I did not receive what I paid for I shouldn’t have to pay for shipping again !!! So what are we going to do to fix this

I paid for express shipping. My order was to arrive in 7-12 business days. I ordered on the 12th of August. Its now the 1rst of September and still haven't received my order!

I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY NECKLACE!! All I see is that it’s in transit!! WHERE IS IT??!!!

The necklace was just as advertised and pictured. I love it. The chain could be slightly heavier and just a bit longer, but overall, it was a great purchase. Thank you, and the vibrant contrast of color is mesmerizing.

I have not received any response from you regarding my order and where the necklace is, have not received any update from you on the order and when it is supposed to be shipped

It was easy to order, but there was no communication as far as the ring being sent, the tracking number was not able to be traced, I had payments coming out of my account and had no idea where the ring was until it arrived. Very frustrating. It did only take 3 weeks to arrive, which I was satisfied with.
I have to say I LOVE the ring and I’m so happy I made this purchase for myself! It fits perfectly, it’s good quality and the sea glass is very pretty.

I have NOT received the necklace that I ordered as yet! Order number vNL00578886. Very disappointed in this company. Is this a "SCAM?"

Easy to order and find what I wanted. The items are beautiful and will be loved by my granddaughters.

How can you expect me to comment when I have not received either order? I have sent emails regarding delivery information and all I get is a run around. Experience sucks so far for follow-up on delivery. I can't wait to respond about the products, if I ever receive them!

Chain is all knotted up and the diamond side won't sit right.

Customer service was outstanding! I originally bought the wrong size which I gave as a gift and mentioned I wanted an exchange but was offered a 50% discount for repurchase I absolutely love the ring!! Great quality

Still have not received the order. Last email I got just basically said “sorry, we are looking into this”… haven’t heard anything since. This will be the last time I order from your company. Very poor tracking & very poor customer service.

I placed this order three weeks ago and I’m still waiting I have no idea when I’m gonna get my package. They gave me a tracking number but all it tells me is it still in China. I will never order from this company again

I ordered the product 20 days ago. It didn’t get shipped. I did message with Jane, she was polite and helpful and finally got it shipped. I paid 35 extra dollars for VIP shipping and the dollar and something shipping insurance. Not knowing it would take around a Month to get it.

I have not received my order.

Make sure that the pictures of the products truly represent the product. The picture part of the ring that received is the size that a man would wear not a woman. I can’t even wear my ring.
