Amazing customer and tech support

The customer service has been exemplary. Exceedingly so. Not only have they quickly answered deeper technical questions quickly, but honestly in areas they currently can't provide a service, which has been rare. More impressively, they have anticipated questions and proactively implemented solutions to make my life as a solo founder easier than I could hope for. The customer service is bad

The customer service is bad. Some of the things are false... posting automatically... it says it was posted but it hasnt... im hopeful, but this seems like a lemon of a product.

Thank you for writing this, and let me lay out what actually happened rather than argue with you.

Our AI assistant failed to answer your question and handed it to a person. At that hour we were offline, which the chat itself shows. That wait is on us and I am not going to explain it away.

As soon as we were back we went through your account. The post you were told had published did publish. It is live on YouTube and has passed 700 views, and it is still climbing. We replied in the chat straight away with the direct links so you could check for yourself rather than take our word for it.

On the automatic posting: if there is still something that shows as posted and is not, tell us exactly which post and we will trace it. We would rather find a real bug than leave you thinking the product lies to you.

Misleading

I tried to sign up for the advertised $29/mo. Signup fine print $79/mo. I bounced. They won't honor the price when contacted.

How's that for accuracy and service in marketing? For a tool you want to take care of your marketing for you?

Seems sketch.

Mika, you were right, and we have fixed it.

Our page carried $29/mo wording left over from our waitlist period, while checkout showed the intro price followed by the standard renewal. That mismatch was ours, not a misreading on your part, and the page has been updated today.

For anyone reading this: HeyCatch starts at $18.95 for a 2-week intro period, with 4-week and 8-week plans at $28.95 and $48.95 for the first period. After the intro, plans renew at the standard price shown at checkout, and you can cancel anytime before renewal. Every price, the renewal terms and how to cancel are shown before you pay.

Vlada has already replied to you directly. If you still want to try it, the intro price stands.

After reading some reviews I was a little concerned about the quality of heycatch's customer service, but I signed up anyway. I can say now, without a doubt, that their customer service has been top-notch. They've addressed all of my concerns and stayed in pretty much constant communication with me about the problems I was having. They even admitted that one of my issues was a problem with their U/I, and they fixed it immediately. Wow. That's an unusually high level of customer service. Thanks Heycatch team. I appreciate you.

The U/I bug you found is fixed because you reported it clearly enough to act on. That is the honest version of what happened: you did the diagnosis, we did the typing.

If anything else breaks, come straight back to the chat. We would rather hear it early.

Glad I took a chance with this

Took a chance on purchase after an Instagram ad. Was the exact target demographic: designer that vibe coded a product that has no clue how to market it. Decided to take a chance and give it a go and so glad I did. It did a surprisingly good job at understanding my site, the target market, and found competitors/comparators I’d never seen before (even though I’ve used another paid service to do competitive analysis). Gave Claude the prompt to diagnose the problems identified and I feel it’s a major improvement on the site. On top of that, I gave constructive feedback on areas I think could make the product even better and the founder was super receptive and appreciative of the feedback. Definitely excited to see this product grow and utilize it more with other ideas I’m working on.

This is the most useful description of our audience I have read, and you wrote it about yourself: a designer who vibe coded a product and has no idea how to market it. That is exactly who we build for.

The competitor part is the one I am most pleased about. Surfacing comparators you had not seen, when you were already paying another service for competitive analysis, is the bar we are trying to clear.
