Woof Pack Anmeldelser

Unfortunately I do have to leave a negative review after being ignored for 2 weeks by customer service. We were unhappy with the contents especially one hard plastic toy that broke into pieces and was a choke hazard. No refund, no reply and still can't cancel my subscription.

Great customer service!

Convenience and service are 5 stars. My dog goes insane every time I bring in the mail now, which makes me very happy.

Most of the time the treats are a freeze dried meat.
Personally I didn’t find the best value since my guy is picky, and toys go on sale often enough that maybe it’s not worth it if your dog is picky too. Over all I’m happy, my dog is very happy with it- his toy bin and his belly are full.

We purchased the Woof Pack Chewers box as a gift for our Cockapoo's 1st Birthday as he could destroy a toy in minutes. We have received 2 box's since and the toys have totally held up. I decided that maybe changing the box to a mix of toys might be good idea and reached out. I heard back in less then 24 hours with no issue. We have had an amazing experience thus far.

Horrible!

Ordered the chewer pack for my fur babies. They love the toys and the toys are well made. Very durable. They also love all the treats. Will definitely recommend woof pack to anyone.

The woof box came and my dogs were excited! They loved the toys and especially the treats! I am looking forward to next month.

My dog loves the woof pack, he really loves the stuffed toys but they don’t last long since he’s a super aggressive chewer. I recently switched to the chewer box, it was really easy to make the switch, customer service was great.

Absolutely love woof pack. My Luna gets super excited every time her box comes in. I got the 12-month subscription with the extra toy. Toys are of great quality/durability and super cute. Every single one has a squeaky in it which Luna absolutely loves! I love that the treats are all natural as well. Boxes always came on time and with ample notification via email. Nearing the end of her subscription we had an overload of toys so I canceled the renewal. I think 6 months on 6 months off would be best for our situation. Canceling was super easy. Customer service was excellent and they even tried to offer me a subscription more catered to our situation.
I highly recommend Woof Pack! You won't be disappointed.

My dog will not touch the treats or toys. Wast of money.

I chose this box~ Canada's #1 monthly box for my dog so we can continue to support our Canadian business. This box changes every month! Including both treats & toys/chewies. My dog was so excited to receive this box & dig in! You can personalize it with what fits best for your dog! Excellent Customer Care. I love that my dog's treats & goodies come to us now monthly rather than spending more money & running to pet stores throughout the month for more items! Great value! Every dog deserves this monthly! I recommend Woof Pack highly! 🐾🐾

Le rapport qualité prix est très bon et notre chien adore l'effet de surprise d'attendre la boîte et de la voir arriver. Le service client est super aussi toujours à l'écoute.

My dogs love the treats and the toys! Customer service was very helpful and quick in changing my order to suit my dogs' needs.

I did not have a very great experience with customer service. The so called strong toys they have for dogs are not great. The paint came off when my dogs were chewing on it and they broke easily. Hopefully it’s non toxic. I like the other brand I used to get way better and regret doing a subscription with Woof Pack. I cannot wait until it’s done. And I’m assuming they only keep the positive comments active as I can see

Love the woof packs. Our Aussie is thrilled when they arrive and paws at the box until we open it for her. The toys are very durable and well loved, we had one get decapitated quickly, I reached out and they included a replacement in the next box.
Customer service is excellent, they respond very fast. Highly recommened

My dog looks forward to the box every month .and I can’t be happier with the customer service we receive every!!thanks again wood pack

I signed up for the Woof Pack monthly dog subscription in 2025 and honestly could not be happier! Every box is packed with fun toys, tasty treats, and great quality products my dog absolutely loves. You can really tell they put thought into every shipment. The excitement every month when the box arrives is priceless. Highly recommend for any dog owner who loves spoiling their pup!

My Rottweiler love them so much! Healthy treats!

My dog love it. Thank you!

The products sent in the box is not worth the amount they charge. They.make it very difficult to cancel your subscription.
