Wrong item, no solution
I ordered Jessie from Toy Story dresses, got a buzz lightyear dress. Anyone not living under a rock would understand that these are two different characters. Yet here I am a week and a half later arguing with someone in China that I have not received the item.

My first time using Wowcher
Im disappointed
I ordered 2 facials and a garden recliner.
Total was 93.99
Ive been bombarded with ads each morning and did not see my messages to redeem my vouches in time
I am now being offered a 50 euro free voucher,Is that connected to my orders or is this for everyone,.?..?
I can understand the facials vouchers expiring but the lounger surely I am entitled to a refund if no longer in stock
I think it will be shopping in stores from now on where I can see what Im buying
I expect a reply from managemennt 2th to explain to a new customer

6L Air cooler
There are trust pilot reviews on the products but you cant click on them to read what it says about the product?
I purchased an air cooler which cost me £75 and was basically rubbish! I returned the item under my statutory right to be told no refund.
I could of just bought a normal fan and a lot cheaper 👎

I would not recommend Wowcher
I would not recommend Wowcher based on my experience:
In March 2026, I purchased a voucher for a mattress (Voucher No. QMVW7J-9TSHF7). Shortly after redeeming the voucher, I realised I had accidentally ordered the wrong size and wanted to cancel the order immediately to order a bigger size.
As per Wowcher:
“you would need to cancel the merchant contract with the merchant in order to receive a full refund of the price paid for the voucher products from them. You can do this by contacting the relevant merchant at any time within 16 days”
I emailed directly the merchant, and their instructions were that I should return the mattress to the sender the day it arrived. They confirmed that once they received the returned item, they would refund the money so I could purchase the correct size.
I returned the mattress as instructed. However, once the merchant received the item, they stopped replying to my emails and never refunded the voucher as promised.
I also contacted my bank to see if they could help recover the payment, but unfortunately, they were unable to assist.
The result is that I have neither the mattress nor my money.
