On behalf of all of the hens, I would like to thank Acacia Cottages and our event planner Ashley for organising an absolutely perfect weekend for our Bride to Be.
We could not of asked for anything more the whole weekend ran so smoothly and the other suppliers hired were incredible and made the experience extra special for us. I would also like to note how professional and friendly both of the beauty therapists were , aswell as our butler and the chefs.
The house is absolutely stunning and full of character and charm. The attention to detail from the owner and throughout the house is exceptional, we were particularly impressed with the wonderful kitchen which is so spacious and equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and the SONOS speakers throughout the house.
The house was spotlessly clean and the garden and surrounding grounds were immaculately maintained. We were very impressed with the location of the house which is conveniently located close to the train station, shops and beach.

Amazing memories have been made , thank you for creating such a special weekend for us all .

I used Acacia Cottages to organise my friends hen party and we had the best time! The whole process was so easy, not to mention the great price. Ashley was such a massive help and was always there to answer any questions.
We stayed in Smiths House which was such a brilliant house with an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge which was ideal and plenty of room for everyone. The garden area was also massive so lots of space to enjoy the sunshine!
The suppliers were all very friendly, on time and brilliant in what they did!
I would highly recommend Acacia Cottages if you are planning a hen party! I will be using them again for sure!

I first started planning a hen do for my sister almost 3 years ago through Acacia Cottages, and because of Covid, we had to postpone it twice. The whole concept made me so anxious, knowing I had to keep picking up the planning again and rolling with all the changes as time went on, but Becca from the team was AMAZING and she made the whole process as seamless as possible. She was very patient and helpful with me via email and everything was handled professionally and in a very friendly manner. The house was perfect for what we needed and the views were BEAUTIFUL! We stayed at the Stone Farmhouse in Bristol and the lady who greeted us, Becky was very welcoming and helpful and all the facilities and amenities were exactly what we needed. The hot tubs with the view proved a firm favourite, but we also made very good use of the heated pool. We booked the life drawing class as our main activity and it was so well done - lots of fun games and not at all seedy. A few of the girls said it was the best hen do they'd ever been on. So few companies seem to offer the type of packages that Acacia Cottages do and I'm so glad I found them!

We had the BEST time, a BIG thank you to Becca and Karen for helping us to organise a wonderful weekend for our hen, she absolutely loved it! The whole process was so smooth, from when I emailed you initially to enquire right up until the hen do, you responded to emails quickly and gave us all the information we needed for the weekend in a consolidated document which was SUPER helpful. I was able to share the holiday plan easily with the group so they had all the information they needed in one place 🙂
The cottage (Oxford Country House CH) was beautiful (the pictures you have don't do it justice!), very clean and tidy and exactly what we were looking for. The therapists were so lovely, and all the girls thoroughly enjoyed their treatments! The cocktail class was also fab, the weather was so lovely we ended up doing it outside and we all had a great time. The minibus turned up on time in the evening, and he picked us up outside the club on time too.. no waiting around at all! This was the first hen do I have planned, and it was so stress free because of you guys and your excellent planning, we got exactly what we signed up for and I will be recommending you to other people for sure! Thank you so so much for everything!!!

Perfect weekend away.

We used Acacia Cottages to plan a hen do, going to North Wales 'Welsh Hideaway.' Planning was easy, there was an easy portal for payments and communication was very straight forward.

The property itself was absolutely beautiful. The suppliers we booked through Acacia were easy to contact and always happy to help.

Would definitely recommend.

Thank you to all the team for a fantastic weekend away! Everything was taken care of and the hens had a blast. Beautiful house for a long weekend with everything we needed. We had a beautiful meal, treatments and were looked after perfectly by the hosts. The customer service is flawless and I just cannot recommend this team enough.

I organised my friend's hen do through Acacia Cottages and cannot fault them. Their communication throughout was amazing and they thought of everything. The hen do had to be rearranged twice due to Covid lockdowns and they were so helpful with sorting this out for us. The hen do itself was at Blackdown Views and it was just amazing. The house was beautiful and the location was stunning. There were even lambs in the field behind the house :) We had massages during the day and a meal cooked for us in the evening and both were just perfect.

I would completely recommend Acacia Cottages. They have been fantastic! Ashley, especially, has been so very helpful. Thank you!

We recently stayed at the Acacia Getaway With Hot Tub for my sister's hen weekend. The cottage itself was absolutely gorgeous and in the most lovely location. There were 7 of us in total and we had plenty of room. The cottage was fully supplied with everything we needed for the weekend and was spotless.
Susie, the lovely lady that owns the cottage was beyond wonderful, as were the suppliers of our canapes and the driver of the minibus who kindly took us to Bristol in the evening.
Becca, our agent who helped me organise the trip was so helpful. We had to postpone our weekend for an entire year due to covid which inevitably made some changes to our original plans - but nothing was too much trouble!
I thoroughly recommend Acacia Cottages to anyone and our whole hen party agrees.

We had an amazing stay at Peak District Houses, Hot Tub and Pool, the house was incredible - with rural views of Carsington Water. Ashley made the booking process a breeze and we had an amazing 3 course meal cooked by a chef, as well as beauty treatments at the property. Highly recommend for hen bookings!

Spent 2 nights at the Dales farmhouse & 4 person cottage for my sister’s hen do. Absolutely spotless, beautiful location & facilities! Would definitely come back!

After a few years of changing, sorting and changing again due to covid we finally got there and went on my hen do to Chew MagnaFarmhouse with Spa in Bristol.
First off I just want to say a massive thank you to Becca. She was quick to reply to emails and provide me with the information we needed for our weekend away. Throughout the past few years of organising Becca has honestly been amazing so thank you :-)

The cottage was quirky and indeed very different. Lots of talking points for sure.
The breakfast that was included was great! The owners were there to meet and greet and to show us around.

Spa was lovely and so were the beauty therapists.

Overall a brilliant weekend!

Booked a weekend at Streamside, Bath for a friend's hen party in 2020 - Obviously COVID had other ideas, but Acacia Cottages were always very good at communicating and catering to our needs as a group of 15. From switching taxi times and numbers of our group a million times, nothing was too big an ask and was dealt with quickly and efficiently by Becca which made our holiday (eventually in March 2022!) a very good one. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for hen/stag weekends or just a girly getaway. 5* service and at your beck and call 24/7. Can't beat them! Thankyou so much Becca at Acacia Cottages - You are the best! :-)

Such an easy process from start to finish, including the return of our deposit within a week of returning from our weekend away. Being able to book accommodation & activities as a totally customised package is a game changer. Even when we pushed the whole thing back a year due to the dreaded ‘Rona. Changes to numbers etc all dealt with super quickly by Ashley and our online portal made collecting payments an absolute breeze. Would not hesitate to recommend this company!

Booked a beautiful house in South Wales for my friend’s hen weekend and it was perfect! Everything we needed was there and ready for us as described. The owner of the home left a lovely card and some cakes for us, which was such a nice and comforting touch. My holiday coordinator, Becca, has been fantastic throughout the journey of booking and organising the weekend. I have received prompt and helpful responses from Becca after each enquiry and she put my mind at ease completely. Highly recommended!

Amazing from start to finish. Ashley, the wonderful lady at the end of the emails, sorted everything with ease. Nothing was too much for her. The property was just as described and everything ran smoothly and to plan. I would absolutely recommend Acacia Cottages and Red Brick Norfolk Barn. Wouldn’t hesitate to return. The barn was well equipped and clean. Top marks.

The Oxford country farmhouse was the perfect venue for my sister’s hen with all 18 of us fitting in comfortably with heaps of space for us all and our activities! From the minute I found Acacia cottages online, it couldn't have been easier to plan and book my hen do. Communication was fantastic (big shout out to Ashley), planning was easy and the payment method of allowing each hen to log in and pay individually was brilliant.
Amazing value for money.
The range of activities to choose from was brilliant. We did a dance class and then had a private dining experience in our cottage. We had so much fun with the 90's theme dance class, the instructor was the best, really got everyone involved. The chef arrived spot on time, the food was fantastic and they cleared everything away - bonus.
The whole weekend was the perfect way to begin the final cound down to my wedding, I couldn't have asked for anything more, thank you

We recently used Acacia Cottages to book a hen weekend. The cottage we stayed at was perfect. The staff at Acacia provided a great level of customer service and answered all are questions promptly. We will definitely be using then again.

Booked my hen do for 22 women through acacia cottages and what a dream it was! When I first enquired they sent options of places that were free when I wanted to go and met my specifications. It was so effortless (for me) yet detailed! Nothing was too much trouble for Ashley, even changing meals and treatments with suppliers with little notice. He kept me informed of everything regularly, even just sending over a holiday plan to ensure everything was right (which of course it was). Will definitely be booking through these again! Thank you so much for a trip I’ll forever remember :)

We stayed at bath house or known as the firs for a hen do. Personally not the best place to have a hen do there where too many rules that then put us on edge worrying that we would do something wrong. It’s states that there is enough parking for 5 cars however the owner told us not to park in front of the garages. There where no toilet bins supplied so for us ladies with sanitary products it wasn’t easy to simply dispose of. There where medications left in cupboards which could be a hazard if children where staying. And to top it all off we wasn’t informed that there was a residential cat which many of us didn’t like and was also told by the owner that we needed to feed him which I don’t agree is our responsibility. I do not agree that this residence was worth £3000 and would not stay again!
