Metal bar hits child’s foot. Lose a lot of car space.
The car seat kept getting delayed on the shipping several days. There was also no review about your child’s foot hitting a metal bar and if you don’t want them to you have to move the front seat up so much that a person cannot sit in it. Disappointed with the purchase.

According to the tracking, the package experienced a delay while in UPS’s possession, which unfortunately was outside of our control. UPS Ground shipments can take several business days depending on the origin and destination. Despite the delay, your order was delivered within a reasonable timeframe.
Regarding your concerns with the car seat itself, we understand that the fit and available space in your vehicle are important considerations. If you’re unhappy with the product and your order meets our return requirements, you are welcome to request a return. We’re happy to assist with the return process and help resolve the issue.

I had a problem with delivery service and customer support. They shipped a $26 cost cup holder with a signature requirement while I was away on a work trip. UPS did not leave the package and returned it to the store. I contacted customer support, but they denied my request for either a refund or for the item to be shipped again.
UPD: With some delay, but the issue was resolved. Thank you.

The cup holder was returned to us by UPS after the delivery attempt was unsuccessful. Because the shipment required a signature, UPS was unable to leave the package unattended, and undeliverable packages are ultimately returned to the sender.
We have since shipped the cup holder back to you free of charge. We absolutely would have been happy to find a solution had we been given the opportunity to address the issue with you directly before this review was posted.

Return nightmare
I ordered a car seat and the box was crushed and opened when I received it, but I do not think it was damaged or used, but not sure. I was not sure I had time to order a new one before the shower but found one on another site that only took 2 days instead of 7 days to receive it ( bonus was it was at a lower price). Once I received the new one, I started a return with Allbee Baby. I had paid an extra $10 for the prepaid return. I did call and ask if I should do a shipping claim or just a return and the person I spoke with said to just return it as I had paid for that. I started the return on July 24, had to send in a bunch of pictures (Because it arrived opened) to get my shipping label. Fed Ex said they delivered it to Allbee baby on Aug 3. It is now Aug 13 and no word or refund from Allbee Baby. When I checked their website today it said they had not yet received it. Could not get hold of them as I am on the west coast and at 2:40 they had already closed, so will have to try again tomorrow. Never again will I order from them!
