We order a table and chairs when we visited the NEC in the summer. It is now December and other than replying to one email from several sent and phone calls made, we have heard nothing.
We have now requested that our credit card company retrieves our money, but even this is proving challenging.
We have since bought alternative furniture from John Lewis, who delivered in 5 days.
I would not recommend this company.

Terrible communications, stated items were in stock when we asked delivery date at show in June but were not and we were lied to, waited 5 months for items kept being told when we did get a response it was due next week would never buy from them again, when delivery arrived just dumped on door step in boxes and unable to check them, lesson learnt.

Great product but the communication is awful. No responses to emails. Wrong product being delivered to the wrong address with no apology. When it finally arrived, there were 2 cushions of the wrong colour. No one has been in contact to apologise for this mistake or arrange delivery of the correct ones.

Vas is amazing and very contactable so if you buy from this company make sure you have Vas’s mobile as the rest of the team are poor and do not get back to you regarding delivery
Flawless as far as Vas is concerned so if you want fabulous products at excellent prices and are happy to have a bit of agro regarding delivery then go for it

Do not trust!! We purchased chairs at a show in March earlier this year, with promise of delivery in May, multiple chase up calls and emails we finally received chairs in September. One chair has broken leg, rendering chair useless, replacement leg sent after much ringing and emailing, but wrong leg!! I have tried numerous time since, ringing and emailing but NO response received… so we now have a set of lovely looking chairs but useless!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!

Great service when be bought table & chairs in 2020. One of the chair legs snapped last year & numerous attempts to either buy a replacement base or a chair have been unsuccesful since. Sporadic communications & promises from Vaz & lots of further attempts via phone & email unsuccessful since, very disappointing.

BUYER BEWARE - THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT WONT DELIVER ON THEIR PROMISE.
Years later and the company have fobbed us off with display chairs and not the blue ones we ordered...respond only when I contact them to say the chairs are on their way from Italy and there is a delay but will be delivered asap.
Fobbed off by the sales rep and manager.
Have informed my bank as Fraud to get money re-imbursed and from other reviews, I am not the only one...The table we are actually happy with though.

The most fraudulent company there is. In responsive and have taken full payment and still not got the full order

Friendly guys that delivered and very helpful

The table was as exactly as it was shown at the home show, the guys that delivered the table and assembled it was absolutely amazing, nothing was too much trouble, they were really friendly and helpful and are a credit to the company, pity a few more delivery people were not like them, thank you, you have all been a amazing. :-)

Very little communication from this company. They kept fobbing me off. I ended up contacting my visa card company for a refund as the goods never arrived

The initial engagement at the Ideal Home Show was great. Unfortunately, their customer services is virtually non-existent. After lots of calls and emails, we ended up cancelling the order and obtaining a refund as they couldn't commit to a delivery date for the chairs.

Came across Woodstock at grand designs just as I was leaving seen these guys good products good staff highly recommend furniture from these guys

Met the team at the ideal home and garden show, saw a lovely table and paid a £1500 deposit, due to renovation works over running had to wait 18 months until ready for delivery. It then took numerous attempts to get it booked in (approx 5 months). On delivery did not look as was ordered or made of polished concrete. Emailed to state so and told not. Concrete but micro cement. Very easily scratched and in there end had to replace the top with a granite slab. So not to waste the top decided to use in garage as work top. when we cut it down to fit we found it was just plywood with a Matt laminate coating

Having met the team at the Ideal Home Exhibition, the quality of the furniture (table and chairs) was good. The exhibition price was also good enough for an order to be placed at the time.
However, once the order had been processed, the back office support, communication and customer service was non existent. I had to chase up via email and telephone on at least 10 occasions to get a delivery date. Once agreed, the table was delivered with the wrong chairs. These were rejected and we then had to wait the best part of 4-5 weeks to get the correct chairs delivered.
In summary, happy with the goods, not happy with the customer service/

Woodstock staff were friendly and helpful. The furniture we purchased was very good, and the delivery came on the correct day and on time.

Really pleased with table and chairs but needed to send several emails trying to sort the delivery date, and none of them were answered. They forgot the felt pads for the bottom of the chairs even though I reminded them the day before. Have sent 2 emails requesting them, but both ignored so far. Shame the communication let's them down.

We bought dining room chairs at the Ideal Home Exhibition. Competitive price and very good quality. Only dropped a star as delivery took longer than anticipated and communication was a bit slow / reactive but we are very happy with them. The guy that delivered and assembled them was brilliant, really personable and careful when putting them together. Would recommend.

Very good service

The furniture is lovely. The communication was not very good, one email giving a date asking for confirmation someone would be home, which was done, and then nothing more. An email or text of confirmation on the day would have been good. The driver arrived within his timeslot but appeared to be very rushed. Only one person arrived and had to unload and assemble alone. Very heavy furniture and not easily done alone and under immense time pressure.
