Hi Gary, I am so sorry to hear you've had this experience! it looks like an incorrect shipping address has caused some issues with your delivery. We unfortunately only have access to the same tracking as you do, and are unable to locate the parcel (it hasn't been received back at our warehouse). We'd like to sort this out as quickly as possible to avoid further delay. We will send an additional email with a solution. Lets hope the package turns up at our warehouse!

Huge Fan of WIT
Genuinely a huge fan of this brand and its products. Bought these items in person from a Xenom event, and was guided through options, fits and sizes by the founder Sam, who was extremely helpful. Experiences like this are lost with larger “chain” brands, and I certainly won’t be looking anywhere else for gym gear ever again.

Additionally, your order was refunded to avoid your being out of pocket. If there is something else we can do, lease do reach back out to the team!

Shocking service
Placed an order for next day - 5 day had been and nothing! I had to email asking where my order was and was told it will be dispatched soon. Ask why I had not been updated on this matter and didn't get a reply. Shocking service.

This process took much longer than we would have liked it to and we can only apologise for the delay it caused. Bought shoes at a great price
I bought my shoes at a great price, ordering was easy, delivery was prompt, and packaging was eco friendly. Happy with purchase. One comment - I would have ordered socks but there was very limited selection available. Perhaps a few more sock choices would be good?
