Constantly chasing refunds!!!
Every time I’ve sent stuff back I’ve had to chase for items to be refunded.
I’m still waiting for my refund since 29th March. After contacting them via all social media platforms and email I still haven’t had a response!! .
It’s such a shame as i love the clothing and delivery is so quick but because of this refund problem I will only order from them if I’m desperate! Come on WIT you could do so much better! 🙏🏼

Deceitful, vague and unhelpful.

A number of weeks ago I ordered a pair of shoes and paid for next day delivery. The trainers did not arrive the next day. No apology nor any information provided by WIT. No telephone number for customer services although I did manage to track down the CEO'S number. E-mail only. I sent an e-mail. Someone called Naomi responded two days later who was, sadly, suspiciously vague about dispatch times and stock availability, etc. Eventually Naomi confirmed - twice - that a refund for delivery had been authorised but, when asked, could not provide evidence. I spoke to Paypal who confirmed a refund had not been submitted. I requested a refund for the shoes and communication came to an abrupt halt and only started up when I raised a case with PayPal and instructed my bank to begin "cashback" proceedings.
At each stage of communication (I have all of them as proof) WIT, but in particular Naomi, were vague and evasive to avoid illustrating any specifics.
I suspect WIT advertise products they do not have in stock and the positive reviews on here are likely to be fake.
If ordering, be sure to use PayPal or a credit card. I took my business elsewhere and I would encourage you to do the same.

In response to WIT's response to this review. WIT's correction is fair and is my mistake. I have checked the e-mails and the name is Nancy not Naomi. Everything else is in my review is factually accurate.

Poor Customer Service. Ordered an item from Virus on their website and couldn't find a way to return the order to either WIT or Virus.

WIT says that I need to contact Virus for the return. Virus says that I need to contact the original vendor WIT for the return.

Will avoid for future orders because of the complexity of the returns process.

Neither you guys (WITfitness) or Virus are willing to accept my return. It is still the merchants (WITfitness) responsibility to regulate any issues regarding the refund situation if you can’t come to an agreement with your partner brand on how to process my refund request.

The refund experience is awful. 25 workings days to process your return. I’m still waiting for a refund. Have contacted their customer service and still not received a reply. If you can id recommend buying from another retailer

I’ve turned up for an intro class. Unfortunately was told very abruptly by the lady at the reception that I won’t be able to leave my belongings at the place whilst running though did not receive any notification about it.
On the whole, quite unwelcoming. Definitely not going to join this place

Took my money for an item that wasn’t in stock. 3 months later I still don’t have a refund and none of my emails have been actioned. No available phone number to ring them.

Great selection of product online (don’t bother in store), but unfortunately none of it means anything when the REFUND PROCESS is a complete SHAMBLES. 25 working days is long enough enough as it is, but the fact that you’re not guaranteed to see your money back even at the 5-week mark is just appalling. Customer service asleep at the wheel — you may get a response, or you may not; good luck either way! This is the 3rd time I’m having this experience with WIT, and unfortunately it will be the last. Just hoping I’ll see my monies again, eventually.

Ordered an item with a 48-hour estimate delivery time, and it would have been delivered on time if Royal Mail wasn't being Royal Mail. I had an email from Royal Mail stating there was a request to not deliver my item and after reaching out to WIT to ask about it as I was confused as I never requested that, Nancy replied almost instantly with a solution and I had it sorted out and got the item the same day. For future purchases you might have delivery issues due to Royal Mail having a lack of staff, but that's not WIT's fault whatsoever

I like the website so much and it's easy to purchase and deliver to your door. It's always my pleasure to shop here. I'm a customer from 5 years. All products carefully chosen and customer service are helpful especially nancey. She was amazing help me to solve my issue.

I ordered a Strike Movement shoes from Portugal, before Xmas, around mid November. The shoe was originally shipped from the US to the UK and then to Portugal. This took a HUGE amount of time due to delays from the US to the UK. This was the only negative experience during the purchase. For reasons that are not WIT's fault, the shoes were missing some paperwork and the portuguese customs wanted me to pay extra for something I didn't have to.
So I sent the shoes back and asked for a refund. Things went smoothly from there on.
Im giving the 5 stars rating even if I didn't get to have the shoes because the costumer service was extremely attentive and helpful. No issues at all with that. Sure it took some time, but they did the best job they could. People nowadays just have severe lack of patience.
I have no doubt in my mind that WIT is trustworthy

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Their customer service is non existent and you can forget about any refund, better keep the items and sell them on on EBay

Waiting for my order for 2 weeks. Still has not been dispatched. Constantly chasing them for an update, so I've asked for a refund. Now they are ignoring me.
Terrible service

Great service if you like what you order. Absolutely terrible from a returns perspective!! They use a crappy courier company (my package took 17 (calendar) days from drop off to be returned) and then I have to wait another 25 (working!!) days (yes, that’s FIVE weeks) for a refund. That’s nearly 7 weeks in total. I’ve never experienced this before and think it’s really bad.

Bad delivery process, I‘m waitaing fot more then 4 week for delivery….

The trainers I ordered were too small and I sent them back. I still haven’t received the money back or had any confirmation of the return. The customer service is not a good service at all either. I ordered these shoes November 2022 and currently I am still trying to sort the return out now in January 2023.

Nancy was very helpful and attentive towards addressing my refund request in a timely manner. I appreciate the help.

I ordered Nike bike shoes from WIT but found they were too tight on my feet. I've followed WIT'S instructions for return of the goods. I have evidence from Evri's tracker stating the parcel was returned to the retailer on Tue 10th January at 19:13. WIT customer service are still advising that they have not received the goods at their warehouse yet. They are also advising me of their returns policy that payment may not be with my bank for up to 25 days.

Had I realised WIT would have such a poor standard of customer service as I'm currently experiencing, I would never have made a purchase from them in the first place. I won't be using this company again. There are plenty of very reliable suppliers in this market & I can certainly do without this type of experience.

Never in my life have i experienced such poor customer service... Ordered cycling shoes but wrong size was delivered. I tried to return them using the online returns to generate the label but it is not recognising my order number. So i emailed them it took 5 days to get a reply they sorted the label so i sent them back 10 days later and still no refund so chased that up now i'm being told it can take upto 25 days for a refund.. yes i said 25 days.. lol. Save yourself the grief and stay away from these folks. So i've contacted my bank and started a chargeback request and got my money refunded straight away.
