AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Ordered a bear, was told it was dispatched beginning of February. No bear has arrived, no response to any emails from customer services.
Absolute con site!!!!
Shame when you try to use non commercial shops and they would rather rob you than keep your customer services !

Indestructible toys arrived, long delivery but atleast arrived. Toy was about the size of my hand and was expecting bigger. Gave to dog and within 2 minutes it was ripped apart and squeeker out. Waste of money.

Ordered flapping bird early December has never arrived.
I've emailed countless times
But just fobbed off.

Dog coat sent wrong size. Much too small. No response from emails.

Again, if I could put 0 stars I would.
First order, the coat came and was way too small, would have fitted a rabbit, only got offered a small discount on a re-order and told to keep it. I re-ordered a bigger size and it did fit fine but after using it twice, the zip broke and isn't useable. They had the audacity to offer me 3 Euros (i live UK and paid in GBP) and keep the unusable product. This company needs investigating by Trading Standards, I'd be more than happy to speak to them and will pursue with TS, it has now cost be over £40 for 2 coats I can't use!!!
Customer service is really bad and they don't reply to emails and when they do they offer nothing to say we are the actual paying customers.

I placed an order in November 2023 for two pillows which I have never recieved, when I emailed asking for a refund they said there was an issue with shipment, then in January that said it was it to arrive because I have not selected a post office. The s**t excuses they gave and now they don’t respond.

PURCHASED A 'DOG ACTIVE TOY' ITS NONE OTHER THAN A CLEANING BALL AS CLEARLY STATED ON THE PACKAGING, AND SHOULD NOT BE USED AS A DOG TOY!! CLEAR RIP OFF MERCHANTS, AND TRY TO FOB YOU OFF ON EMAIL. THANKFULLY RECEIVED REFUND FROM MY BANK!

This is a scam , ordered a ball for my dog and received a mop ball which doesn’t do anything , I have emailed them now about 10 times and they are terrible , they asked me for a video evidence and still argue it’s what I ordered!!! DO NOT ORDER, the ball is not appropriate for pets and they advertised false products , I have raised a charge back with my bank

If I could give 0 stars, I would. They had the audacity to sell me a Microfiber Mop Ball on the pretence it was a dog toy which incidentally, was totally unfit for purpose.
It has a metal zip on the outside which could potentially break my dog's teeth, or be swallowed by the dog with the obvious disastrous results.
My own fault I suppose, I generally read reviews before purchasing but this was recommended to me. Suffice to say, I shall be having words with the guilty party.

Absolute chancers. Bought the calm pillow for dogs. Took over 15 days to arrive. I cancelled the order and asked for a reimbursement. They ignored my request, kept saying it was with 'the shipping co.'
Arrived on 2nd Jan despite my cancelled order and was absolutely dire quality.

Ridiculous sizes for dog coats. Measured my dog as per the instructions and ordered accordingly a large coat. It is so small that it would struggle to fit the smallest dog. Customer service is appalling. Do not order anything from this company..

The sniffle ball was used 4 times and always supervised thank goodness as the last time my dog managed to pull the threads through and get a cable tie in his mouth. The company so far don't read the email trails and sens discount vouchers which do not work on the site. I have requested a full refund 3 times and still nothing. Terrible after care.

Pure scum. Ordered a toy for my cat on the 9/11/2023 well over a month ago, still it hasn’t been delivered and it’s the 19/12/2023

If I’d read the reviews on here before purchasing I would not have bothered. Bunch of scammers. I hope trading standards finds you. 2 emails I have sent asking for an update and nothing back.

I actually want to give no stars! Ordered a treat tin which should have had cookie cutters, 2 silicone moulds and 10 recipe cards. What I received was a pink silicone mould which I could have bought for 50p on the high street. Customer service appalling! Offered me a 20% refund and if I wanted a full refund I was to pay to return it myself!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. ABSOLUTE SCAM ARTISTS!

What a bunch of chancers. I ordered a waterproof coat for my puppy. It arrived and was far too small so I asked for a full refund (minus postage). Well what a palaver. I was offered 40% of what I paid. I insisted on a a full refund. I sent the item back with the required paperwork in the required packaging. And surprise surprise they’re still offering me 40%. They even had the gall to tell me that I should retain the product for environmental reasons. Don’t touch this lot with a barge pole. They are an appalling company. The coat didn’t cost a lot. But that’s not the point; they say they will offer a refund and don’t. Don’t buy from them.

This company is disgusting my item was unusable after a couple of weeks I asked for a replacement blank refused Offord me 30%of my next order absolutely disgusting company to deal with avoid at all cost

Interactive flapping duck was received without a charging cable. It’s a Christmas present for a friend so sent email to Wonderpaws requesting a cable. Replied saying query passed to relevant department. Sent another email on 30/11/23 and replied on 3/12/23: “ Please note that we have already forwarded your issue to my team after getting back the response we will inform you.” Obviously no intention of taking any action. A wasted purchase and advise others to avoid this Company.

Don't buy from this company. The policy for a refund is to practically ignore you.No after sales .

Ordered dog recipe and moulds cost £10 only received one mould which would have cost £1 in shops don’t buy from here
