I wasn’t sure what to expect but my border collie/ poodle was bored and I was looking for something to entertain her. And me. Woof Pack came through. She hasn’t stopped playing with that darn pickle since I opened the box and gave it to her. It’s been a couple of days now and she’s still not bored with it. She’s rough on toys but this one is holding up so far.
Also, the treats are excellent. Easy to break into small pieces and judging by the drooling when I open the package they’re tasty too.

First box wasn't the greatest but after some correspondance they were able to make adjustments in regards to toys and treats this last pack was a complete success.

Competitive price and love its a Canadian company.

The packs themselves are great but they do not let you cancel on their website. They make it difficult and you have to reach out to their customer service. I am still pending trying to cancel. I would rather go with more expensive subscription boxes that can cancel through websites rather than deal with the hassle of cancelling this.

My beloved little Milli ABSOLUTELY goes bonkers when her box arrives each month!! We have a ritual for opening and discovering the new exciting items she even thinks my deliveries must be for her it's adorable 💯
The customer service team is so attentive and helpful, when they noticed something about my account they took the time to reach out to me and give me a chance to explain & were so accommodating with the options to keep our deliveries coming! Anytime I've reached out to their customers service specialists, I've been fortunate to receive a reply same day! Milli and I feel like a part of the woof pack family and we love it❤️ If you love your pet you will love this subscription because it will make your fur baby so happy & seeing them happy brings so much joy!

I signed up for the 12 MONTH package and afterwards attempted to cancel. I say attempted because after numerous emails I have not received a response. Ended up having to cancel my credit card. On top of that my dog did not like most of the treats so I was paying a lot for 2 toys he would play with. If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY!

Cats love the toys and treats from our box. Customer service was great related to an address screw up (not their fault, it was Shop). Very fast response to my email.

This is the worst company for buying a treat for your dog. 36 dollars is alot for 2 toys and 2 treats. And they won't let me cancel. All I can say is Don't do it!

Stay away! I signed up for the 6 month subscription at a promotional price of $25.43/month. Then, after only the second month, the price jumped to $60/month.

Canceling the subscription is also unnecessarily difficult. There’s no simple way to cancel online! You have to email customer service, where they’ll try to convince you to stay subscribed. The whole process feels predatory, similar to the tactics used by some gym memberships.

In my experience, you’re much better off supporting your local pet store and buying better quality products directly. This subscription simply isn’t worth the money or the hassle.

Save yourself the frustration and stay away.

If I could give this company a zero I would. The quality is crap, the put in dangerous chew bones that splinter because they are cooked pork bones, and their treats make my dogs sick. I asked to cancel my subscription and was basically told to bad. I told them they were no longer allowed to charge my card and they were like yes we can. So in other words its all about the money and not the well being of the dogs they are sending their stuff to. I will be seeking legal action against this company.

They false advertised. The toys aren't quality toys. Their customer service is horrible. They don't honor their happiness guarantee. Don't waste your money.

I signed up for the 3rd toy free option, but have rarely been satisifed with the box received, and I am 9 months in. We never receive the most "interesting" toy in that month's theme, the toys are small for medium dogs, likely actually, it is like they are laughing at us. If they were any smaller they would be cat toys.I have requested to cancel several times, but they keep saying that I am locked in for 12 months... They have a happiness garantie, I would be happy to cancel, because all they want to do is upsell me to a different package. The treats are hit or miss, the dried fruit is not interesting to my dogs, the hard sheets of treats break off into extremely sharp pieces. They swear that they are not excluding the largest/best toy from the boxes because I signed up for the 3rd toy free, but yet, we did not receive the octopus in the last box. I just want to cancel my subscription.

Don’t ever order from these guys!

Once my year subscription was up they kept sending me, and kept charging me , I sent SO many emails prior to and after my subscription… now they are charging me 20 dollars for a box they charged me for and I don’t want because I have to pay for shipping!!

It’s been over 6 months of me telling them to stop taking my money and I don’t want any more boxes!!

Worst customer service and business ever. Stay away!

I find the choice in toys very appropriate
They asked the age if my dog and weathers she chews a lot.
I found my puppy enjoyed the treats, except salmon based so they replaced them with beef or chicken.

If I could give them a 0, I would. I believe all the people giving them good reviews are bots. The toys are either too heavy for my dog to carry or play with them or destroyed within minutes - and yes, it is the chewer box. My BEAGLE - who will eat ANYTHING - only liked 2 of the 4 treat bags.
They will not let you cancel, there is no customer service line, there is no deactivation through the website, only a box for you to give your number and when you do, they don't call you anyways. The only way I could get them stop charging me is to use a credit card that is no longer valid, and they keep sending me reminders that my payment method needs to be updated. I have written FOUR emails, canceling the service. They deserve negative, not positive stars.

Thanks you for the wonderful suggestions and switching our woof box to a chewer box. Woof box customer service is excellent. My dogs look forward to this box every month. I’m happy to support Canadian as it’s very important to our family.

I needed to pause then re-route my Woof Packs temporarily because I’m caring for my senior Dad as he goes through a cancer journey. Customer service was outstanding - even followed up with me.

The toys and treats are just as impressive. My one year old weenie is savage with toys and I haven’t had to repair one of the Woof Packs ones. Plus the themes are just fun! Highly recommend.

We've just started our subscription and Doug has been loving everything in his first box. Customer care has been very helpful with a small issue we experienced other wise great service. Happy to support a canadian company.

We have been receiving Woof Packs since my boy was around 2 .. he's going to be 8 this September. He is always so excited to get "his mail" and loves to help open the box. The service has been top notch from the very beginning. Once I found out my dog had allergies I thought I would have to cancel the box altogether, but they were very accommodating to his needs. There was a couple times where I felt I could not include the subscription in my budget and they offered a pause without payments for a designated time, without losing my original pricing. They respond to emails in a timely fashion and are always willing to provide the necessary support. Thank you Woof Pack! We will continually look forward to next month's box.

I love what my mom bought for me. New treats and fun new toys. However I’m a very aggressive chewer and my mom struggles to find toys that I don’t destroy in 5 minutes. She has bought so many and these new ones the nylon toys are very very good for me. Thanks. I look forward to my next box. Thank Woof Pack. This is exciting for me and my mom.
