This company is totally useless and a complete waste of your time. They advertise that they value online and can offer to buy Jewellery, Antique, Art etc. They promote themselves on the premise of providing valuations and no obligation quotes within 20 minutes. I submitted 5 high quality images and a detailed description of 2 high quality rings , both vintage and antique. Right in this companies sweet spot you would think, right? WRONG - After 10 hours ( not 20 minutes ) I got a formulated, template response saying that they do not BUY items of this type. Here are the issues with this:
1. IT TOOK WAY LONGER THAN THE RUBBISH ABOUT 20 MINUTE RESPONSE, AND THEN GOT NOTHING!
2. THEY PROMOTE VALUATIONS AND QUOTES AS THEIR OFFER, BUT THEY DID NOT PROVIDE ANYTHING BECAUSE THEY DON'T WANT TO BUY THEM...MISLEADING
3. THEY STATE THE ITEMS THEY WOULD VALUE AND OFFER TO BUY AS THOSE EXACTLY AS I SENT, BUT THEY SAID THEY DON'T BUY THESE TYPE OF ITEMS ( BUT WHAT ABOUT MY FREE VALUATION ANYWAY???)

In short this is a company who, in my opinion, are only interested in seeing if they can speculatively short change people for their items. If you know anything at all about the value of your item, they are not interested ....I guess because you would never sell it for a low offer.
You will NOT get a valuation unless they want to buy it.
It is an UTTER WASTE OF TIME....DO NOT BOTHER.

Sur le site, il est question de vendre ses bijoux .... cependant, ils rejettent tant les colliers en perles fines que les bracelets en or massif... C'est à se demander ce qu'ils acceptent comme type d'articles à évaluer....

Qualche anno fa, in seguito ad una grande disgrazia familiare,ho messo in vendita svariati gioielli ed oggetti di casa per me molto importanti.Avevo bisogno urgente di denaro liquido.Sono riuscita a riscattare qualche oggetto messo in vendita, dire che abbia fatto un affare sarebbe da pazzi! Praticamente ho svenduto tantissime cose e i pochi soldi che loro mi "hanno prestato" non mi sono bastati per risolvere i nostri problemi, miei e dei miei figli.. Il mio anello di fidanzamento che mio marito me lo aveva acquistato a quasi 2000 euro mi è stato preso per 200 euro da 62 days e il mio orologio Cartier Santos AUTOMATICO,mi era stato valutato 400 euro e sono arrivata tardi per riscattarlo.L'ho perso!!Gli ho contattato svariate volte per telefono e cercare di riprenderlo ma mi hanno detto che non era possibile! Un orologio che costava 10.000 euro, loro me lo hanno preso per 400 euro e non hanno voluto sentire le mie ragioni,2 mesi e puff..sparito..Lo avrei pagato il doppio se me lo avessero restituito,era unica cosa che mi rimaneva dal mio marito. Sono riuscita a riavere la mia fede ma non il suo orologio.Se ne sono guardati bene a non darmelo indietro e se potessi in qualche modo riavverlo,lo farei.Sono passati 6 anni d'allora ed io non mi do pace.Ho sofferto tantissimo per questa cosa, mi sono sentita defraudata ed ingannata.Per anni non ho più avuto neanche il coraggio di aprire il loro sito.Oggi mi sono data forza di farlo e ho visto le vostre recensioni e non ho potuto restare in silenzio.Non hanno avuto alcuna pietà di me,tuttora penso allo sbaglio che ho fatto e alla disperazione che mi ha spinta ad accettare la loro ridicola somma..Ho perso l'unica cosa che mi riportava al mio marito e che avrei potuto regalarla a mio figlio ora che è grande,invece che regalarla a loro per poco più di nulla.

Antes de registrarse podían advertir que la página no tiene actualizada su información y ya sólo trabajan con joyas. En mi caso me registré para poder solicitar en ANTIGÜEDADES la cotización de un antiguo juego de loza y la respuesta fue:
"Desafortunadamente, su solicitud de cotización ha sido rechazada... Motivo de rechazo: lo sentimos, pero actualmente solo compramos joyas de oro y joyas con diamantes engastados."

Les mandé un par de fotos, de cosas antiguas para que me las tasarán. No me hicieron ni caso. Ni tan siquiera me respondieron. Sólo quieren cosas caras para sacarles una buena pasta. Que si las hubiera tenido, jamás se las hubiera mandado a ellos, manda h*******!!!!! Buitres no, lo siguiente!!!!

Menos mal que leí las opiniones de los demás, lo primero que me llamó la atención es que estaba solo en 3 idiomas. La presentación de la página atrapa de inmediato, PERO, y aquí viene el "pero" de acuerdo a lo leído, 1. no aceptan nada fuera de la UE; 2. no aceptan otros objetos antiguos que no sean joyas. Respetuosamente les digo a los responsables de la página que de una vez aclaren que solo aceptan joyería. No pasa nada con hacerlo, si ustedes están en esa línea, BIEN, pero la claridad ante todo. Eso les dará a ustedes una imagen de responsabilidad y no hacen perder tiempo a los que tenemos que vender otros tipos de antigüedades u objetos de valor que no sean joyerías

Ho mandato foto con garanzia di un quadro tra l altro tra gli articoli da loro elencati e hanno rifiutato perché non acquistano quadri , oggi ho mandato foto di un anello rifiutato pure questo, domanda ma cosa acquistate , patatine fritte?

En home page de leur site : "...Nous achetons des bagues diamants...", demande d'estimation d'une bague or blanc et diamants, réponse de leur part : "nous n'achetons pas ce type d'article" ! Cherchez l'erreur.

Does not state anywhere that they only sell gold and diamond jewellery!! This needs to be changed on the website

A very missleading company. I wanted to find ways to sell my own artwork and came across this website so I uploaded photos of some paintings to see what the value of them are. I get responce to say we cannot accept them Because we only operate in European countries??? What rubbish when your address is clearly based in London.

Es absolutamente una burla. Te animan a subir fotos y descripción de objetos de diversas categorías, incluyendo pintura, etc, para luego decirte que solo compran joyas. Es absolutamente una falta de respeto, si no algo más.

Nach erster Anfrage und Beschreibung und Bild kam für einen Diamantring ein Preis von 145 - 240 Euro heraus. Ich habe den Verkauf abgelehnt, da der Goldpreis schon weitaus höher als 145 Euro ist. Der Neuwert des Rings war 350 Euro. Beim 2. Anlauf habe ich nochmal den Ring angeboten und geschrieben, daß ich unter 200 Euro nicht verkaufen würde. Die Ablehnung kam prompt. Für mich sind das unseriöse Angebote da der hiesige Goldhändler ohne die Bewertung der Diamanten schon 170 Euro zahlen wollte. Dabei war das teuerste an dem Ring die Brillanten ... Unseriös !!

Semplicemente ridicolo. Ti chiedono di fornire una descrizione che sia la più dettagliata possibile dell'articolo che vuoi vendere, con tanto di foto, e promettono di rispondere in brevissimo tempo con un preventivo gratuito fatto da esperti del settore. In effetti la risposta è stata veloce (circa mezz'ora) ma il preventivo per un anello d'oro con diamanti che varia da 55€ a 750€ è, per così dire, dubbio...soprattutto perchè accompagnato dall'attestazione di un loro perito che esattamente dice "preventivo basato su una supposizione".
Certo, vi danno la possibilità di accettare o rifiutare il preventivo (ci mancherebbe!) oppure di riformulare la richiesta, ma poi non rispondono se non dopo il terzo tentativo, dicendo "Spiacenti, attualmente non acquistiamo articoli di questo tipo".
Insomma: una perdita di tempo.

I submitted a request for an appraisal for silver bars. They are numbered lol. I bought many years ago. I saw this website and followed directions. The timing said 20 minutes for appraisal. Days later nothing. Finally I check and I simply get a decline.
Extremely sad for a company. Do not list anything with this company as it obviously not legitimate. I went to local business and received a very nice appraisal.
Be wise and look for your best options. It seems this company is looking to purchase items inexpensively and do not adhere to their advertised free appraisal

ho chiesto la valutazione di un anello con certificato allegato che è tutt'ora in vendita presso la casa di gioielli produttrice a un prezzo di circa 4500 Euro. Mi hanno risposto molto velocemente (5 min) con una valutazione 70-200 Euro !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Questo denota scarsa professionalità, scarsa conoscenza di quello che si valuta e di sicuro grade superificialità. Avendo allegato certificato con carature e codici se non altro avrebbero potuto guardare e leggere con un po più di attenzione .... pessimo sito !!!

Valutazione goielli addirittura più bassa dei rari compro oro onesti. Il preventivo per la valutazione è effettivamente rapido, ma le proposte vicine al ridicolo senza badare minimamente al pregio della lavorazione degli oggetti. Almeno i compro oro ti pagano immediatamente, qui per l'accredito devi anche attendere tutto il loro iter sperando che non si inventino qualche difficoltà in sede di valutazione fisica del prodotto e perdere tempo a fare foto adeguate e descrizioni accurate. Sito inutile. Bocciato...
