The customer service is amazing. I had a problem with the address and they are so fast through WhatsApp. I was very surprised at the level of customer service. Well spoken, responsive, and fixed the issue immediately. I was helped by a lady named Rubi, bravo to her for her service and attention to details.
I had an excellent experience with the IDP service, especially thanks to Rubi. She went above and beyond to ensure that my physical IDP reached me safely and on time. What really stood out was her exceptional customer service — she constantly followed up, kept checking the shipment status, and made sure I was updated throughout the process.
I was also pleasantly surprised by the complimentary ID card and the completely hassle-free shipping experience. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally.

Auto correct helpfully ruined my delivery address for my International Driving Permit and I thought that money was down the drain.
Ruby didn’t just fix the address, she calmed my concerns and reassured me that everything was easily solved.
Ruby, in short, is fantastic at her job and I can’t thank her enough for looking after me.

The application was very easy to complete and the website is clear and user-friendly. I received the digital version quite quickly after submitting my details, which was very helpful as I needed it for an upcoming trip.
The physical booklet and card were also sent out promptly. Everything looked professional and well prepared.
