Conner and Kevin were just amazing! Personable, knowledgeable and efficient. We have a very challenging driveway that others have, historically, not navigated well and I was very impressed with the care these guys gave to maneuvering down the incline without taking out our fence. The whole job was more than I had anticipated but Conner was great at explaining fees that are beyond the control of GotJunk. It was well worth it to have these very capable young men make our junk disappear!

They were very polite and professional and hard workers. We will definitely use again when needed.

The guys showed up the day I booked the appointment. They were courteous and very efficient. Thank you for making this such an easy experience.

We were told that they charge by load size, not by any given amount. They charged us nearly $780 for a 3 seat couch, bar fridge, small foldable table and a few other things.
As my wife and I in the process of moving, we just didn't want the extra hassle of lugging even more stuff to our new place, it is quite steep in price, they only told us what it would be after they had already seen the stuff and judged what kind of load it would be.
The 2 guys that were there were great workers, most of the 4 star rating goes to the work they did, the price is somewhat high though.

Both those fellows were, polite, professional, knew exactly how to remove some bags of soil that I had for removal without any problem. They were in and out really quickly. Thank you.

Over priced. My husband and I moved junk to front porch area ourselves as we had just moved in. We were quoted around $300 and it was a pick up truck's load. So we rented the pickup, did the loading and unloading ourselves at half the price. We would never consider them again. Approx date given.

Mike and JJ were so friendly and helpful. I had just had a hip replacement 3 days before and one of them carried my coffee from the kitchen to the couch for me. (Hard to do with a walker). They took the things I needed to get out of the house quickly. Would highly recommend these 2.

The crew deserves an A+ for punctuality and service. They arrived on time, were courteous, and worked efficiently. Unfortunately, the pricing was so excessive that it completely overshadowed the positive experience with the crew.

I was charged over $740 to remove a queen mattress and box spring, a small amount of trash, and a few pieces of broken glass from a picture. That is an absolutely outrageous price for such a small amount of material.

My brother had only a one-bedroom apartment, and there was very little to remove. If I had been told beforehand that the cost would be over $740, I would never have agreed to the service. I feel the price was completely disproportionate to the amount of work and materials involved.

The crew was excellent, but the cost was unacceptable. I would not recommend this company, and I would strongly advise anyone considering their service to get a clear, written price upfront before agreeing to anything.

I called earlier in the morning and set up an appointment for a quote. They arrived on time, I agreed with the quote and they removed our junk right away. The guys were great, polite and efficient.

The service was fine, but I was charged $400 to remove a coffee table!!

All 3 gentleman that showed up to my house introduced themselves and shook my hand! They put boot covers on without even needing to be asked! We went into the basement looked at the large cases I was looking to have removed. The one gentleman explained how their business model worked with the space in the back equals the pay rate. How they broke down my large cases as equaling to the space in their trucks made me feel like I was paying a fair price for the service. The 3 gentleman that came to my home and work with me were very friendly and easy to talk to and work with!
