Company and product was great, delivery was diabolical
Company and product was great, the delivery service was diabolical, the driver blocked my neiboughs driveway and he could not get out, when she got it off the lorry she was not helpfull in helping to get it to the front door and just left it sitting in the middle of the driveway so no cars could get in or out

Thank you for your feedback regarding the delivery.
I have reviewed the delivery photo along with the location, and I can confirm that the dispatch emails do state that delivery is to be made on a kerbside basis. From the proof of delivery image, it appears that the driver placed the item by your front door, which goes beyond what would typically be expected for a standard kerbside delivery.
That said, we do value your feedback and will ensure this is passed on to the delivery company for their review. We will also include your comments regarding the driver blocking a neighbour’s driveway; however, we will note that in a cul-de-sac it can sometimes be difficult to avoid this entirely.

Keuco is an excellent brand.
The toilet roll holder is expensive but absolutely well worth it.
Bell was the cheapest retailer online.

Offered us only 40% of our delivery…
Offered us only 40% of our delivery that we had bought and paid for due to claimed shortages.
However, I could order plenty at their new, higher (double) price it seems.
That is dishonest and theft.

Purchasing the product was easy
Purchasing the product was easy, We were not informed of our delivery untill the morning of the delivery, luckerly we could arrange for someone to be home. The delivery driver was extreamly rude, could not put four words togeather in english and was expecting my wife to except delivery from the road side.
It is a shame as I wont be useing you again.

Hi Bernard, We apologise that you didn’t receive the despatch notification in advance of delivery — this is normally sent once the goods leave us, so we’re sorry if this didn’t reach you as expected.
I’m also sorry to hear about your experience with the driver. We will certainly pass this feedback on to the courier company.
For clarity, our product pages do advise that pallet deliveries for stoves are kerbside only, as this is the service level provided by the pallet network. However, we completely understand that this can still be frustrating.

Great company to deal with
We visited the store less than two weeks ago where we had an excellent experience. The sales people were helpful, knowledgeable and efficient without being pushy. They delivered our fire this morning as per our conversation with the logistics manager. It was refreshing to deal with respectful human beings as opposed to automated systems. The delivery men were respectful, friendly and courteous. Great company to deal with and would highly recommend to others.
