Don’t waste your time with this lender.
Spent weeks asking me irrelevant questions, then to satisfy everything giving me false hope, to saying no on something they knew from the get go.
Waste of time and effort.
EDIT: To top it all off the lender replied saying they have requested more information from me privately. Haven’t got any contact from them privately!

They initially offered a mortgage of…
They initially offered a mortgage of £180,000 after they did their “searches” everything was in check but still decided to drop down by £20,000! Fair enough managed to get some more funds and accepted the mortgage only for them to then decline the mortgage without reason! Broker couldn’t understand why and did all the checks but didnt make sense and no one on accords side is willing to give a reason! Absolute joke!

Really helpful was able to talk through some of the issue my client had with the underwriter. This shortened the time to offer greatly and helped my client produce exactly what was needed rather than vague requests that some lenders send out.

exceptional. 95% LTV, a few issues on the scorecard, not even marked for "cascade"... very impressed. quite a vanilla case but nevertheless, exactly what we needed.

i have used accord for the first time. i always knew they were more flexible and had a common sense lending approach compared to high street. and i finally had a case where accord was the best lender for my clients circumstances. smooth process to offer and recently completed. highly recommended.
