everything was fine, journey down was easy and our room was the best we have ever had with great views and plenty of room. meals and service were poor on the first two days but improved after that. two very good trips out and good entertainment each evening.

Well I must say the driver David was the star of the show, his personality and knowledge was outstanding, trips were very interesting,
The hotel was good but I was a little disappointed as had to change room as I did say I had walking difficulties and I paid for upgrade but second room needed to be decorated as flood marks and ceiling paper pealing the only positive was the stunning view ,
Food fabulous, staff was very perfessional and entertainment was good , all round the holiday was good .

The Melrose hotel is welcoming and clean, we had a refurbished room that had a large bathroom with a shower.
Staff were always on hand to assist when needed.
Our coach driver Rob (not and Alfa coach) was brilliant, he engaged with everyone travelling and made the journeys interesting and fun. His coach was clean and comfortable.
Highlight for us was the Edinburgh tattoo, but our other visits were good too.

Was a warm welcome on arrival, booking was easy and staff was amazing. Food and entertainment was brill. Was plenty to do and in a good location. Got the rocks opposite. Nice walk along the seafront. Not a long stroll to the sandy beach and fair. Wen to hi tide a couple of times staff couldn't do enough and was always happy to help.

Picked up on time feeder to Tamworth excellent services very good for disabled unlike Warrington (big bank to push wheelchair) hotel has wheelchair friendly lift ,by asking at reception) very helpful,not all evening meals were to our taste but you wouldn't go hungry,Steve driver very good 3rd holiday with Alfa this year thank u.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. The entertainment was the best we have had in any hotel . The food was lovely with lots of choice.

Alfa coach staying at Cliffe Norton hotel Tenby. Staff couldn't do enough for you. Good location for access to shops and access to beach opposite the hotel via ramp, ok for getting on but coming back up a bit of a struggle if mobility an issue. Lovely harbour close by where boat trips available recommend visit to Caldey Island.
HOTEL: in need of updating we were in room 15 fantastic view but bathroom definitely needs work, odd taps, unable to stop hot tap from dripping so very hot, suite all different colours however very clean, sash window would not stay open. FOOD, set meal times, good choice of meals catering for vegan, vegetarian and gluten free served by lovely helpful staff. ENTERTAINMENT: bingo and different entertainer each night, bar prices very good. COACH TRIPS: saundersfoot beautiful place, advertised as half day but we were about an hour fifty minutes very disappointed, Haverfordwest extremely run down, just not worth the visit, the route to the castle not suitable if any mobility issues as all uphill. Welsh botanical gardens well worth a visit. What made the holiday for us was the staff at the hotel. This is the 3rd holiday with Alfa and will not be the last.

Room great hotel great, staff exalent food good until last night put in a complaint, did not spoil are holiday. Would not do another self drive as we feel we mist out on a lot ,like trips. Thank you.

Everything was taken care of once we had been picked up at our local pick up point. The journey was comfortable no lugging cases around as once we had been picked up we didn't see our cases again until we entered our Hotel room and the same on return. The Hotel was more than adequate and comfortable, the food was excellant and a very good selection at all mealtimes. Staff were all friendly and helpfull, all in all a very enjoyable and good value for money holiday. We will be booking another very shortly.

I gave the holiday five stars because I didn’t find anything at all that wasn’t good.Also the entertainment was first class.

Everything planned out perfectly. Staff all around efficient and friendly. Drivers excellent. Can't find fault at all.

Alfa was recommend to me by a friend, as I needed a holiday I could take my elderly mother on and have an adventure together. I wasn’t disappointed at all we both had an adventure with an added bonus not having to cook for the week. The hotel was better than we expected and we had an extra free bonus of a sea view. Our room was very clean on arrival and kept clean by the staff. The room was bigger than an average twin room.
The food was nicer than expected and a very good variety of choice. We had an early breakfast and dinner time but this suited our needs.
We didn’t attend any of the planned evening activities, as we just wanted to sit and relax after a busy day.
We enjoyed the trips organised and the coach was comfortable and easy for my elderly mother to get on and off. We were allowed to bring her walker with us.
The staff and driver were all very friendly and helpful.
It was my choice to drive to the hotel and join the coach on the trips etc. we managed to park easily but my only negative is that behind the hotel were I parked, the area was a bit rough looking but that’s not Alfa’s problem but the local council.
Overall we had a wonderful time and are looking forward to booking another trip for 2027.

Picked up near home.Dave our coach driver very friendly The hotel was clean and comfortable. The food was good and staff very friendly .We had a great sea view from our room which was serviced every day. Would definitely recommend Alfa coach holidays and hope to book with you again

This must be one of the best coach holidays we've had! Callum our driver was brilliant, a lovely young man very skilled at driving the coach & making sure we were looked after, (he managed to avoid long delays on the M6 on the downward journey & on the return journey & got us back to Burtonwood in good time)..& very good company! The hotel was lovely & we had a lovely clean room, what a delightful place in a lovely setting. The staff were helpful & pleasant & coped well with one or two of the obligatory 'difficult' people you find on a tour. Food was a slight issue, it wasn't to everyone's taste & there wasn't much choice for the traditional 'meat & two veg' brigade but it was fine for us.....cold plates for hot food did not go down well though...difficult to please everyone! For us the breakfast was surprisingly poor, plenty of choice but not particularly well cooked & the metal containers didn't keep it hot. Obviously hotels are catering within a tight budget for coach parties & this shows particularly in meals wherever you stay. However the trips out were wonderful, the guided tour very entertaining & The Tower, the Abbey & Windsor were magical...all-in-all a brilliant time...& a big thank you to Callum!

We went to Shanklin for 6 nights in a heatwave! Hotel location was brilliant & was near to the lift to go down to the beach.
We had a lovely time, the travel was fairly seamless, the hotel clean and the staff are friendly, smiley and helpful.
It was good value for money, the holiday was better than anticipated, food choices were good & breakfast choice was excellent. The coach was comfortable and stops were regular for a leg stretch.
We would definitely go with Alfa again.

The hotel was really nice our driver was really informative and helpful. Our cases we dealt with and put outside the room so we didn't have to worry about them.
