Never got a response for the defective…
Never got a response for the defective product we received shipped in the damaged container. Very upset.
EDIT: I did receive a response (was buried in my inbox) and they gave me a partial refund. I do appreciate the gesture...I just wish they packaged it more securely so that the box wasn't all banged up on arrival.

Damaged product and horrible customer service
I received a damaged product and emailed customer service to correct the matter. Several days later, I have received no reply. I tried calling and was instructed to file a claim. After walking through the demanding claims process several times (because the site crashes), I was left with no other option but to pay for return shipping on a defective item. Albee Baby needs to take accountability for this issue and cover the cost of the return shipping and/or replacement. As it stands, I would never order from this company again.

Excellent customer service! I ordered a car seat, but UPS had an issue with the delivery and the package never arrived. After I contacted Albee Baby, their customer service team responded very quickly, filed a claim, and promptly sent me a replacement. The entire process was handled efficiently and professionally. Purchased a WAYB Pico Forward Facing…
Purchased a WAYB Pico Forward Facing Travel Car Seat for my grandson. After using found it difficult to tighten straps without climbing in the back seat. Also the release red button is too low in groin area and have to press so hard I am hurting him!! Tried to return but they said I cannot because I threw the original box away! I can't even send it back in a UPS box.

The website was very user friendly with a very large selection. I ordered a stroller and it shipped quickly, even though I ordered over a holiday. It arrived in one week (I'm located on the other side of the country) and was packaged well! I also reached out to support and got a timely response. Kicking the Issue to Manufacturer
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing. We purchased a Nuna MIXX bassinet from Albee Baby for our newborn daughter. After bringing her home, we discovered an issue with the bassinet’s sleep surface. Nuna reviewed the evidence I provided and approved a full warranty replacement.
I contacted Albee Baby not expecting them to assume responsibility for the warranty, but simply hoping they would advocate on our behalf with Nuna or help identify a solution. Instead, I was met with an immediate defensive response and told to continue working through the manufacturer.
I understand that retailers don’t control manufacturer warranties. However, when customers spend thousands of dollars outfitting a nursery through a retailer, I believe it’s reasonable to expect some level of advocacy when a significant issue arises with a premium product.
I left the conversation feeling that once the sale was complete, there was little interest in helping us navigate the problem. That’s not the level of customer service I expected, and it’s something future buyers should consider.
