Terrible quality product, sold a Garfield dog toy as 'long lasting and durable, not like other cheap dog toys'.
It fell apart in seconds of giving it to our puppy and was partly filled with plastic micro beads.
A total scam!

Wish I could give minus stars. Bought the immortal bear, waited over 2 weeks for it to arrive. My small dog destroyed it within a day of receiving it. When I complained about it having been advertised as indestructible when really it was just a run of the mill soft toy, the company did not reimburse nor offer a replacement. False advertising, DO NOT BUY

Received my order over a week ago, had a part missing. Contacted customer service who several days later told me it was being passed to the correct team. Still had no correspondence to my complaint. However, receiving emails in regards to next order and discount. Absolutely appauled at lack of customer service, item was not cheap and was for a gift that I could gift. Waste of money.

Recently ordered some shoes for the dog. Wasn’t until I’d purchased them I was advised it could be 5-10 working days before delivery but if you haven’t received the items in this time wait until 20 days before you contact them. If I’d have know this when placing the order I wouldn’t have bothered.
Received the item two weeks later by this time it was too late and had no need for them. Contacted them via email asking how to return, got a basic email saying the product you received is the one you ordered. An irrelevant reply. I emailed again stating delivery was later than expected and wasn’t made aware until the order was placed and paid so now I have no need for the item. Again avoided the returns question and gave a 20% discount off a future order. After reading these reviews I don’t think I’ll get anywhere with them. Avoid.

My Cane Corso recently passed away. We decided to bury him at bottom of the garden we have planted a flower bed above and an apple tree and to go with it we ordered a memorial plaque with a special message and photo from Wonderpaws. The description of the product says weather proof. The exact words are "Lasting Tribute | Unlike other forms of memorialization such as flowers or photographs, a personalized dog memorial stone is a durable and lasting tribute".
It took a few weeks to be delivered which was fine sometimes these things happen. However within less than 2 weeks of the plaque being outside the lettering has slipped off the slate and looks awful. I contacted customer services to be told that they only accept issues of transport or damage in delivery. They do not accept responsibility for damage once it's opened. This was supposed to be weather proof and with a little bit of rain. I replied with a photo and explained that their description is the only reason I bought it and they've not offered a refund but offered me 20% off my next order. Safe to say I will not be ordering from them again

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a comfort toy for my puppy, it arrived and doesn’t work, I tried a different set of batteries just incase. I’m total I have sent 23 emails, I was then told to contact them on what’s app which I did, and again it’s all constantly ignored my pup doesn’t need a comfort toy as he is 10 months old, this is how long I’ve been trying to resolve this issue, by getting a refund on the faulty item, or a returns label to return it for a full refund.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY They the worse customer service and sell complete and utter garbage that doesn’t work. My friend ordered the same item and hers doesn’t work either so not just a one off faulty item. You may as well just chuck the money straight in the bin. Disgusting customer services.

Shipped, wasn't shipped, 10 days no 30 days, arrived today, absolute piece of garbage, I am trying to obtain a returns label but trust me, this is China not Germany or UK and emails are sparse and illiterate. I would upload a phot0graph but not able on this site, trust me it is flimsy and floppy, nothing like the pictures on the website.

Absolutely disgusted with the service and response from Wonderpaws. Dog bed arrived 4 weeks from the order and fell to pieces after 5 days. Tried twice to contact them through the contact us section and only got a response after the refund deadline had passed. Now refusing to give me my money back. DO NOT BUY!

So reading some of these comments after I had ordered I was worried. After all the website was a bit misreading (UK) for example. However itemed turned up as promised and for the money a worthwhile item as described. Well done Wonderpaws and i apologise for my panic email earlier. I recommend you

Ordered a hard bottom dog car seat cover on the 2nd May. Still not arrived as of 20th May and tracking says its still in China. This site implies it is a UK site but it's a pure scam! Email to them returns what looks like a generic email offering 25% off next item ordered. Needless to say there will never be another item ordered from them. Shockingly bad!

Same awful experience as others. Took 3 weeks to arrive. Cheap plastic dog ball with a metal spring inside. Email address unavailable. Managed to get a reply from Customer Services by filling in the contact form on their website. Was offered a 20 per cent refund and heard no more. Complete waste of money. Don't use this company it's obvious that they don't intend refunding any items.. Scammers!

Website suggest the company is in the UK , it is clearly not. Overpriced Chinese stuff vastly marked up in price. Because this calling blanket took so long to arrive I bought another one in Home Bargains for 5.99 which had a box. The one that arrived today was exactly the same but in a plastic bag. The website suggests it needs to be sent back to Germany, the UK on the Royal Mail label has a spurious address in the UK but says it is not the seller, just the shipper. Absolute con.

Totally ridiculous and rubbish don’t waste your time with this company we are still waiting for my product that was claimed to be in the UK and I bet when it comes it be some cheap crap from some sweat shop in China

Ordered an engraved necklace as a present even after speaking to them they ensured me it would turn up on time. Well it hasn't turned up tracking hasn't updated since Monday. I will be doing a chargeback via my bank now as I have not received the goods I paid for.

Delayed delivery from China and when product arrived it was very poor quality. No returns address on website. Email address provided for refund does not exist. I had to send repeated emails to the company to request for the returns address and a refund. After refusing frequent offers of a 20, 40 and 60 percent refund, I finally received a refund after informing them that I have contacted trading standards.
I still have the product as they have not provided me with a return address.
AVOID this company.

Sadly lost my beloved lab and ordered a memorial plaque. Firstly upon order I was offered a discount off dog chews - I’d just lost my best pal and was bereft?!?! I contacted to say maybe they could be mindful of their emails - they replied and offered a 10% discount off my next purchase. Then after 3 weeks the plaque arrived with 2 spelling mistakes. What a farce. Again stupidly didn’t read reviews. Never again!

Dog ball ordered, recieved a floor cleaning ball. In a soaking wet box. Absolute rubbish. Nearly always check reviews, didn't on this occasion. Silly mistake :(

What a load of rubbish! And trying to return and get a refund is joke! Emails flying back and forth offering g a discount! Really the dog bed I received looks nothing like the picture!

I ordered 3 necklaces with personalised pictures of dogs on the 21st March 2024. It said buy two get one free and this would be deducted at checkout. This didn't happen and I stupidly clicked pay. I complained and they said there was nothing they could do. When my goods arrived one had the wrong name on so I asked for a refund or replacement. It's now the 3rd May and despite many messages I am still waiting.

I too, got taken in by the "Immortal", "Chew resistant" dog toys & spent £28.60 on 3 teddies that were destroyed in minutes. I emailed Wonderpaws & was told they were only refund if they arrived damaged, I emailed them again & told them they were not sold as described nor fit for purpose & contravened trading standard laws. I then received an offer of a 20% refund. I reported an issue on Paypal yesterday, with a photo & got notification of a full refund including shipping this morning!
