Iranian companies in general and this company specifically lack understanding and customer service . The lady representative kept arguing with me and kept referring g me a website to cancel my reservation . With bad internet service and not being able to download any website on my phone I could not have access to any website . I will never use this company and have contacted my bank for stopping the payment which was charged on my credit card

They made it easy to book a flight ticket for the domestic flight. I also received a notification about the departure time change.

1st quest was essential for our trip to Iran! We had a great experience with the booking of our hostels, flight and tour! It’s because I found YOU, Mina Ghaderi and your reliable operating team way back in 2019, that I and my companion have become an Iranaddicted tourists. It’s because of the amazing experiences that you have offered during our 1st trip that I and my friend returned the 2nd time in 2021 to complete an amazing tour to Khuzestan and the Gulf Islands and due to that incredible experience, we came back the 3rd time for another amazing 22 days’ tour, this time in Kurdistan and Gilan and vowed to be back again to visit the Est and Southern side of Iran.
Based on our previous choices and according to our personality and interests this time 1st Quest tailored quite a tight itinerary that offered us an extremely complex experience; geographically, as we encountered various climate types, from the heat of Kermanshah to chill of the tall mountain around Uraman and the rainy jungles of Kaleybar, from to the humid Caspian shores back to the heat of Tehran; culturally, a monography of different peoples and anthropological types, Kurdish, Gilaki, Turks, Azeri, Baluchi as well as different dialects, accents, meals; we were amazed not only by the beauty and luxury of palaces but also by the simplicity of traditional houses in rural areas.
We spent every day and night to visit a new place with its unique particularities, customs and tradition; thus, we took a flight from Tehran to Kermanshah and then drove to Marivan, Uraman Thakt, Takab village, Kandovan, Tabriz, Jolfa, Kaleybar, Sarein, Masuleh, Rasht, Lahijan, Ramsar, Alamut, Qazvin, Karaj and ended in Tehran.
The hotels that 1st quest booked for us were amazing as well, “boutique hotels” in traditional houses with absolutely all the facilities; breakfast and service made us feel treated like queens. In fact, there is no hospitality as the Iranian one in the whole world; it’s their unique tradition since the Achaemenid period.
If you, dear readers ask me about safety in Iran, I will tell you with the hand on my heart that for the time being it is one of the safest countries despite all the controversial media news.
As a tourist you just have to respect some requirements that are not very restrictive.
Thanks to 1st Quest team and to Mina Ghaderi we had the most amazing driver guide, Majid Karimkhani, an English literature graduate who accompanied us for more than 2000k and stood to our side for 17 days not only as a driver but also as an inspirational guide and guardian angel. If it weren’t for him we would probably have missed a lot of the beauties and interesting things that he revealed to us.
We highly recommend him not only as a perfect and safe driver but also as a polite, educated, reliable, punctual person. This very time he was the one who made our trip fantastic and he was the one who made us wish to come back once again.
Eventually I and my friend, are grateful and thankful to Mina and Mehdi, managers and founders of 1stQuest, whom we had the honor and pleasure to meet in person, for all their efforts in running the best Iranian Travel Agency.

Neither hotel nor 1st quest can not help us

Ali Mardani and Sorour are the perfect combination for the ideal trip to iran. If there are any doubts put your trust in their hands, from the visa to enter the country to assistance for every eventuality during your stay. You will be able to enjoy in absolute tranquillity the large cities, villages, mosques, desert, history, architecture and the food of the peoples who coexist peacefully in this land. A journey for the eyes and soul that I recommend to all those who love to explore new worlds.

We only had a booking that wasn't able to be completed because of the high season. Most of the hotels were not available. The team was nice to help us find a hotel in a very short period of time however we would have liked them to tell us the cost of the hotel before confirming the booking.

I really like the experience, it was very good, safely and quickly. It was a tip from @mondayfeelings and very helpfull. I am very glad.

With some hesitation, I finally decided on my holiday in Iran and after corresponding with several agents I decided on 1stQuest. The travel consultant was Sorour Javadi and she was efficient and helpful. She helped me plan a special program which included all the sites I wanted to visit. She got me a good guide and driver (Ali Mardani) and we travelled around Iran for 2 weeks. Everything went smoothly, though some of the hotels and bathrooms could have been better. In this respect, Iran lags behind other countries. I marvelled at the breathtaking natural beauty and the ancient historic sites. But most of all, my best memory must be the friendly and helpful people of Iran. I recommend a holiday in Iran for something different and 1stQuest would be a good starting point.

Booking tickets is very convenient, and you can book domestic air tickets in Iran. Changes and flight cancellations will be notified in time when the departure time is changed and flight cancellations are made. Thank you very much!
