Product very cosy and comfortable but refund process TERRIBLE - I’ve been waiting 6 weeks!!! I bought 3 pairs of trousers in different sizes and kept one pair and returned two pairs along with some gloves. Açai received my returned items on 25 March 2026 (I’ve got Royal Mail confirmation) and it’s now 5 May 2026 and still no refund - this is 6 weeks!!!! I’ve written several emails chasing it. I received an apology on 23 April 2026 saying it would be escalated and refund should be with me within a couple of days but still no refund as at 5 May 2026.

Don’t buy from this company. I placed an order back in March which was returned and received by them on 1st April. It is now 5 May and I am still waiting for refund of a considerable amount. I have only received automated email response to my follow up. I won’t be using them again. Looking at other reviews they clearly have a problem.

Decent products unfortunately eclipsed by the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been waiting a month for a refund: apart from a message confirming receipt of my return, I’ve heard nothing, despite emailing, using the contact form and even leaving a voicemail on the (very hard to find) contact number. I’m resorting to leaving a poor review here in the hope that someone at Acai reads it and returns the outstanding payment to me.
A real shame, as I would otherwise have been happy to recommend their products.

Lovely comfy lightweight trousers

Purchased these before and absolutely love them. Very comfortable easy to wash and wear. Good choice of colours. Love the flexibility of the fabric and if it's raining they keep you dry. But remember to look after them to keep them waterproof.

I’m loving the showerproof leggings

I ordered the shower resistant leggings. Despite checking the size guides, the fit wasn’t right and the fabric is a bit odd. I returned my order promptly, return was received and I was told I’d receive my refund within 21 working days. It’s now been 21 days and still no sign of my refund which is concerning, so be warned if you order from them…

Appalling customer support. I returned one item for a refund 4 weeks ago and have still not received my refund.I have emailed customer support several times and have received no reply to my emails, apart from one automated reply to my first email quoting a reply in 5 working days- which has now passed. I would be grateful if someone from customer support makes contact to let me know when I can expect my refund.

I can't get enough of this super brand. As a tall girl with a 36 inch leg, the long option is a game changer I have two pairs of the thermal skinny trousers. And now one pair of the normal ones suitable for summer. I love that I can get a baby wipe to them and clean them in seconds perfect for horsey/outdoorsy girls. Now if you can expand every style with a long leg that would be amazing!!!

Bought their new style looser leg trousers. Whilst material felt nice there was far too much material around the legs and I would need to be another 5 inches taller. Still waiting for refund. Disappointing.

I ordered the Ascent legging, soft shell and thermal, thinking they would all have the same fit. They didn't, the ascent ones are perfect on me but the others unfortunately were a completely different fit. The belts are great. 4 weeks for a refund though was really too long and would stop me trying more in the future.

I was trying to make the most of the sale but the size 10 trousers were too big round the waist and thighs and the size 8 were way too small - such a shame because thermal walking trousers are really the nicest around. Anyway, sent everything back but still waiting for a refund. Not quite 21 days yet, but this 3 weeks seems a long time to process a return - especially when it’s quite alot of money.

It was easy to use my discount code, and my trousers arrived when I expected them to.
I just love them, they feel nice, fit well and dry really quickly.

Good quality clothing but I accidentally ordered the wrong size so I had to return the top. Açai received item back on 13th April but I’m still waiting for the refund. I emailed customer support but they haven’t responded. I think their refund policy has put me off ordering again.
