tamworth

Food/service, excellent! Waitress Emma was the sweetest.Driver Lee was friendly and safe.Room spotless. All staff friendly.Dartmouth/ Brixham excursion- Straight off coach for Dartmouth cruise, excellent, then on to Brixham, not really enough time for people with poor mobility to get down to harbour.Hotel steps to beer garden are very unsafe, need a sign, side rails dangerous. If you book certain seats from the online picture, this may change if a different coach is used, we booked kerb side and were on road side as was a smaller coach, quite cramped. Not moaning, just pointing out.Baggage handlers very efficient. Never watched entertainment as room very small. Overall, pleased with Alpha.

Fantastic hotel, lovely friendly staff and great tasty food

The coach driver Neil was great he was very informative about the locations we were going to, he made us feel comfortable and got us to places safely, The Staff at the hotel made us feel warm and welcome. The room we had to sleep in was clean, tidy and the bed was comfortable.
Linda who served us our meals was really lovely and looked after us well.
It was lovely that the staff laid out our table with a birthday table dressing and also the waiting staff sang happy birthday and gave me a birthday cake

The hotel was nice with spacious bedrooms and showers. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our coach driver was a young man called Keiren and he couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. Very impressed with holiday and price was a great deal . We will be booking another trip with you .

Very well organised journey both ways, good trips out. A friendly helpful driver, Simon. Friendly staff in the hotel. Hotel clean and comfortable nice food Hotel tired and quite shabby in parts especially the corridors. More seating needed outside the hotel with a designated smoking area away from the other tables and entrance door. More bar staff needed Sanka was brilliant, so hard working always with a smile but the poor girl was run off her feet working solo every evening serving ,clearing tables changing barrels, sorting the bingo. Overall a great holiday and will definitely go with Alfa again

Our hotel in Gt Yarmouth,proved to be a great base to see more of this lovely county.
The hotel itself is a little dated,after saying that the facilities were great,comfortable beds etc,and excellent meals.
All the staff were brilliant.
Our coach driver Callum made the long journey down and trips all the more enjoyable and he was also very informative.
The trips out were excellent.
It was our first holiday to this part of the country.
Clearly a lot more for us to see.
Entertainment in the hotel was good.
Also met some very nice people.
Will definitely recommend Alfa and certainly will book a holiday with them again.

The exchange at buttonwood ran smooth.
The driver Simon was very good with a excellent personality.
Entertainment in hotel was ok some a little quiet.
Hotel nice.excursions very good Plymouth and the boat cruise excellent.
Only one negative point the room we where allocated smelled as if it hadn't been used for a while ( we booked a super saver but I expected better) and the extractor fan didn't work in the bathroom.once we reported it it was sorted.
We are always impressed with Alfa holidays and will be booking again soon.
