Product is terrible. Customer service is non existent. I never write reviews, however, I am hoping to save someone from wasting their money. This product does not work. 0 results after using 3-4 x per week for several weeks. Now, the machine has a lag and sometimes doesn't even flash. I tried to reach out to the company to no avail. I filed a complaint with BBB, 5minskin said a member of the team would reach out. They never did. Now I am outside of the 90 day return window with a product that doesn't work, and that is basically broken as well. Interesting way to run a business. Or maybe I just got scammed! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

It seems to be working but you need to commit to regular shaving and treatment every second day.

Support was great! There was a delay on my part getting the item returned. Support reached out twice with friendly reminders and questions if there was anything needed from them, which was very much appreciated!

Excellent customer service. They responded very promptly and made sure to meet my needs. They replaced my 5minskin with a new one as it had stopped working. Thank you!

I used it for 8 weeks all hairbgrew back. Also glass peice missing from the end. Using it did not hurt but left burned skin a few days later. Could be because the glass was missing. Emailed them but no answer.

I noticed a charge on my account from this company for $179.00. I reported it to my bank they were to investigate. I then received a package from the account and i immediately marked it
Return to sender I did not order this. My bank reported that I had benefited and allowed the $179.00 charge on my account!!!

The customer service has been responding very promptly. I had a defective device more than once and gotten replacement quickly. I’m happy there’s a convenient option to laser treat at home especially for mama with young kids.

Brought concerns up regards to defective and handled appropriately

I just wanted to revise my review. I first received this email (below) asking me to leave feedback and as you can see it promised a gift. But after leaving the feedback they emailed saying no gift/$ was available! Here’s what they had in their email:
We were wondering if you could leave a short feedback. Your feedback would really help prospective customers to feel more confident in choosing us.
In return, we would like to offer one of our skincare products such as moisturizer or scrub, or hyaluronic acid as a nice incentive for your review. We can also offer a $20 refund should you wish to have it instead.

It only worked once and then I never got it to work again. It did take quite a while to get a response back, but hopefully they send me another one and if it works, and I will be satisfied

Support staff was very accommodating and resolved my issue promptly. Thank you

The package I got was missing a serum, but the issue got resolved within hours. I am a the very beginning of my skin treatment, but I have a good first impression of the company's customer support

I am really angry that I am trying to contact 5minskin, and I cannot get hold of anyone. I have tried both email addresses that I can to contact someone. No effect. I have tried telephoning in the USA where apparently their head office is, but feel this is all a big scam, and what a fool I am for having fallen for it. From the information I expected my order to be swift in arriving but no. I am kicking myself that I didn't use PayPal and I want my money back, and would advise others not to bother with this scam,

Excellent customer service! Immediate response from representatives to my inquiry regarding cracked lens on device. Sending a new device after sending pictures with no problem at all. I'm not sure why there are people who are unhappy with their purchase or the customer service because I have been completely satisfied and the representatives have been nothing but delightful! The unit will get hot, it is a laser, that is a given. If you are concerned about your type of skin, hair color, skin issues, etc. check before you purchase. These things are common sense. You cannot blame the company for your lack of effort before purchase. I will step down from my soap box now, but this company deserves better reviews than it has received, and I want potential customers to have an honest, transparent review.

Scam! Was charged via Apple Pay but didn’t receive a confirmation email.

Products works really well. I'm using the device every second day at high intensity.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
I used this device, that does in fact get extremely hot, for 8 weeks and there was absolutely no difference. I have fair skin and very dark hair so I know it’s not because my hair is too light. Also I had an issue processing my order and when I looked the next day I was charged for 2 but told there was nothing they could do and I couldn’t send it back or have a refund? PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!

Great customer service. Answered my questions and solved my issues quickly with no issues.

I used my 5minskin 2.0 device twice and then it wouldn't power up.
I am returning it!
How did the 2 sessions go? Okay. It won't remove a hair from my chin but if I pluck and then roll over the area with the device, they have not regrow.
But in my opinion it was released too soon without the bugs worked out.
While the instructions are simple legible and easy to read. They are wrong. So there is that!

The device must be plugged in at all times with is not always convenient. They should consider a cordless version!
