Des volleurs. Jai canceler mon abonnement il y a 1 an car mon chien est deceder et depuis chaque semaine ils essaye de prendre largent dans mon compte. Ce matin ils ont crediter 50$ je vais commencer des procédure legal

Excellent service and quality of the toys and treats. I recommend to friends all the time. I originally changed my box to by monthly so it worked out alot better.

Horrible toys. The super chewers or durable toys last less than 5 min. Before they create choking hazards. They are cheap over sized toys. The treats smell horrific and last month actually were dried whole 🐟 . Smelled up the entire house. The salmon this month was no better.

The box themes were very fun and my pup loves the toys, but I don't think the quality was worth the cost. The treats were great, but the stuffed toys fell apart very easily (like the seems would split after a couple play sessions; she's not a rough puppy and wasn't destroying them or anything) and the harder chew toys all had little nubbins on them that were *very* easily chewed off and definitely posed a foreign body risk. It's a cute idea but overall wouldn't recommend given how expensive it was for fairly poor quality toys.

Pire service de livraison après avoir recu ma première broite avec la boite ''gratuite '' mais aucunement les bons articles dedans , les jouets durable mon chien les prend pour un os donc dure 12h même pas . J'attend toujours la 2ieme livraison 10 jours plus tard du labbel créer et plu aucune réponse du service client

Every month we have to throw the toys away as my 10lb Havapoo is able to tear small pieces off and we don’t want her to swallow them. I also have asked multiple times for small toys. But each month they are large better suited my Lab. The snack have been OK most months. The themed toys are ready cute in my trash can.

My dog does not like this subscription box, won't touch the toys, hates the treats so I've been paying $31 a month for something completely unusable. Trying to cancel has been a hassle. Would NOT recommend to anyone.

Signed up for a "Chewer" but my dog doe NOT like any of the toys that are sent. Had to stop them from sending treats because it kept giving my dogs stomach issues. I messaged Customer Service after my very first box and tried canceling my subscription but was told I couldn't because I signed up for a 12 month subscription. So now I get a crappy box of SMALL, chew toys he has no interest in.

Id give it a 0 if I could! Over 4 years ago I tried a discounted sub box and was delivered dollarstore quality toys for the durability package which didn't even last 5 min with my pup. Talked with customer service to cancel the fee and 4+ years later wanna give it a second go to see if they improved and they refused to ship me my order and hold my money with no refund. Stay clear of this scam of a site! Go to barkbox! Better quality, better customer service and so much better if you dont approve of there box! They let you cancel it without jumping through hoops. Save yourself from the headache!

Excellent Customer Service, and very personable staff. They always make it right. Me and my dog are happy always.

Treat bags are tiny (sample bag size) with a ‘discounted’ value of 15.99 per bag, they claim their plushie toys are valued at 16.99$ per toy, when they’re dollar store quality. Customer service is passive aggressive, they have conflicting cancellation blurbs on their website and want to charge 50$ to cancel early but continue to charge me another 6 months? So I’m not cancelling early at all.

Received first box and was told there was a free box included. Everything showed up in 1 box. I received random treats from months ago and dollar store qualify toys from August, including a rope toy for a Pomeranian?

They don’t care about any feedback and are just out to take your money. Save yourself the hassle and get any other subscription box where you at least get full size bags of treats.

They advised me that I subscribed twice and fixed the problem immediately - love everything about this company! The toys and treats are top notch and our dog LOVES getting his package every month!! Highly recommend this Canadian company!

My dog who is a medium chewer (stuffed animals from Winners last for months in our house) can destroy the woof pack toys in less than 30 minutes. They won't let you cancel, even when the quality is absolute garbage. Absolutely do not recommend. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

my dogs love it when i walk in with their woof box..they get so excited ...they play for hours with their toys and love their treats ..thank you for making every month special for them

Les boîtes sont intéressantes mais les jouets ne durent pas. Après une journée mon chien les a tout simplement tous détruits. J'ai souscrit à un abonnement de 12 mois qui s'est terminé en juin. Nous sommes rendu à la fin septembre et depuis 3 mois je tentes d'annuler mon abonnement en suivant la procédure à suivre: résultat, mon abonnement n'est toujours pas résilié. Je vais devoir sans doute entreprendre des démarches juridiques pour forcer l'entreprise a résilier mon abonnement.

Rapport qualité-prix très moyen.

Very bad experience . Toys don’t last. Unwilling to replace them . Unwilling to allow us to cancel:

We signed up for the 12 month subscription. To date, we have received 3 boxes and the toys last MAYBE a week . We waited it out to see if it was a consistent issue and it is. Our dog is a 6 month old Swiss Shepard. We received our box Friday, we are now Tuesday and the 3 toys are already on the garbage ( pieces falling off , easily ripped , stuffing everywhere , etc…). They sent their nylon toys, rubber toys, fabric toys. Very poor quality.

They told us they would replace with treats . We advised we didn’t sign up for a treat subscription and wanted to cancel.

Their answer was that they cancelled the renewal but we are locked in for the next 9 months. Didn’t try to mend the issue further than that.

This is mot worth it if you have a dog over 40lbs . Can’t speak to dogs under that weight.

Great customer service

I have been ordering Wolfpack since Grizzly was 6 months old. He loves the hard toys as he is an aggressive chewer. He still has some of his original ones at 14 months. It’s really hard to find indestructible toys at the pet stores. He gets so excited when it’s time to open the boxes and he loves the treats as well. I had to reach out to customer service this week regarding updating his subscription and they were very prompt in response and quickly helped with the situation. I have no complaints and am very happy to support this company.

I always enjoy the quality of the Woof Pack and the joy it brought to my dogs. Recently though I had decided to cancel my subscription due to financial considerations. The support team kindly offered some solutions that allowed me to continue to give my dogs the joy of Woof Pack day with less financial impact. I am grateful that they would take the time to offer viable solutions that work for me.
