Hello I have an order that is currently out for delivery (hopefully) and I believe it has been over a month. The tracking doesn’t really tell me anything. Can someone help give me confirmation the product is still out for delivery. Thank you

Hi Morgan,

Thanks for your feedback.

As mentioned in an email sent to you on January 20th, I can confirm your order is picked and packed and ready to go. We are just waiting for the green light from the courier - Royal Mail - to begin shipping overseas again which we expect to be any time soon. A full explanation from Royal Mail has been sent to you, which outlines the the ongoing issues caused by the recent cyber attack on Royal Mail.

I am very sorry for any inconvenience caused, rest assured your order is ready for dispatch. You will be notified via email as soon as your order has been dispatched along with the tracking number.

Best,
Team 97th Vintage

Loved my jacket and the overall set up of the app

I loved the style of the jacket I ordered! The app is very well organized and has a lot of details which I find very helpful. They have the sizing of the pieces written out and have close up photos of any imperfections the clothes might have. I had no problem with shipping and loved how easy it was to track it.

I was not absolutely sure of my granddaughters size but the Nike Hoody was one of her favorite tops. 97th Vintage had several but I chose a small ladies in black. Well I am the best Granddad in the world she was very happy with her birthday gift, I was delighted because it fitted perfectly. I have in the past bought my grandson a Miami Dolphins hoodie and sweatshirt so I know the quality get the size right and I am the best and so is 97th.

I AM EXTREMELY SHOCKED AND DISAPPOINTED…

I AM EXTREMELY SHOCKED AND DISAPPOINTED TO PUT IT MILDLY.

I bought a fendi bag from here before and the purchase and everything was plain sailing. This time was the complete opposite- they sent me the tracking number for my item however it said it had been delivered but nothing is to show at my property or anywhere to be seen.

I then asked them some questions regarding delivery and they have blocked me on Instagram!!! something is very suspect this time and it’s really
Made me lose trust for them and respect as a company.

I then proceeded to contact them on Facebook but they have gone and blocked me again!

There is still no bag to show and with myself 200 pounds short

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Hi there,

Further to confirming all requested details via Instagram, it was made clear on your tracking link provided by Royal Mail that your delivery had been successfully delivered to the address you provided upon purchase - and also confirmed via Instagram - on Tuesday 2nd August, the day after dispatch.

Your Royal Mail tracking page also shows the map of delivery location, providing detailed GPS Coordinates, and is the scanned location of your delivery. This includes deliveries to a neighbour, Safeplace, or Royal Mail Delivery Office, however it is visibly clear on the map that this shows as your shipping address you provided.

Further on from this, we also advised you to get in touch with Royal Mail to query this with them directly, or better so, to catch your regular Royal Mail postman to question this with them also. However, both suggestions were ignored by yourself.

Best,
97th Vintage Team
