Ordered a book necklace a month ago still have not received it

I ordered a necklace in November and it didn't show up as promised for Christmas. I emailed the company and told them I wanted a refund and they responded that they would resend my item but with expedited shipping, at no cost to me so I agreed. That was later in January and here it is after Valentines Day and it still hasn't arrived so I sent another email stating I wanted a refund because I now saw on the tracking app that there is a delay and it could be for multiple reasons. As of writing this review, I have still not heard back from the company and I have not received my refund.
Do not order from this company.

Ordered a necklace on Dec 14, when it was advertised that it would arrive before Christmas. It's now January 10th and I still haven't received the item. I contacted support multiple times but they are of 0 help. I will be contacting my credit card company to have the charges reversed.

My order has been in transit since December the 9th. I have reached out via email to the company and the only response I received is " your package is in transit." That response was followed by how I could follow them on facebook, instagram, and tick tock as if I would want to. I will never order from this company again, it's trash. I will more than likely be disputing this on my credit card. I highly suggest you find your product for your loved one somewhere else!

I placed an order the first week of December, and I still have not received the order. They guaranteed it by Christmas, but here we are. Still not delivered. They have until January 1, 2026 to deliver or I am reporting them to the attorney general's office. I will then dispute the charge and my bank will take the money back. Do not order from this site. They are not on the up and up.

Shipping is a joke. Order a necklace on 12/2 for a Christmas gift. It's now 12/24 and no update on eta. Don't order unless you have a lot of time to wait for delivery. I can't say if the jewelry is decent or not because I haven't received it yet. Will never order from this company again.

I ordered a ring in memory if my mom. Was so happy when it came in. I showed it to everyone. After wearing it for a week the 925 silver ring has turned copper color. This was a reasonable price for 925 silver, so I thought. I got ripped it's only plated. I am choked, the ring was perfect till it wasn't.

I ordered a necklace for my daughter on September 9th for her birthday on September 19th. I never received the necklace. After 10 endless email exchanges where they repeatedly told me to check with Canada Post, they finally said they were sorry and would send me another one, but I had to pay the shipping costs. I already mentioned in the last few emails that I wanted an immediate refund, but they won't let it go. It's now November 11th, and I'm being thoroughly ripped off. Their service is terrible, and they keep trying to avoid responsibility and charge me even more money.

Well, I ordered 2 orders on September the 30th 2025. They've already taken the money out of my account and I'm still waiting on a tracking number. And it is now October 21st of 2025. I also believe it said at least to wait two weeks... The address on the ad says Australia. But when I try to look it up, everything's in China.

Had two orders place on sept 6th. On sept 22 first supposedly shipped. Second supposedly shipped. Got neither. Latest tracking on both always says no info. Order ID number NLOO457076. NLOO457077

I have no complaints she did a good job and the purchase date is estimated I don't know the exact date

The bracelet I ordered was exactly as expected. Shipping was quick and the packaging was great.
