Great deal! Easy shipping

Another company that lacks…
Another company that lacks communication. I’ve been waiting for the Nuna Triv LX travel system to restock and received an email at the end of June saying it’s in stock so I placed an order. A week goes by and I hadn’t received any tracking information so I reach out to customer service and I was told that it was a glitch in their system and that I should’ve never been able to order it but it should restock by July 31st. Why did I as a paying customer have to reach out to get this information?!! The company should’ve sent an email right away updating the customer and apologizing for the inconvenience as I ordered it with the expectation that it wouldn’t take a month to receive my item. It feels very weird that they were willing to take my money without giving me an update about my order. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because our first order arrived quickly and they offer an amazing military discount, however, I will no longer be a customer as I’m tired of these companies taking advantage of their customers and not taking accountability.
Response to Albee Baby’s reply: While I appreciate the response and excited to receive my order, I wanted to clarify some things. When I placed the item it showed that the item was IN STOCK, not back ordered. When I received my order confirmation it did not show the item was back ordered. When I reached out to customer service, they said it was a glitch in their system and that I should not have been allowed to order it, so I don’t appreciate Albee Baby acting as if I knew it was a preorder this entire time when on three separate occasions it was not communicated that it was on back order. Not to mention, the item was in stock on several other websites and I was able to successfully order and receive the same item from Nordstrom within a week. I was planning to cancel the Albee baby order until I happened to check the tracking and found out it had shipped, the tracking information came 5 days later. Overall, I’m still disappointed and as I said before I will no longer be a customer. Such a shame these companies still frame it as the customer’s fault when I have proof.

At the time your order was placed, the Nuna TRIV lx Travel System was on a manufacturer backorder with an expected availability at the end of July. While we made the item available to pre-order, we recognize that the messaging surrounding your order was not as clear as it should have been, and we sincerely apologize for that. You shouldn't have had to contact us to learn about the delay.

Disappointing
I thought the gift was going to be sent to the person's gift registry address, but it came to my home. The shipping charges were ridiculous, especially when it wasn't even sent to the recipient. Disappointing.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. Purchased a car seat for my toddler that showed was in stock and did not have any other information. Received a call from frank letting me know it was a drop ship from the company directly and asked if I wanted to continue. I asked how long it would take to ship and was told 1 week. 3 weeks went by and I hasn’t received a call, email or any type of communication. I called back to see about an update. They let me know that they would have to contact to company directly for an update. I let them know that the product was available on their site. And not sure how long it has been on there and I was still just waiting. Instead of admitting their mistake they shifted the blame to the other company. I cancelled my order with Albee baby and placed it directly with them. Albee baby later contacted me that the other company had issues with their shipping wear house. That makes no sense since I order directly from them afterwards and already received it. Horrible customer service

Albebaby takes no responsibility for what their actions. Right after I received the call and the order was placed. Why was I not notified about this unfortunate delay? Frank notified me when it was out of stock. Why not about the continuing delay?

After your order was placed, we reached out to let you know the car seat wasn't available in our warehouse, and offered to have it shipped directly from Maxi-Cosi instead. Once you agreed, we were unfortunately notified of an unexpected delay at the fulfillment warehouse handling your order. We understand how frustrating it was that the original shipping estimate wasn't met, and we apologize for not keeping you better updated along the way.
When you requested to cancel, we first needed to confirm with the manufacturer that the shipment hadn't already gone out before issuing a refund. Once that was confirmed, your order was promptly canceled and refunded.
We understand it was confusing to see the item available elsewhere while your order was delayed. Inventory and fulfillment timelines can vary between warehouses, even within the same manufacturer. We're sorry this led to a disappointing experience, and we appreciate your feedback as we continue working to improve our communication.

Great deal for a great car seat
This car seat exceeded my expectations! I love that it has a base, rotates for easy loading and unloading, built-in cup holders, and a simple LATCH system that makes installation a breeze. One of my favorite features is the magnets that hold the harness straps out of the way while you’re getting your child buckled in—it’s such a small detail, but it makes a huge difference. Chicco really thought of everything with this seat. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, convenient, and well-designed convertible car seat.

Bad experience
Actually, this is my second order and I have a very bad experience in my first order. UPS didn’t deliver my stroller to me and I’m going to have a delivery also 36 usd is missing!!

After reviewing your order, we can see that you were in contact with our Customer Service team regarding the shipment. Although UPS was unable to complete delivery and the package was returned to us due to an issue with the destination address, our team made a one-time courtesy exception by reducing the standard return deductions and refunding all but the $18.00 return-to-sender fee.
We also see that you placed a new order using a different shipping address, and we're happy that it was successfully delivered.
