I did not understand that I needed to take a ticket as I entered the car park. Collection was ok but I disturbed the poor guy having his meal when we arrived. No real issues. Just points to make it perfect.

I dont normally have an issue with this team however on my trip home, there was myself and another couple who got to bay G at the same time. The driver saw us but closed the doors and drove off anyway. We called the company and the next bus didnt arrive for nearly 25 minutes later by which time there was alot of people waiting and we had to cram on. Very disappointed but normally, its fantastic, efficient service.

Nice service, comfortable and fast transfer

The secured parking lot was clean, well-lit, and felt safe. Staff were polite and the process of leaving and collecting the car was quick and straightforward. No issues at all — I would use it again and recommend it.

I parked for a week and on return the car parked next to me had drove into the side of my car! No notes were left nothing! I have structual damage down the passengers side of my car and sent emails to airport park luton to save the cctv footage and no reply they are useless and do not care! Luckily i took picutes of how badly the car was parked into my bay space and the damage and there number plate and are currently going through police! This is not acceptable, please check every part of your car before leaving carpark. I’ve never experienced anything as bad as this, not only is my car badly damaged they don’t care on the phone and fob you off. No help at all, bet it would be a different story if it was there car.

The parking was easy and the service was first class. Very helpful staff and the pick up bus is clean and very comfortable. Pick up and drop was completely stress free.
We highly recommend this company.

Easy to find, staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location, only a few minutes walk to the terminal. Car was there waiting on our return. Would recommend.

I originally booked a premium parking space a mile from the airport that included a bus transfer, specifically because I wanted to park the car myself in a secure spot without handing over my keys.
Two days before our flight, they called claiming
"access issues" and offered a "free upgrade" to a meet-and-greet service, assuring me my car would still be parked in the exact spot | paid for. When I followed up in writing to confirm this, I was ignored; a phone call yielded only verbal assurances.
Thanks to my Tesla app, I discovered they lied: my car was actually parked 5 miles away from the designated spot and driven multiple times before our return. It feels like a calculated bait-and-switch where they overbook secure spaces, move excess cars miles away, and invent access issues at the last minute. If you care about who drives your car and where it is kept, look elsewhere.

Really close to the airport. Check-in was a bit confusing, as was getting the bus, but staff were lovely. On return the staff were not so helpful and they could do with slightly bigger buses, but no complaints for the value of what we paid

Due to fly out day air traffic control system failed. My flight was cancelled. Had already dropped car off. Had to ask for it back and rebook for the following day.
All organised efficiently and pleasantly.
Highly recommended.

I must say from booking to returning to my car it was simple, pleasing and great service.

The car park was easy to find and transport to the airport was seamless. On our return we waited less than 10 minutes before our transport back to the car park. Therefore, we had no issues with our experience and great value for money.
