The worst company (enigma parking Heathrow)I have ever dealt with. Just kept putting the phone down on me. Used over half a tank of petrol and left just 12 miles in my tank, and did over 165 miles. Left the car in a car park and told us the keys were under a wheel. We had been waiting over an hour before being told that. Will be taking legal action and reporting them to Trading Standards. Do NOT use this company, rip off merchants

1. They sent the booking confirmation the day before we travelled because of an admin issue
2. The drop off point was different to what was on the booking confirmation
3. They state to call them 30 mins before we arrive to drop off location. We did this
but they were an addition 45 mins late
4. We arrived back to Heathrow and collected bags and called them. They said it would take 30 mins, but came 1hour 25 mi s later.
5. The freshy on the phone is rude
6. They littered in the car
7. Worst parking service ever
8. Easy parking is crap too

Their service is the worst I have ever come across. From collection to drop off they are a disaster. Very rude, late to collect and drop off, and used half a take of petrol. Would never ever use them again

I have tried to contact them for nearly three months now and they won't take my calls anymore. I arrived at the terminal to collect my car and the car was there but he man wasn't. When I phone Enigma they said he was dibetic and need the loo and that he left the keys under car. We eventually found the keys on top of a wheel - for anyone to take - and realised why the man was not there to hand our keys in person - There was an almost two metre long scratch on our car! I have sent pictures to Ezybook and Enigma but no one is willing to pay up or deal with it. Avoid them at all costs. I have no words. If anyone has any way of solving the issue please let us know how.

Bad from start to finish! Wish I had seen the reviews before booking.
Nobody to meet us at terminal to drop car, kept phoning and was told on there way, had to leave car with keys on wheel with parking ticket paid or would have missed flight. On return car was returned promptly which I thought was good, saw driver walking away from my car, he me gave the key and said where parking ticket was then disappeared. On walking towards my car I noticed two long scratches on driver and rear passenger, called then straight away and was accused of being a scammer and laughed at and to send photos and in return they would send photos, I have sent photos but as of yet no photos from them.

**AVOID AT ALL COSTS*** ***SCAM*** If I could give a zero, I would. They take your car and drive it around, I come back to my car filed with rubbish and 100 MILES DRIVEN! Simply put if my boyfriend catches you on road, he’s going to put his finger in your a** for every mile you’ve done.

I was very disappointed with the service, the employees were rude and unhelpful. They used my car without my permission. I called them to discuss this incident and the man ended the call. Disgusting service, I will be reporting this company to trading standards. I can say this has been the worst experience of my life and that is by far.

Do not use this cowboy company. The driver did not turn up the yard address on the high street, 87 High Street, Harlington, UB3 5DN there is no car park there. It was a car wash place . I had to drive out to the yard as nobody answered the phone. They called and said drive myself to drop off at Heathrow, they took my car from here.

This company will cause you huge stress at the start and end of your travel. They are rude, lie, threaten and bully and should be avoided at all costs.

Absolutely disgusting please avoid this company, I booked this parking service on a last minute time and didn’t read the reviews, I’m so in shock how they can use your car as their personal use without your permission, its a junk of people most of them can’t even speak English, when you book it, clearly it says park and ride but when you get close to the location and call them they tell you to come to the terminal they will collect the car, on the way back when they returned the car The car was been driven over 100miles my fuel was empty I had pictures from the day I handed my keys so that how I knew. there is a dent in my car, the tyre hazard light was on, I found a Nike shoe box in the back seat, recipes, Asds bag, phone charger and the next morning we called them the man was so rude I would never ever imagine a company would deal with your complaint like that he was laughing and he said we called for money and he would rather drive somebody ranger rover than my Mercedes and he was saying go do whatever you wanna do I don’t car and he put the phone down, all these reviews are accurate I have reported them to trading standards, absolutely disgraceful this company needs to shut down

Customer service was appalling. The rest of the reviews are completely accurate you should never come here, because I know for a fact that I won’t be coming back at all.

I wish if I could give a zero star for this absolutely joke of a company. They drove my vehicle around whilst I was away on holiday. I called to put through a complaint though and they would have a laugh about it and would not take my complaint seriously. If you would like your vehicle to be driven around and vandalised then go ahead and drop your car off with these jokers.

Avoid at all costs! I dropped the car off with this unprofessional company only to come back with over 100 miles off added mileage to the meter. The side of the car was dented and shoe boxes were found inside my car. I called the inquire and the Asian lad with a strong accent is laughing and swearing on the phone. I have reported these thieves to the trading standards. I’ve also reported to the police as I have no knowledge of what purposes my car was used while I was on holiday. I will try my utter best to ensure this company gets shut for using and abusing customers’ vehicles.

Enigma Parking Heathrow is the worst parking company in the world. DO NOT USE. Waited 1 hour when parking the car Meet and Greet. On our returned took nearly 2 hours waiting for our car. When I asked what was the delay the Enigma driver started swearing and shouting. When I got in my car I found that the ignition key was deliberately damaged. Snapped in half. Not a good experience.

I completely agree with all the comments. The service is appalling. When I dropped the car off, I had to wait an hour which cost me £14.50. I have now arrived back from my travel, phoned them after collecting my luggage and they said 40mins. Well having arrived 40 mins they are not here. Phoned them again and they said that my car is still in the compound, saying that the battery is flat! Well that astonished me as I have a new battery and have been told it will take another 30mins. Do not use them as they are completely dishonest and unreliable!!

i waited for my car 4 hours to be delivered , very rude , they hang up on me several times, dont use them even if it is free

Avoid Enigma parking,.

I called, as instructed 30 mins before arriving.

Once I arrived I called - I was told it would be 10 mins further.
10 mins elapsed, I called back and told just on the way
10 further mins elapsed and I was told driver was just in the terminal. I asked why I wasnt called back and the phone was put down on me.

So the driver turned up after 30 mins (1 hour after booking).

On arrival I called when I had left the plane. I was told it would be 30 mins.
After getting to the car park, I called again and told a further 10 mins.
10 mins elapsed and told they would call the driver and call me back. They didn't.
Further 10 mins and told the driver was just in car park.
Further 10 mins and I called the number several times - they didnt pick up
The driver turned up after 30 mins (1 hour after booking).

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. We contacted them when we were 25 minutes from Heathrow as requested, even so we had to wait over an hour for them to turn up. On our return the guy said he would meet us in the drop off zone rather than going up the multi storey as it would be easier for us (we later found out that the reason he suggested this is because he’d never have been able to get round the tight bends due to the damage to the car).
He basically gave us the keys and legged it. As soon as we started the car warning lights and messages came up. We drove off and had only managed about 400 yards when it was very apparent that there was something wrong as it was really hard to control. We pulled over and checked the wheels. The right front one had a badly scratched alloy and a chunk out of the tyre. He had obviously kerbed it at speed as it had shot the steering alignment. We immediately rang them, and he denied all knowledge and said it was our responsibility and then hung up. We rang back and again all he could say was you accepted the car back so it’s your responsibility and again hung up. He then refused to answer any more calls or texts. We just about managed to get home (a very long slow journey) and haven’t dared use the car since as it is not safe to drive. We are now having to make an insurance claim that will go down as an ‘at fault’ on my insurance because I have no way of proving that they did it. This will obviously push my premium up.
I doubt the car even made it to a parking compound as it had racked up a good 100 miles. They also kindly left a takeaway receipt showing that they were in Uxbridge the day after we flew out and left the remains of said take away in the footwell!! They had smoked in the car and it stank and there was ash everywhere. There was also a pair of socks and a pack of wet wipes in the boot, as well as other car details (presumably for pick-ups) and car park tickets for other terminals at the airport.
There is no way we’ll ever get an admission from them, and they know that they can get away with it. Even the police said to us there is nothing they can do as we have no way of proving that they caused the damage, so we’re left picking up the pieces and the bill. They are a bunch of crooks – stay away.

Tried calling 6 x from 40 minutes prior to airport arrival and either put phone down or didn’t answer. Waited 45mins to be met and made to pay for short term car parking (can’t find this on terms) despite reeling them previously that I am disabled
Same on return and a number of items stolen from the car. Was told it was my fault for taking the cheapest option!
Excellent reviews are dubious as don’t seem to relate to the same company and predate 2012

AVOID….. avoid this company. I wish I had read the reviews. On pick up the man couldn’t understand us as he didn’t speak English. After comparing the mileage before and afterwards we can see that for what should have been a short journey to the premises to hold my car they had driven over 100miles.
