Bought two cat settees from this firm First one was terrific Well padded and well made The second one I received two days ago ( I have two small cats ) is a disaster. Should of read reviews before ordering!
Like a lot of people wouldn't give a single star if possible. Items are cheap rubbish, not intended for animal use.
Been trying to return unused products for over a week, but just getting automated messages that keep offering a discount and offer to keep products.
Have explained 3 times that my dog is deceased and we have no use of items.
PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

At first I put it didn't arrive but since then it has arrived and works well.

Absolute rubbish don't waste your money.These are NOT safe dog toys no mention of being a dog toy on the packaging.
They make it impossible to return and claim a refund.

If I could give a 0 score I would.
Avoid this company at all costs, I bought the calming otter for my dog, when it arrived it was cheaply made and the motor that runs the breathing and music was so loud it terrified the dog. They will not refund my money.

Scam wonderpaws.uk are not in the UK. High priced poor quality

ZERO STARS!!!First off they advertise as UK, then when you have ordered and receive the tracking information it’s coming from china. Upon opening the package it was all bent, the toy was supposed to be a frisbee that popped into a ball and was durable. Within 10 minutes I hurt my finger pushing it down as it wouldn’t stay and my 1 year old dog has cut his mouth on this cheap awful plastic!! I have emailed them and no response it’s absolutely disgusting and I don’t know how they are allowed to sell this when it’s dangerous to dogs. Please do not waste your money on any of their products. Update as I complained to this company… they responded and said they are not responsible for toys that arrived damaged. I have reported them to trading standards because what sort of establishment is this.

Supposed to be non destructive? What a joke. Might as well have put £10 in the bin which is exactly where the toy went within 10 minutes after my dog destroyed a non destructible toy! Dangerous too if they swallow the bits

Wish I had read the reviews before buying from here and annoyed as I usually do. The "chew resistant" toy lasted less than an hour and is in the bin already. I've asked for a refund but will see if I receive a response..

Do not buy from these scam artists. I ordered a bouncy interactive ball for my dog. It took 2 Weeks to arrive and was destroyed within 10 minutes. Product made of cheap flimsy plastic, which my dog destroyed in minutes. The worse thing was the thing take’s batteries which my dog got through to, leaving teeth marks. Not just cheap product but actually dangerous.
Do not part with your hard earned cash and endanger your pets life!!!!!

They sell a Garfield that they say can with stand a good chewing! Our dog managed to rip it apart within minutes. I have a lab. Reached out to company advising this they replied once left their premises then they are no longer responsible! What a joke! AVOID!

Dreadful quality - toys fell apart in less than 30 mins

Purchased two 'indestructable' immortal bears which lasted around 5 minutes before being torn to shreds by my 14 year old dog who only has 5 teeth! Response from customer services - they only accept responsibility if the product arrives damaged or faulty, no responsibility after use.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Ordered the packs to make your own dog treats.
Two flimsy moulds arrived. So thin you can see through them.
No cookie cutters included. No reciepe cards either.
False advertisement.
Customer services are completely useless - just get a standard response.
Not a UK company as advertised.

Avoid!! Paid £9.80 for a paw print mould to make 10 treats ago useless complete rip off advertised as moulds(more than one) and 10 recipe cards no recipe cards don’t waste your money I will be requesting a refund from my bank

Beware that these companies all over Instagram and Facebook are very likely the same con artists.
Ordered a calming otter, which took weeks to arrive and what arrived from "china" was a knock off of the original/genuine one. The one I got has the sound bit sewn into the bear, with wires sticking out connected to a battery pack, so you can't remove it like the ads claim for washing. Also it's 1 song and breathing. There are not numerous sounds and no heartbeat on this and the song/breathing lasts about 10 minutes while the genuine one claims to work for 30 minutes. The button on this one is on the foot where as you see the genuine one on the ads and it says you press the stomach to make it work....another give away that this is a fake/copied product.
This is a cheap knock off that these scammers are throwing out and making money from innocent people, who are seeing the genuine ads and believing this is what they are going to get, only to receive a knocked off/counterfeit version.
I've seen thousands of these ads on social media, all different companies but using the same (genuine) ad but are scamming people out of their money. I've contacted wonderpaws about this but I've had no reply and doubt I will get one.
Fake goods, Chinese sellers, even though the company says it's in Germany or somewhere like that (in the terms and conditions it says contact can only be done in German)

So beware of this company and many like it as I've a feeling they are one and the same

Scam! Avoid at all costs. Ordered the indestructible teddy. Took 3 weeks to come from China and I could have made one better myself. It was already ripped so hardly indestructible. No point trying to get a refund as no-one responds. DO NOT BUY

Absolutely useless. Avoid buying from this company. Purchased two “immortal” bears which are advertised as incredibly durable for even the most adamant and stubborn chewers. Both bears lasted less than a minute before they were torn. The stitching and quality of the products are incredibly poor and NOT as advertised at all.
Waited weeks for it to arrive and the customer service only accept responsibility if the product arrives damaged or faulty, won’t take responsibility for a poor and falsely advertised product after use.
AVOID!

Received product after a month of order that’s ment to be indestructible …. Lasted 3 minutes. Absolutely crap

Zero stars if I could. Waited three weeks for an indestructible dog toy. When it arrived it was about the size of my hand and literally lasted less than 10 minutes.
Wish I had seen these reviews before using this company.
