The website consistently offers briefs, yet for the past three or four months they have had zero stock in anything but S. Apparently they have supplier issues… for months. So disappointing

Graag

I bought three pairs of Comfyballs…
I bought three pairs of Comfyballs underwear and within a month all three were unwearable. The stitching along the seam came undone, I emailed customer support and sent pictures which they said they could not open, I have heard nothing in response and would not recommend anyone from buying these products with a customer service that doesn’t seem to care about the purchaser.

Hi Wayne,
We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We can confirm that we did receive your emails and responded on 10/12/2025, asking for the images to be re-sent as we were unable to open the original files. Unfortunately, we did not receive any further response or images after that point, so we were unable to investigate or progress the issue further.
We always aim to resolve concerns as quickly and fairly as possible, and we’re happy to assist if you’re still willing to re-send the images so we can look into this for you.

Your product is good and I have bought…
Your product is good and I have bought multiple pairs as Christmas gifts over the past few years.
However, as I live in Ireland I ended up paying a considerable sum in VAT and customs duties thus year. For other UK based companies I purchase from they sort these fees out which is much simpler. Also, I bought in bulk which reduced the cost per item considerably but brought my purchase over the €150 limit for import to EU without customs fees. This would make me reconsider purchasing in the future.

Thank you for your continued support and for choosing our products as gifts over the years—we really appreciate it. We’re glad to hear you’re happy with the quality.
We also understand your frustration regarding VAT and customs charges when ordering from Ireland. Unfortunately, these fees are set by EU import regulations and are applied once orders exceed the €150 threshold. We know this can be inconvenient, especially for bulk purchases, and your feedback is valuable as we continue reviewing our international shipping options.
Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience, and we hope to be able to make things simpler for you in the future.
