I recently bought a voucher and redeemed it straight away. I was given a delivery date but it failed to show up. When i messaged Wowcher i was told i hadn't even purchased or redeemed a voucher. Thankfully i had all my emails to prove otherwise but i was still being passed around to different departments. I spent the best part of a week fighting for my order. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Would not recommend unless you like stress and upset.

Purchased a dinning gift experience pack for my aged parents and saw on their website that there was a location near to them that was ideal. The voucher was redeemed and it was only then that it becamne apparent that this location was false and was not listed a location on the voucher. i have sent numerous emails to them and they jusy come back saying voucher non-refundable once redeemed. They have mislead me with false representation. What a scam !!!

I purchased two identical beds from wowcher they are horrendous the foot board flaps like an open gate in a gale force wind the mattresses one folds into a v shape if you so much as put a finger on it as its so flimsy and the others so hard it would be more comfortable sleeping on a concrete floor
The draws are so cheap they dont even fit on the runners
Definitely not even worth the discount price absolute scammers
Id give these zero stars if I could

I purchased a theme perk voucher earlier this year but on attempting to book a visit recently, the retailer rejected the code as invalid.
I explained this to Wowcher and also told them the issue was time sensitive as I was booking for my daughters birthday. After receiving several unhelpful automated responses, i paid for the tickets without the voucher incurring me an additional £96.cost.
I am now hoping to get a refund for the original invalid voucher through a charge back with my bank.
This is only my second time using Wowcher. My other purchase was also for a theme park voucher which I was unable to use because of the covid lockdown. I quite reasonably asked for my money back but was met with an obstinate refusal that became tiresome. I had to escalate my case several times over several weeks before i was refunded.
I should have learnt my lesson .
Needless to say, I won't be using Wowcher ever again and would advise others against doing so.

I am still going back and forth and still getting no where, I responded to their response and got back zero, I will continue to update
I will never recommend or use this company again. I made a purchase on the 29th July to be delivered on or before the 23rd. When the delivery was not received I tried to make contact, the only contact option was through WhatsApp, omg I am pulling my hair out, I have been going around in circles for days and getting no where.
To me it's very simple, I have my order details, it hasn't been received, I want my order, please fix the problem.
Do not use this company unless you want to be bald or driven mad

I bought a bed from Cloud9 through Wowcher and needed to cancel my purchase on the same day as I had redeemed my voucher. Wowcher did finally provide me with valid email contact details for Cloud 9 (under duress) as Cloud9 themselves had provided an invalid phone number. It took a while for them to respond to my email and refused to refund my purchase which I have not received as I cancelled delivery soon after I had tried to contact Cloud 9 several times using their invalid contact details provided by themselves. I believe Wowcher is in cahoots with Cloud 9 as they are very aware of the many negative reviews this company has been receiving about Cloud9 fraudulent and underhand activities yet they still market their products. Shame on both Cloud 9 and Wowcher. I still want my refund and will be persuing them via the small claims courts if they do not refund me.

Good offers. But.. I cannot change my password. Not tech savvy so I'm lost!!

Strongly feel Wowcher are a modern day scam company. Ordered €250 worth of goods, Wowcher took the money and a few days later said the goods are out of stock. The refund was a credit note to spend on Wowcher (to a wowcher wallet) and I can't get a cash refund back to my credit card. Note to self; stick with Amazon in the future.
