by far the worst company. no one answered the call center. They never deliver on time. For example, my order from December 28 is in their sorting center in Thessaloniki and still (January 13) has not been delivered... I went to the store and they told me that they are now delivering the orders that arrived on December 23... Simply unacceptable

ACS employees stealing orders ! And is not even possible to speak with manager or to make complaint ! They just take your orders and keep for them self's !

ότι χειρότερο υπάρχει σε εταιρεία. 1 μήνα για 1 παραγγελία που ήρθε χαλασμένη γιατί δεν είχαν δει καν ότι πρόκειται για φυτό που θέλει ΑΕΡΑ για να μην σαπισει. τωρα παμε για 1 μήνα ακομα για 1 ζευγαρι παπουτσια. καμια απαντηση σε μειλ-τηλεφωνο και καμια ενημερωση για την καθυστερηση. ΓΡΑΦΕΤΕ ΣΕ ΔΥΟ-ΤΡΙΣ ΕΡΓΑΣΙΜΕΣ ΚΑΙ ΚΑΝΕΤΕ ΤΡΕΙΣ ΕΒΔΟΜΑΔΕΣ. ΕΥΧΟΜΑΙ ΑΠΟ ΚΑΡΔΙΑΣ ΝΑ ΧΡΕΟΚΟΠΗΣΕΤΕ.

Worst courier ever. Incapable persons. Bad service. Only if you do not want to get your order!!!

Μου έστειλαν αυτοματοποιημένο μήνυμα στο Viber για να παραλάβω αποστολή. Ήμουν στο εξωτερικό (χωρίς roaming) και προσπάθησα να διαλέξω άλλη μέρα παραλαβής, μέσω του App που έχουν. Δέν λειτουργούσε (αχνό εντελώς το αντίστοιχο εικονίδιο, σα να μην λειτούργησε ποτέ). Προσπάθησα με email, τίποτε. Με bot, τίποτε. Με messenger, μου είπαν να γράψω στο email (όχι σε αυτό που έγραφε η σελίδα στο FB όμως, αλλά σε άλλο!). Τελικά χρειάστηκε να αφιερώσω 3-4 ώρες για να βρώ/αγγαρέψω φίλο που πήγε και παρέλαβε, για υπηρεσία που υποτίθεται ότι έχω πληρώσει για να φέρει σπίτι μου το δέμα. Αυτά 🙂

Never again. 1 star because there is no option for 0. Took more than 2 weeks to receive a package from a city 5 hours away from Athens. Every single time disappointing. I will let the shop know about the struggle, maybe they change courier service.

They have had our parcel for 15 days at their hub with no sign of it moving. Impossible to get any answers on the phone and the local shop just tells lies saying it will be with them later in the day... The company never manages to deliver around busy seasons but the worst is they just don't have any customer service. You simply can't get an answer from them..

Every year, this company struggles to effectively prepare for the Christmas rush, missing an opportunity to improve from past challenges. It sometimes feels like they prioritize other concerns over fully meeting customer expectations during this critical time. As a result, gifts occasionally remain in their warehouse, causing disappointment for families counting on them. With better planning and customer focus, they could truly turn things around and make the holidays brighter for everyone.

Package from China takes 10 days from the date dispatched to reach Greece! It went to an ACS HUB and for the past 10 days it has been in the HUB with no movement! I have called 5 times and they say it will be there soon and they apologise for the inconvenience! Have they checked the reviews all over the Internet? They are the inconvenience! They don't have enough people! Well if you pay peanuts you get monkeys! My package will not be delivered but in the new year because they have about 2 weeks of delayed packages! Sellers please don't use ACS or any company that cooperates with them like DPD Greece! ACS is by far the worst courrier company in Greece and a disgrace for my country!

I ordered something from Electroline 2 weeks ago and it is yet to be delivered. It was at hands of ASC for 2 weeks. My 600+ euro purchase.

In the meantime I got packages delivered from the United States of America to my home in just 1 week. And in Cyprus you need to wait 2 weeks for local delivery. It is really a joke and a circus full of clowns 🤡🤡🤡 Bananananana land

A complete failure. By far the worst shipping company. Unprofessional , customer service nonexistent. They never pick up the phone keeping you on hold. I have to return a parcel and it is the third consequent time they stood me up.

Γενικά η εμπειρία μου από την ACS COURIER, πλην λίγων μεμονωμένων περιπτώσεων και λόγω αυξημένου φόρτου εργασίας, είναι η καλύτερη.

“Τα πάντα για τον άνθρωπο, παντού με ευθύνη” λένε στην ACS ιστοσελίδα αλλα στη πραγματικότητα δεν νοιάζονται για το πελάτη. Πήγα στο γραφείο των Λατσιών χτες να παραλάβω μια αποστολή με τη ταυτότητα μου και το κινητό που με κάλεσαν δυο φορές να πάω για τη παραλαβή. Ο υπάλληλος αρνήθηκε να μου το δώσει διότι ήθελε λογαριασμό κοινής ωφέλειάς που να αποδείκνυέ ότι είμαι κάτοικος της διεύθυνσης αποστολής. Το επιχείρημα μου ότι είχα το τηλέφωνο του γραφείου του με δυο κλήσεις στο κινητό μου, συν τη κυπριακή μου ταυτότητα που αποδείκνυε ότι εγώ ήμουν το πρόσωπο παραλαβής της αποστολής δεν ήταν αρκετή να πείσει το χοντροκέφαλο. Τηλεφώνησε σε κάποιο manager εν ονόματι Ιωάννου ο οποίος μου επανέλαβε το ίδιο τροπάριο σώνει και καλά απόδειξη ότι μένω στη διεύθυνση της αποστολής. Χρειάστηκε να πάω σπιτι και να επιστρέψω με τη γυναικα μου στο ονομα της οποίας έρχονται όλοι οι λογαριασμοί για να πειστούν ότι δεν είμαι ελέφαντας αλλα ο νομικός δικαιούχος. Δύστοκη, γραφειοκρατική, not customer oriented currier η ACS που καλό θα είναι να αποφεύγεται.

Δε νομίζω να υπάρχει χειρότερη εταιρία couriers - αν μπορούμε να ονομάσουμε couriers το απόλυτο χάος. Είχα προβλήματα και προηγουμένως και τώρα ένα δέμα μου απ´ το εξωτερικό «διακινείτε» από το κέντρο διαλογής στην Αθήνα στο κατάστημα παράδοσης στην Αθήνα για τρίτη μέρα και κανένας δεν ξέρει πότε θα φτάσει εκεί. Δεν θα ξαναψωνίσω από eshops που χρησιμοποιούν αυτή την κατάντια που λέγεται ACS.

One employee of Michalakopoulou ACS office in Nicosia ask me for id without he to have any legal authorization or to show clear criminal record ! How ever after he refuses to give me my own packages ( but only to me , to local people he give packages without asking for any ID ) my 3 packages disappear 🤷🏻‍♀️ the small thief just took it for his self and he didn’t send back to the store ! Also is not even possible to make complaint to managers ! This company is real trash !

The worst by far!!! Waiting for hours over the phone and no one is aswering, my fist package was sent to a different location from where it was supposed to be sent and the second one I went to pick it up from where they told me I was supposed to go and pick ot up and was not there. I am still waiting from them to tell me where my second
package is. Extremely unprofessional!

The ACS driver never brought my parcel, and then their own app messed up and sent it to the wrong place. I was expecting the parcel on November 26...I even received an SMS with a delivery estimate. The deadline passed by over an hour, and so I decided, using the app provided by ACS, to relocate the parcel to a smartbox near my home. It's now nearly a week later, and the parcel is still stuck at an ACS district office. Using ACS's own digital assistant, I find that the parcel is scheduled to be delivered at the requested smarbox. Then I call their helpline (20 mins waiting time) and they tell me that according to their own system, they're still holding on to it because apparently I had asked for the parcel to be delivered to an ACS office. You should have called us on the phone, they said. No explanation of course on why their own app is garbage.

Absolutely ridiculous. I wanted to sent a package and I was trying since 9.30 am to contact them via phone to process (still trying I’m on the phone waiting for someone to pick up) At some time after waiting for about 30 mins someone picked up and asked me to tell my postal code, then she put me on hold and hung up the phone. Since then I’m still trying to find someone on the phone but there is no one ! I am trying since two hours now. That’s terrible !!!! Unfortunately that is the only company where the store that I need to send my package collaborates with so I need to endure this torment ! Awful
