I am writing to express my serious concern regarding the fact that, despite being a customer for five years, I have never been able to access my online account. I have contacted your customer service team on multiple occasions, yet the issue remains unresolved.

This prolonged lack of access is unacceptable and has now begun to impact my financial planning. Unless this matter is resolved as a priority, I will be compelled to remortgage my property with an alternative finance provider.

I request your immediate attention and a prompt resolution to this ongoing issue.

Fast efficient service. Easy to get hold off and underwriters contact you if they need something or if they have any questions which speeds up the mortgage application process.

I The whole process of porting a deal was just awful, I don't think I have encountered anything as bad when trying to port! It was shocking. Not a good experience at all. Shame as some of the underwriters I have delt with in the past have been helpful.

Did a porting application for client- was little complex but I was contacted by an underwriter straight after who was always responsive and really helpful and only one on the case

My broker approached Accord to get a mortgage as I was a first-time buyer. The application was stuck with their underwriters for over 4 weeks, only for them to turn and inform me that Accord had withdrawn my application. Leaving me in a dire situation to reapply with another lender, and thus wasting my time and energy - absolute shambles

I have had a mortgage with Accord for four years. I've never needed to call them until today. I wasn't overly impressed with the customer service and have no confidence in the information that was given to me. From the moment the advisor answered the phone they could not get me off the call quick enough. I dont understand why my new mortgage product which starts on 01/12/2025 isn't showing on the account. I was advised it will show after the start date, which isn't very reassuring given the system is showing my deal ends on 30/11/2025 and im going to be charged an interest rate of 6.66% which is the standard rate if you don't have a deal. I also queried about releasing equity/borrowing more for home improvements and was told it will take 6 to 8 weeks. They emthasised how much evidence i will need to provide as if trying to put me off. Well it worked, why would i wait up to 8 weeks when some lenders finalise applications same day. My first experience of customer service was not positive at all unfortunately.

Brilliant experience. Very helpful with initial underwriting and DIP straight through to completion.

i have had over ten mortgages in my life, I have never been subjected to so many pointless requests in my life,the application has taken over three months and Accord have now complained that its taken so long and are threatening to withdraw their offer, meaning i would have to start the whole banal process all over again. The only reason it has taken so long is they want to scrutinise every detail of my financial life, without any reasons given as to why . Even my mortgage advisor has pleaded with them to see sense. The only reason i have stayed with them is i am too far in to start again. They are the worst lender i have ever come across

Generally good, but the porting application is a bit cumbersome.

Accord lend out of the box, and are flexible with there criteria. Processing times were very good so had no problems!

Excellent help from Accord when the purchaser of my clients' current home pulled out at the last minute. I know my clients' were very happy.

Great service and easy to use.

Awful slow service. Spend a fortune getting documents drawn up from accountants. 6 weeks of underwriting for the underwriter to say she’s not sure if we can have an offer or not. Very indecisive time wasters.
