Car seat arrived damaged- I emailed several times and never got a response a follow up . The car seat was over $600. The product was even marked damaged by UPS. Very disappointing and frustrating will not be using this company again.

A Great Experience -- Second Time Around!
I'm so glad that Albee's is still around! I bought furniture from them more than 30 years ago for my daughter's room, and now I'm back buying for my grandsons. Selina was great to work with because of her knowledge of their furniture, and her courteous and professional manner. I decided on Oeuf furniture -- twin bed and matching dresser -- and it was the right purchase. I'm impressed with the design, quality and workmanship. Received open-box item
While the stroller itself is amazing, I’m very upset that I paid for a brand-new item but, for some reason, received a stroller that had clearly been taken out of the box before (luckily not used). I could have just ordered an open-box stroller and saved $100. If I hadn’t needed the stroller ASAP, I would have returned it and ordered a brand-new one in a sealed box from a different store.
The store contacted me and tried to resolve the situation, insisting that the box left their facility brand new and sealed. However, unless I can provide proof that the packaging had already been opened—which I honestly don’t understand how I’m supposed to do, considering anyone could receive a brand-new box, open it, and then claim it arrived that way—there’s apparently no solution.

We also want to note, for clarity, that we never said we required photos before we would help you. We asked for photos simply so we could investigate further and understand exactly what you were seeing, since "the box looked opened" can mean a lot of different things depending on the product and how it was packed. Some brands, including this one, don't seal every component in plastic, which has led to some past customers assuming a product was used or returned when it wasn't.
You've since confirmed that the stroller itself arrived completely new, unused, and in excellent condition, and that you don't have any photos or documentation of the packaging concern. Maxi Cosi car seat arrived in a little over a week packaged in the original box with all the manuals and parts. Although I haven't yet installed the car seat. It appears to be in perfect condition. The box was a beat up mess upon arrival, but that may have been the shippers fault.
