Super easy to find and park. Regular buses. Need to have proof of parking to get on bus from airport and I was supposed to have been given a card but wasn’t. Luckily I had the confirmation printed in my bag.

Very convenient parking for Luton Airport. Courteous, friendly staff and service. Staff on hand to show you where to park. Very efficient transport in luxury minibus, didn't have to wait , vehicle was available as soon as we arrived to park and on our return journey from the airport. Friendly and polite staff.

Really good and helpful staff , easy and safe place to leave your car , very quick transfer clean and comfortable vehicles with friendly drivers, highly recommend

It is a great option to go in a holiday and have your own car in the airport parking lot. The only thing is that they are not forgiving one day even if you get your plane cancelled. In rest is a great experiente!

I’ve been using the same car park for a few years now, and although the return wait can occasionally be a bit slow, it’s generally reliable. On my last trip, however, I paid for Premium parking and it actually turned out slower than the park‑and‑ride. We ended up waiting longer for the transfer to the airport, which was disappointing given the upgrade. Overall it's quite convenient, a short ride to the airport and no issues a part the wait.

I used Airport Parking Luton for the 1st time this week for a 4-day business trip. The price was significantly better than the onsite parking at the airport. It's well located with a quick shuttle service and the return shuttle to the car park was also very prompt. All the staff were very friendly and helpful - this also includes Imran in Customer Services who assisted with a query I had regarding a payment (which he has helped resolve) Top marks.

I have used Airport Parking Luton on a few occasions now and believe they offer a very professional parking solution for Luton Airport. Booking is easy, shuttles to and from parking to airport run effectively and I have so far after having used their services about four times been very happy with what they have offered.

Because of ATC issue on the 8/9/26 we were delayed by 8 hrs and to make things worse had to pay a £30 over stay fee. Thought this fee was harsh under the circumstances and excessive as I think I paid £80 to park for the 6 days.

It was easy even enough though the barriers didn't work on exit for whatever reason....the exit barrier next to us had the same problem. We had to wait for a while...but not a real issue.

The reason given a 4* and not 5* is because the staff on arrival wasn't clear and as helpful as we would have liked. They were OK but when we approached first stand (which was the correct stand) to hand our keys over, the man behind stand told us to queue on the other stand, which we did then told (the correct first stand) was our queue....no apology from the staff behind the stand!

I use this company regularly as in for instance 3 times this year so far. The people picking my car up and returning it did a great job. But due to the cancelling of flights across the UK this time I couldn’t get my return flight for a couple of days later. £30 a day is excessive for something I had no control over and I wrote to the ‘customer support’ team to query it and have had no response. I would have given 5 stars for the service but none for customer support. Gonna look at other companies from now on.

3rd time using this parking, it’s so close to the airport. Some of the drivers need to smile but hey doesn’t stop me getting to the airport in time!
We always use Premium as it’s closer to the airport and easier to find your car. We find it’s not much more to go Premium.

Easy drop off no hassle, had to wait 5 mins for car on return. But no real problem and all went smooth. In defence of the car park my flight times were messed around due to national flight disruptions.

Always park here. Great service. Shuttle only takes five minutes to get to terminal.

I have been a regular user of the parking services since it started and the quality of service continues to improve and the frequency of pick up and drop off is a real positive along with their competitive pricing.
