I found this company most difficult to deal with, I did not understand what had to be done with vouchers. I paid my money which they took immediately and as yet I have not recieved the ordered item or offered and money refunded. My son had a similar problem so we will not be purchasing anything from Wowcher in the future. Irate oap.

They just started ignoring me when I had a complaint got no response from wowcher about being over charge of refund issue nothing. You won't save money they will get it another way

I ordered and paid for three tickets for Circus Vegas for 23/7/26 as a treat for my grandchildren. Have not received vouchers despite numerous messages and screen shots sent to Wowcher. I’m being asked for the same information over and over, including being asked for voucher number which is why I was contacting Wowcher in the first place as I did not receive vouchers. No customer service whatsoever as replies are all AI generated. This event is tomorrow. I will have some very sad grandchildren if this is not resolved today. Would never use Wowcher again.

Just under £90 they have took from me for a watch 3 weeks ago. Tried to get info about the order tonight & they are demanding another £4.99 for delivery through there automated service. When i try & pay the £4.99 they are saying my card details are wrong. As it stands i am £90 down & no watch. The company are a disgrace

I was dubious when I tried to download a voucher unsuccessfully. However a quick email to wowcher and this initial hiccough dealt with in a super timely fashion.

Never buy anything from this company. I paid €99.99 for a gazebo which I never received. Was offered a voucher I never asked for and submitted several e mails for a return of my money. FRAUDALENT WEBSITE!

booking online was so easy to do, the results of booking made us ecstatic and super excited, will definitely be using wowcher for mystery holidays more often, the thrill and excitement you get from using it and the adrenaline rush of finding out where you got is unexplainable, couldnt be more happier with the results

I ordered furniture through wowcher only to be told after they take my money that they dont deliver to ireland, its almost 2 weeks now and still no refund, its a disgrace that you cant even speak to anyone from wowcher I will never use this company again

I did not receive my order or money back, no explanation. I contacted the seller who wowcher said they ordered from over a week ago, they said they did not receive any order from wowcher, I do believe they are just stealing our money. NOT GOOD

I purchased a memory foam mattress via wowcher from utopia beds it was delivered on 26/6/26 after giving it the recommended time to settle we tried to sleep on it but it was extremely uncomfortable you could feel and hear the springs with every movement so much so it was impossible to sleep on, imo it's not fit for purpose trying to return the mattress has been a nightmare, utopia beds say I have to go via wowcher, wowcher say to use a return link that doesn't exist on the voucher or use merchant information that doesn't exist either, I've been going backwards and forward for 2 weeks now getting absolutely nowhere I'm so disappointed in both companies and feel I have no choice but to contact trading standards

I ordered a shed with a floor. Without telling me they sent a different shed with no floor. There were so many pieces it was not obvious and nothing stated it was not the shed I ordered. I had to pay a handyman to erect the shed as I am 67. I contacted Customer Services who admitted in writing that they had sent a substitute. I requested a refund but cannot dismantle the shed as I am not strong enough. I'm not willing to pay more to get it dismantled and Wowcher will not refund. The shed is flimsy and would not be resaleable. I am disgusted that they took money for one shed and supplied an inferior shed without notice. I have referred them to Trading Standards. Disgraceful treatment do not buy from them

I purchased two tickets through Wowcher and initially everything seemed straightforward. However, after buying the tickets, I was told to check the available dates and book my preferred slot in August. To my surprise, there was absolutely no availability in August at all. In fact, the next available dates were not until December, which was completely useless for what I had purchased the tickets for.
I immediately contacted their WhatsApp support, which appears to be nothing more than an endless loop of automated responses. Speaking to an actual human being seems impossible. I explained the situation and requested a refund, as the service I had paid for simply wasn't available when advertised.
I was then asked to provide several alternative dates so they could "double-check" availability. I did exactly that and gave them every opportunity to resolve the issue. They came back confirming that there was still nothing suitable available. At that point, I requested a refund again, which I believe was entirely reasonable given that they could not provide the service I had purchased.
Since then? Nothing.
Complete radio silence.
No phone call. No email. No meaningful update. Every attempt to follow up results in being pushed back to the same useless chatbot. It feels as though once they have your money, getting any form of customer support becomes an impossible task.
The level of customer service has been shocking. I have now had to raise the matter with my bank and provide screenshots of all conversations because I have been left with no other option. The fact that I am still waiting for a response from a real person says everything about how this company treats its customers.
Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. If you value your time, your money, and decent customer service, I would strongly recommend avoiding Wowcher and looking elsewhere.

Dont bother. They put you in contact with WhatsApp agents then tell you to contact them directly but dont tell you how! Order was cancelled due to overselling so just want my refund. UPDATE - now through

I placed my 1 st order on 26th June for an air cooler 3 day delivery Great! After a couple of days checked with them on what’s app when delivery was ! Well there is no direct point of contact to actually speak to someone , only what’s app, all they do is pass it customer support team 2 replies go to tracking , tracking wasn’t updating, I then requested a refund customer support team again! No response ! Out of the blue 12 days later the air con came, the merchant had put the cable in the draw where water goes it was pinched consequently the lead is split showing wires 😡😡😡, absolutely fumming, contacted Wowcher again oh will pass it on to customer support team they will get back to you ! Have you contacted the merchant yes no response & No response since 5 days ago from Wowcher, nothing is dealt with , want you to review , this is all you get - The Customer Support Specialist team will review your request. Please allow them some time to get back to you. (Note: This is an automated message.). Horrendous customer service, no customer care, and the item is not fit for the purpose it’s meant for 😡😡😡
