Good service, nice guys, reasonable prices

My experience with 1800 GOT JUNK was hassle free, communication was great. Super quick response to my call and the English guys who took away my rubbish, were well mannered, pleasant, hard working and helpful. Overall, can highly recommend.

The crew sent to my home was GREAT! They listened were very polite, professional, and extremely efficient.
They were great ambassadors for your company and I will call again when the need arises.

This was a very fast and easy procedure. I selected a pick-up time on the web out of multiple options. The team was right on time. They cleared the junk with a minimum of fuss and left things just right.
The pricing can get a little confusing - make sure you understand all of the components.

I had to use 1800GOTJUNK twice in one week for end of life preparations of my parents 3-story house filled 30 years of all kinds of stuff. These guys are great—clear communicators with quotes and process, kind, and reliable. I highly recommend them for the convenience and ease of removing things from drawers, garages, outside, walls, over weight bulky items, etc. I like that they will sort, recycle, donate, and trash appropriately. The company and employees were excellent at keeping in contact regarding pick up times, address verification, etc. Two pickups were required over a two day period as there was a lot to remove from both an apartment and a garage (which was hard to access). Both days, with two different teams was very much appreciated! The boys were accommodating, polite and worked SO hard! I found the price a bit excessive, but the job just needed to be done! I would highly recommend this company! Thanks boys! You were all superstars ⭐️⭐️⭐️🫶
