Scammed me
Order 20434: Scammed me. I ordered pg tips decaf and even sent them an email but I never received my order. It’s been 2 weeks. Rubbish. World scam shop more like. Replying to your reply, how can you have left it with my receptionist, I live alone in a residential area and have no receptionist. Stop lying.

Where I live there is only one variety…
Where I live there is only one variety of knoppers so when I found World Food Shop I was delighted. I was even more delighted when they were selling more varieties of knoppers. The ordering and payment process was straight forward which made everything enjoyable. Thank you.

Had the items I required in stock for almost immediate delivery. Delivery was prompt and items were well packaged to avoid damage. Will most definitely shop here again.

Express delivery paid but not received whole order
I ordered 2 jars of pickled gherkins and 2 jars of pickled walnuts on the 18th December, I also paid over £5 for express delivery as these were needed before Christmas. I received an email saying the gherkins had been dispatched on 20th Dec and duly arrived on 21st, but I've heard nothing further re the walnuts, not even dispatched yet..disappointed is an understatement. If the company couldn't fulfill the whole order they could at least of advised me. Not particularly happy to recommend this company at this point.

A good outcome.
When my purchase arrived it was not the full amount I had ordered. I contacted World Food Shop and received an immediate favourable response that the shortage would be looked into. I was advised the item was out of stock but the missing items would be sent as soon as their stocks were restored. True to their word I received the missing items shortly after. A very good service.
